Purpose: To evaluate community health nursing practice by nursing students for basic data to improve nursing practice education, and to determine the clinical practice experiences of nursing students at public health centers. Method: According to methodological triangulation, all data was collected from March 2001 to June 2001 through prepared questionnaires with 62 Participants, and in depth interviews with 2 Participants, and content analysis with 8 Participants. Results: 1. Clinical practice content was needed to make up professionally. 2. Clinical practice instructor was satisfied with teaching by community health nursing professor, but not by public health center nurse. 3. Clinical environment was perceived as good. 4. Clinical practice time was perceived suitable, but practice evaluation was given a low grade. 5. Experience of nursing students was grouped into 9 categories and 20 themes. 9 Categories are as follows: change of public health center image, difficulty in the personal relationship, positive personal relationships, doubt about the attitude, doubt about the task, tension, worth, ambivalance of the conference, feeling about the end stage of the clinical practice. Twenty themes are stereotypic of the public health care center: recognition, difficulty between tasks and interrelationships with the clients, decrease of self esteem due to deficiency of trust with the students, exchange of feelings in the relationships, the situation of clients was not considered, feelings were disregarded, not systematic, regarding students as supplementory manpower, independent work but not enough contents, anxiety & fear, self-trust, be skilled in the practice, pragmatic knowledge formation, understanding of the old person, self-study of oneself. live up to the expectation, consider as the job, dissolve the stress and impose burden, feeling the lack regarding active approach in the practice. Conclusion: The students have perceived the need of community health nursing through the clinical practice. Clinical practice of community health nursing requires content supplement, correction of instruction by public center nurses, environmental alteration, evaluation criteria set up. Experience of clinical practice in the public health center was as follows: Getting rid of the stereotype about public health center, nursing students comprehended variety and were worth while to do clinical practice in spite of tension& anxiety and fear. And they thought to be a community nurse someday.

Recently the private security industry is showing rapid growth compared with the different types of industry. However, it is not prepared the device for the system to verify the professional qualification of the security guards. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be qualified professionally. For it the role of professional qualification systems is emphasized. The problem of the certification of the qualification about the security guard to play the role to protect a body / life of the individual and property are the part to need necessarily as the quality problem of the individual and the trust of the people. The settlement of the qualification system which is such system can induce the development of the security industry with social trust. The certified security certification is needed and how to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. The professional qualification system to be carrying out with America and Japan is fixed through the cooperation of the business world and steady research for the qualification system plan, these are giving the trial of the qualification system of a security of Korea full of the suggestion. This study will do this to the basis which a necessity about the qualification system of the security man emphasis and considerate professional qualification system concerning the private security development plan around the Bodyguard Qualifying Examination which are carried out at twice by the Korea Security Association and the Korean Institute of Security. In summary to meet the social demand professional qualification for the security guards will be drawn from the analyses of civil security qualification systems.

Recently, interest in Korean Wave craze and K-beauty, led by K-pop, is increasing. In addition, the popularity and influence of the domestic beauty service industry has increased, and the economic and cultural ripple effects have been continuously expanding. The need to professional manpower training in response to the demand for manpower due to the growing development of domestic beauty services is emphasized, and the number of trainees who are actual consumers of beauty academy is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of our study is to examine the importance of quality factors of educational services to achieve educational purposes in the educational services provided by the Beauty Academy and the relationship between relationship commitment and educational service performance. Furthermore, it is to draw the importance of administrative support services, educational programs as well as educational service provision activities. However, the research for professional manpower training according to the provision of beauty services is insufficient compared to the development speed of the beauty industry. Therefore, at the present time when beauty service education is emphasized, our study will examine the relationship between relationship commitment and educational service performance based on the quality of education service by the students of domestic beauty academy. The measurement variables set for our study are program, instructor quality, tuition, external service, service fairness, relationship commitment, trust level, and educational service performance. The variables were analyzed and derived through the survey, and the following contents were derived from the empirical analysis. First, the quality of education service provided by the beauty academy, such as program, external service, service fairness, relationship commitment and trust level, had a significant effect on relationship commitment. Educational services provided by the institute, such as the systematicity and diversity of educational programs, enabled students to have a uniform relationship commitment. The quality of education service itself is to learn the expertise necessary for providing beauty service from the standpoint of the students and play an organic role in the relationship with the institute. Second, the moderating effect of trust level between academies and students was significant in the quality of education service and the relationship commitment. This means that students will feel higher level of service quality through the practical trust relationship of the students about the educational services provided by the institute. Based on the results of the empirical analysis, the implications of our study are to find ways to improve the students' ability and satisfaction represented by the results of educational services. This is because the quality of education services provided by the institute called Beauty Academy will have a great impact on the career choice of educational facilities and students. The characteristics of consistency, convenience, and knowledge orientation of education itself should be considered comprehensively, and a strong market position should be established through image formation through external service factors, which are external environments of academies.Furthermore, in terms of presenting differentiated strategies with competitors, the educational service quality factors play a significant role in the commitment to the relationship with the students, so the role of relationship marketing will be important for the psychological stability experienced by the students by grasping the demand accompanying the behavior of the students in advance.

This study was conducted to provide basic data for improving nursing management practice by comparing and analyzing the perceptions of nursing students and clinical instructors about the importance of the learning contents of nursing management and their practical experience. The final 343 copies were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test and cross-analysis, targeting 4th-grade students and clinical instructors at three universities. Both nursing students and clinical instructors recognized 'communication', 'interpersonal relationship', 'responsibility', 'trust', and 'morality' as important factors in the evaluation items of practice. Among the top 10 most importantly recognized items among nursing-management practice learning content, six items ('infection control', 'nursing record management', 'patient nursing management', 'drug management', 'patient safety', and 'nursing malpractice') were matched in the two groups. Moreover, clinical instructors recognized that interpersonal relationships and relationship ethics were important, while nursing students chose legal responsibility. As a result of the practical experience analysis between the two groups, nursing students had high experience of indirect participation, but the clinical instructors had a high experience of direct instruction. A plan is needed to reduce the difference by establishing an organic partnership relationship between the university and practice institutions and increase the experience of direct practice of nursing students.
