국내 대형병원 중심의 통합의료정보시스템은 2000년 초반을 기점으로 부터 처방전달시스템(OCS : Order Communication System)중심에서 전자의무기록(EMR : Electronic Medical Record)시스템을 포함한 시스템으로 확장발전하고 있다. 하지만, 오늘날의 고도화된 의료정보시스템은 정보 사용자의 요구도가 복잡 다양해짐에 따라 단위 시스템으로 개발되어 점차 통합되는 과정에 이르렀고, 이에 따라 대형병원과 같은 복잡한 조직체계에 적합한 의료정보시스템의 권한관리는 해결되어야 할 큰 문제점이다. 또한 다양한 사용자의 적절한 권한관리의 부재로 인하여 개인정보 및 민감정보 노출의 심각성 또한 대두되었다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 과거 병원정보시스템(HIS: Hospital Information System)의 문제점들을 분석하여 의료정보운영 환경에서의 효율적이고 적합한 권한관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 통합의료정보시스템의 특성에 맞는 적합한 권한 관리를 개발하여 대형병원 EMR 시스템에 적용된 사례를 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 차세대 EMR을 비롯한 통합의료정보시스템에 맞는 권한관리 솔루션 개발에 기반이 된다.

As the multimedia application services have been getting various in Internet, need of multimedia database management system which can manage various multimedia information effectively has been increased. The multimedia application generally needs the features to store, manage, retrieve the multimedia data. We need a database management system framework that may be easily integrated with these features. This paper proposes th database management system framework providing the easy integration with various multimedia information retrieval. The framework uses OQL as the retrieval interface, so that user can use it easily. It can be integrated dynamically and easily with various multimedia retrieval method as a loosely coupled system. In addition there is no performance degradation caused in a loosely coupled system.

Managing semistructured data needs fine granularity such as markup elements. XML has major effect in managing web content, it enables content reusability, enriches information with metadata, ensures valid document links, etc. We introduce our content model as an integrated work which handles content objects as controllable units. The paper concerns on modeling news site and how the content is classified due to the site structure, aggregated content and reusability. The model stores instance XML document into relation database using fragmentation strategy.

In this study, a framework for web-based information system in VDN environment for safety and health monitoring in subway stations is suggested. Since physical variables that describing safety and health need to be closely monitored in multiple locations in subway stations, concept of distributed monitoring network using wireless media needs to be implemented. Connecting remote wireless sensor network and device (LonWorks) networks to the IP network based on the concept of VDN can provide a powerful, integrated and distributed monitoring performance, making a web-based information system possible.

The business value of IT has been the focus of the academic and business field in recent years, along with the massive IT investment. Unfortunately, those studies have not been able to demonstrate strong linkages between the IT investment and performance. The impact of IT investment on performance is an important research topic that needs to consider the role of key contextual factors and intermediate factors. This study develops an integrated model for IT investment, with the mediating effects of production/coordination performance towards firm performance. In addition, the model is moderated by some factors like ISP(Information Systems Planning), Business Planning alignment, top management support, IT education and training, and process innovation. The empirical result, based on the moderating regression analysis, indicates that the relationship between IT Investment and production/coordination performance is significantly positive depending on moderating factors. However, production/coordination performance is partially related to firm performance.

The landscape of corporate reporting is changing quickly. The concepts, elements and principles that characterize the way organizations plan, manage and report their annual performances are currently being questioned, debated, and redesigned throughout the world. However, widening the scope of corporate performance and reporting is a major issue. Research needs to bridge the gap between social and financial performance by considering corporate performance in a wider perspective. At base, IR is a relatively new but powerful idea: enhancing the way organizations think, plan and report the story of their business. Organizations are using IR to communicate a clear, concise, integrated story that explains how all of their resources are creating value. This paper examines the rise of what has been widely claimed to represent a new and striking future for corporate reporting, namely the notion of "Integrated Reporting" (IR). Unfortunately, there is poor empirical research work undertaken which has focused on published integrated reports. This research study provides initial analysis of the content and structure of the corporate integrated reports published in 2013 and available on the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) Emerging Examples Database. As part of this study, Integrated Reports were analyzed for company information, report information and report content. Moreover, they were also evaluated as to the extent these adhered to the integrated reporting (IR) Guiding Principles, Content Elements, and the multiple capitals model. Findings of this study indicate that "early integrated reports were mostly lengthy, fail to adhere to all the guiding principles, and covered four of the six capitals suggested." At present, no universally accepted global framework for IR exists and it is still largely a voluntary practice. We believe that IR of both financial and non-financial performance should be made mandatory, and it should become a universal practice for all the global listed companies within the next 5-10 years.

본 연구는 수계별 한정된 수자원의 효율적 관리를 위한 기존 댐의 연계운영과 병행하여 댐 상 하류 유출을 고려한 종합적인 수자원관리방안 수립의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라, 저수기 댐 상 하류의 수계주요지점에 대한 하천 유출상황을 모의할 수 있는 수문모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 강우유출 모형을 모의하기 위해서는 강우량, 유출량, 용수수요자료, 취수량 등을 입력자료로 한다. 여기에 활용되는 입력자료는 실시간 물관리 정보 시스템에 있는 DB의 자료를 사용한다. RRFS의 기반 모형은 미 공병단에서 개발한 SSARR 모형으로 하였으며 일단위 유출량을 산정하여 하천의 장단기 유출 예측을 실시한다.

Among the standards of CALS, CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a standard in information share procedure which manages all data and services occurred between a contractor and a purchaser. CITIS services have some security problems like authentication problem and repudiation problem, when they are implemented using the Internet. To solve these problems, CITIS needs a user certificate system which can allow to access important information only to qualified users. This paper proposed a PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) Certificate Authority for CITIS, and created a real User Certificate System which can be adjusted to circumstances of real CITIS.

The development of a basin-wide runoff analysis model is to analysis monthly and daily hydrologic runoff components including surface runoff, subsurface runoff, return flow, etc. at key operation station in the targeted basin. h short-term water demand forecasting technology will be developed fatting into account the patterns of municipal, industrial and agricultural water uses. For the development and utilization of runoff analysis model, relevant basin information including historical precipitation and river water stage data, geophysical basin characteristics, and water intake and consumptions needs to be collected and stored into the hydrologic database of Integrated Real-time Water Information System. The well-known SSARR model was selected for the basis of continuous daily runoff model for forecasting short and long-term natural flows.

The KOSHA codes H-31 and H-30 provide general guidelines to establish a prevention program for work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSD). Understanding of the components and practitioner needs for a WMSD prevention program is necessary for effective revision and implementation of the KOSHA codes. The present study established a comprehensive structure for a WMSD prevention program and surveyed practitioner needs for the KOSHA codes. The comprehensive prevention program structure, consisting of 7 parts(organization, education, risk management, medical management, program evaluation, and record keeping) and 90 items, was constructed by analyzing WMSD prevention guidelines published by various government agencies such as KOSHA, OSHA and NIOSH. Next, 20 practitioners, from four industry sectors(auto manufacturing, auto part manufacturing, shipbuilding, and machinery), working in a safety and health department or labor union, were interviewed to collect opinions for the KOSHA codes in terms of relevance, government support, and additional information needed. Guidelines of the KOSHA codes requiring modifications and government supports were identified, which can be used to revise the KOSHA codes and to establish a government policy to promote the implementation of the KOSHA codes. Lastly, the survey revealed that integrated, customized, quantitative, and case information for WMSD prevention is additionally needed, which can be used as design guidelines for a WMSD prevention program manual for practitioners.
