It is challenging to build the integrated information system for a large scale cooperative R & D project. To develop the aircraft program which especially has several leading agencies and is supported by many demestic/foreign participating companies, the common data flow in harmony is the core factor to achieve a development goal. For this, the development are carried out maintaining the existing management systems of agencies and companies. As a first step, the standard for the common data information and the classification category of technical data are defined. Second, the work flow standards are also set. Based on the foundation, the efficient technical data management system are built including the function of storage, inquiry, revision, link, approval, submission, etc.

It is not easy for business workers to find proper information for his job, because of the following problems:(1) information exist in various information system both internal and external with diverse formats(2) he cannot estimate relevance of all the information and (3) he cannot select proper information among large volume of information. The requirements for the systems are the following things:(1) search of relevant information from various internal and external information systems(2) proving an integrated view of information for workers, and (3) information processing and decision-making are seamlessly integrated fro business workers. We proposed an agent system to fulfill the requirements. We focus on the purchasing job, and developed a prototype system. PIPA(Purchasing Information Process Agent). The PIPA performs not only information processing jobs(information search gathering, display, business form -making)but also decision-making support job (evaluation of supplier candidates, and apply of sourcing policy) for sourcing manager. The framework of the PIPA can be appled to other information processing and desision-making jobs.

This study proposes a change from the currentexpected price integrated system, which is based on the standard of estimated unit manpower and material, to a new actual construction cost integrated system. In order to implement it, the standard method of measurement organization system as well as the communication area standard of estimated unit manpower and material should be changed Moreover, the work breakdown structure and itemized structure should be assorted.

This study was performed to develop an information processing system for the sound conservation of soil and groundwater resources. The system contains the geographic information system, and the numerical model of groundwater flow and contamination. Numerical models (MODFLOW,MOC3D) and GIS (ArcView) were integrated for the construction of an integrated management system of subsurface environment. The developed system was applied to the management of three mineral water companies located in clean mountain area. The impact of pumping over the overall catchment basin was modeled using the developed system for the decision of future management criteria.

The goal of this study was to propose building strategies of web-based national park monitoring system (WNPMS) using geographic information analysis system. To accomplish this study, at first, this study selected and made integrated management indicators considering physical, ecological, and socio-psychological carrying capacity in national park. Secondly, this study built up an integrated management this system with statistical analysis program for execution of various multivariate analysis and spatial analysis. Finally, WNPMS could identify the relationship among visitors, natural resources, and recreation facilities in national park, and forecast the future management status of each national park in Korea. There results of this study will contribute to prevent the damage of natural resources and facilities, improve visitor's satisfaction, prevent an excess of carrying capacity at national park, and established tailored management strategies of each national park.

To estimate the location of the train, we consider an integrated navigation system that combines Inertial Navigation System (INS) and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). This system provides accurate navigation results in open sky by combining only the advantages of both systems. However, since measurement update cannot be performed in GNSS signal blocked areas such as tunnels, mountain, and urban areas, pure INS is used. The error of navigation information increases in this area. In order to reduce this problem, the train's Non-Holonomic Constraints (NHC) information can be used. Therefore, we deal with the INS/GNSS/NHC integrated navigation system in this paper. However, in the process of installing the navigation system on the train, a Mounting Misalignment Error of the IMU (MMEI) inevitably occurs. In this case, if the NHC is used without correcting the error, the navigation error becomes even larger. To solve this problem, a method of easily estimating the MMEI without an external device is introduced. The navigation filter is designed using the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) by considering the MMEI. It is assumed that there is no vertical misalignment error, so only the horizontal misalignment error is considered. The performance of the integrated navigation system according to the presence or absence of the MMEI and the estimation performance of the MMEI according to the method of using NHC information are analyzed based on simulation. As a result, it is confirmed that the MMEI is accurately estimated by using the NHC information together with the GNSS information, and the performance and reliability of the integrated navigation system are improved.

본 논문에서는 국내 지진관측소 정보의 XML기반 통합 관리시스템을 제안한다. 1998년도 이후부터 기상청, 한국지질자원연구원 등 지진관측소를 운영하고 있는 국내 기관이 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 지진 데이터의 효율적인 활용을 위해서는 관측소 위치, 설치된 계기의 특성 및 운영 이력정보 등이 필수적이다. 각 기관별의 독자적인 관측소 정보관리로는 통일된 형태의 정보 제공이 이루어지지 못하고, 관측소 변경 정보의 신속한 전달에도 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 기관의 담당자가 웹을 통해 해당 기관의 관측소 정보를 관리하고, 이를 범국가적으로 통합하여 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있는 지진관측소 정보 통합 관리시스템을 제안하다. 지진 데이터를 이용하기 위해 필요한 최소한의 관측소 정보를 분석, XML을 이용하여 구조화하였다. 통합 관리시스템은 관측소 관리, 정보 검색 및 최신 정보제공 모듈 등으로 구성된다. 제안된 시스템을 통해 각 기관별 지진관측소 정보가 범국가적 차원에서 효율적으로 관리, 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

So many location based service systems, including automobile navigation system logistic management, taxi fleet management, and so on, are being used everywhere. However, these are all outdoors. This paper provides a stepping stone for commercial indoor location based services by developing an integrated system of our indoor positioning and map viewer modules. For the indoor positioning, we propose WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) based EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) which estimates user's current location and tracts user's trace in the sequence of time. Our map viewer renders a map recorded in an Autocad DXF file and provides functions of map manipulation such as zoom-in, zoom-out, and move. We integrate our indoor positioning and map viewer modules and discuss the experimental results of the integrated system.

본 논문은 국내 은행금응기관의 신용위험관리를 보다 효율적이고 과학적으로 지원하기 위한 통합 위험관리시스템의 프레임웍을 제시한다. 즉, 담보 보증중심의 사전관리 위주의 대출관리에서 신용중심의 사후관리 위주의 대출관리로 전환되어야 함에 따라 신용평가시스템, 대출의사결정시스템, 사후관리시스템, 그리고 통합 신용위험관리시스템에 이르기까지 각 단위 시스템이 전체적으로 하나의 시스템으로 통합되어야 한다. 특히, 통합 위험관리시스템은 신용위험을 은행전체의 신용 포트폴리오의 관점에서 측정하고 분석함을 의미한다. 통합 위험관리시스템은 개별 대출기업 혹은 개별 대출에 대한 신용위험을 분석함과 동시에 이를 기초 데이터로하여 은행 전체 신용 포트폴리오의 신용위험 노출정도를 파악한다. 또한, 개별 대출기업의 신용등급 변화로 인한 은행전체 신용위험의 변화를 자동적으로 파악하고 조기 경보함으로써 은행의 총체적인 통합 신용위험관리가 가능하도록 한다.

In this days, information resources are very important in the organization. So, Many public institutions as well as private companies eager to IRM(information resource management). Especially, one of core elements in this IRM is sizing for information system. But, many cases of sizing is executed independently, even though hardware and software are very strongly connected, Many people say that it is not efficiency. In this paper, we have established the integrated sizing model for information system. The proposed model based on hardware sizing guidelines, announced by National Information Society Agency, and software price guidelines, announced by Korean software promotion agency.
