Our gorvernment announced an educational reformation bill to establish the institutional foundation of educational system on May 31, in 1995. To secure the open education which is to foster students' creativity, individualization and personalization, it was requested that the past teacher-centered system should be changed to learner-centered system. To gurantee such a change, however, there are many conditions that has to be satisfied first. I think that the most important thing for the new system is a close interaction between teachers and students. To accomplish a successful interaction, the teachers' understanding and attitude toward their students must change at first. The purpose of this study is to examine what kind of understanding and attitude the teachers need, and what kind of roles teachers must take charge of. At the same time, I suggest that we need to establish a Teacher Center to give teachers a seperate place to learn new theories, and to exchange among themselves the informations they got from the actual field experience.

Our Study aims to examine, from a critical perspective, recent approaches to the definition of services, Studies that deal with the question of how to characterize services offer three types of response. The first approach developed by classical economists proposes to use technical criteria (immateriality, non-separability between consumption and production, non-storage, heterogeneity) as foundation for a specific definition of services. The second, which is today most widely cited definition, that of Peter Hill proposes an institutional or a relation-oriented definition which emphasizes service triangle. Finally, the work of Gadrey, which investigates the impact of new technologies on service activities, offers a new general definition of services that is compatible with the existence of several demand rationales.

The aims of this study are to provide future prospects of the Korean ornamental fish industry and to seek for its development direction based on analysis of its problems and its domestic and foreign situations and circumstances. The ornamental fish market has continuously grown due to increase of domestic and international demand. In this respect, the Korean ornamental fish industry has also high potential. However, the industry still has several problems such as artisanal industrial structure, a lack of investment related with R&D, poor information on the domestic and international ornamental fish industry, underdeveloped regulations and policies, low public awareness and less effort to expand the market, and a lack of regulatory and policy support. Therefore, overcoming these problems above, the Korean government has to carry out following things : establishment of institutional and industrial foundation, intensive R&D investment, exploitation of domestic and foreign markets, and systematic information gathering for ornamental fish industry.

This paper aims to emphasize the necessity of beginning and developing judicial politics in Korea. Law is constitutive of politics, and judicial politics is vital in understanding how politics is influenced by law. Disappointingly, social science in Korea has not recognized the importance of judicial politics. Judicial branch in Korea does not have the capacity to constrain the executive or other government agencies governed by elected officials. The rule of law does not work. Judicial politics has not yet been introduced in Korea, despite its enormous importance in shaping political economy. The rule of law and courts are believed to be the institutional foundation for economic growth. Law embodied in "no one is above the law" is recognized to provide fairness and stability with a democracy. Little attention to judicial politics results in leaving behind a missing link in a polity. The fortification of the rule of law is necessary to make democracy consolidated in Korea, as shown in impeachment of former president Park Geunhae. A new scholarship in Korea on judicial politics is in need to discuss what conditions under which the rule of law is possible and how to make it sustainable.

과거부터 항만은 도시 발전에 많은 긍정적 영향을 미쳐왔으나 주거환경 피해와 같은 항만도시의 경쟁력을 떨어뜨리는 외부불경제효과도 가진다. 그렇다 보니 항만은 지자체에게도 중요한 정책 대상이 된다. 그러나 중앙집권적 항만정책 구조와 지자체의 항만역량 부족으로 인해 지자체의 참여 기회는 제한적이다. 따라서 항만을 지역정책의 대상으로 접근하고, 지자체와 일반시민과 지역기업, 시민단체 등 다양한 구성원의 참여와 협력을 기반으로 해결하려는 로컬 항만 거버넌스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 연구는 전문가와 실무자를 대상으로 AHP를 실시하여, 로컬 항만 거버넌스의 구축을 위한 구성요인을 찾고 우선순위를 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 그 결과, 로컬 항만 거버넌스를 구축하기 위해서는 제도적 기반과 사회문화적 분위기의 확립이 최우선됨을 확인하였고, 보다 세부적으로는 지자체장의 관심과 의지, 그리고 실질적 운영을 지원할 제도적 기반인 조례와 지자체 공무원의 전문성 확보가 높은 우선순위를 가지는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 훈련 교·강사를 모집단으로 데이터 기반 의사결정을 위한 토대를 마련하고자 직업훈련기관 수준에서의 패널조사 표집설계 방안을 제시하여 지속적이고 체계적인 훈련 교·강사 실태조사의 기초를 제공하는데 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적인 조사 설계를 위한 요소인 목표 모집단과 표본추출틀을 제안하였으며, 전문가 자문과 실증 자료 분석을 토대로 데이터의 대표성, 자료 수집의 효율성 및 지속가능성 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 표본추출단위, 외층변인과 내층변인을 고려한 표본추출방법 등을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 패널의 단위를 직업훈련기관으로 하여 패널로 선정된 기관과 그 기관에 소속된 훈련 교·강사가 설문조사에 참여할 수 있도록 2단계 층화 비례 표집 방안을 마련하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 패널조사 표본 설계 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Objective: This study investigated the awareness of occupational therapy in the community in occupational therapy majors through a survey. This purpose is to investigate the awareness of occupational therapy in the community among occupational therapy majors and establish a theoretical foundation. Methods: The research subjects were surveyed among occupational therapy majors at M University living in Gyeongsangnam-do, and analyzed 141 questionnaires from September 2023 to December 2023. Results: The results of this study that education and awareness improvement are needed to increase awareness of occupational therapy in the community, and it was found that continuing education and case sharing are effective. Activation of home rehabilitation and continuous health management. This institutional development can induce employment activity through community rehabilitation, and activate programs in connection with adult day care centers. For the development of community occupational therapy, participation in education and development of customized treatment are necessary, and patient It should be developed to help with movement and movement, and it has been shown that it can also affect the quality of life of patients. In addition, cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence are expected to be applied to remote support, telemedicine, etc., and are applied to dementia, cognitive patients, and central nervous system patients. In order to institutionalize occupational therapy in the community, it is helpful in daily life, nursing, and management. It was said that this would be helpful for community participation. Conclusion: This study investigated the awareness of occupational therapy in the community among occupational therapy majors. Education and awareness improvement are needed to increase awareness of occupational therapy in the community. Education to improve the professionalism of occupational therapists, strengthening connectivity with other majors, and local organizations. It is believed that collaboration with the local community and institutional supplementation tailored to the needs of the local community were necessary.

본 연구는 국내의 대통령기록물을 관리하는 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단의 현황 및 서비스를 비교${\cdot}$분석하기 위한 기초연구로써, 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념 재단의 특징 분석 및 시사점 도출을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단을 대상으로 소장 기록물, 온${\cdot}$오프라인 서비스, 법${\cdot}$제도적 현황을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단이 지닌 특징과 차이점을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단의 특징을 비교?분석하고자 시도했다는 점과 두 기관이 협력 관계로 발전하기 위한 기초연구를 도모했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Background: The legal and academic definitions of manual therapy in domestic and foreign countries are reviewed, and problems and improvement plan of manual therapy are established through comparative analysis of the current status and system of manual therapy in Korea and abroad. Design: Review. Methods: In this study, the development direction of manual therapy in Korea was derived by analyzing the definition, application status, and service system of domestic and foreign manual therapy. Results: Firstly, it lays the foundation for a more comprehensive national health promotion by solving problems arising from the current unclear definition of manual therapy. Secondly, the subject of manual therapy is a physiotherapist but the subject of claiming non-benefit costs is a doctor, moreover illegal manual therapy by an unqualified or non-professional who is not a physiotherapist is being carried out in the medical field. Thirdly, in order to provide quality physiotherapy services (manual therapy) under a cooperative relationship between medical staff and physiotherapists, it is appropriate that physiotherapist have a clear "prescription" or "request" by a doctor. Fourth, there is no provision for the preparation of medical records in the current Medical Technicians Act, and this causes safety accidents of patients during manual treatment. Conclusion: As described above, the current manual therapy in Korea is being performed indiscriminately without a clear interpretation, resulting in various problems. I think it is necessary to lay the foundation for institutional and legal re-establishment of manual therapy through additional research on manual therapy in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 만학도 간호대학생의 취업지원 경험의 의미와 구조가 무엇인지 탐색하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 D시와 K시 대학에 재학 중인 만학도 간호대학생 8명을 대상으로 심층면담을 수행하였으며, Colaizzi가 제안한 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 4개의 주제, 8개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 참여자들은 나이 등의 취업의 한계상황에 직면하면서도 취업조건의 부합성을 높이기 위한 노력을 기울이며 취업을 준비하고 있었다. 또한 만학도로서 가진 장점을 찾으며 취업의 의지를 다져나갔으며, 전문직 간호사가 되기 위한 토대를 구축하는 등의 취업을 위한 노력을 하고 있었다. 따라서 만학도 간호대학생의 취업지원을 위한 제도적 기반 마련 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하며 구체적이고 실증적인 후속 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다.
