In this paper, centrifuge model tests and numerical analysis on the breakwater structure were performed to investigate the stability and behavior of breakwater in field. In centrifuge model tests, construction sequence of breakwater structure such as preparation of weathered rock and sand deposit, construction of D.C.M, rubble mound with crushed stones and installment of breakwater structure was reconstructed like field condition and the behavior of ground settlement and breakwater displacement during stage of construction was observed during tests. For the final stage of simulating the horizontal movement of breakwater due to wave force, horizontal load was applied by horizontal loading apparatus being specially designed so that horizontal displacement of structure could be observed. Numerical analysis were also carried out and its results were compared with test results to assess the property of centrifuge model tests with respect to the behavior of structure as well as ground.

The purpose of this study was to analysis housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan, got hold of the influencing variables of housing life styles and indicated source materials about the plan of alteration of apartment dwellers. As a methodology for this study, questionnaire survey were used. The number of 228 cases were analyzed through SPSS PC+. For the analysis of the data, such techniques were used as reliability analysis, frequence analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.The major findings of this study were as followings: 1. Housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan identified five factors. In order of decreasing importance, these factors included: i)practicality, ii)ornament, iii)the faculty of space, iv) actuality, and v) spending habits. 2. The size of a family, wife's education, income, cost of alteration, and the area of installment sale were the most significant factors that influenced housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan.

On the limited urban area, precise measurement of meteorological data is not easy for the cost problem. The facilities collecting the data require high installment costs. The mobile sources can be a solution in city region. For example, a public bus on which some meteorological sensors are installed can act as moving information gathering station. The information is gathered on a server and aggregated to generate useful information for smart phone application. To implement the services, several obstacles are exists. This paper studies on a design of this mobile meteorological information service system for urban area.

The introduction of the OHSMS(occupational health and safety management system) into the enterprise has been increased. But, to prevent accidents and take the value creation effectively, it is recommended that this system and the other management system based on business process should integrate. This paper deals with the present conditions and business values of OHSMS, KOSHA 2000, OHSAS 18001 and/or K-OHSMS 18001, which have introduced to Korea since 1997. By reviewing literature, we analyzed study trends in the development of quantitative and qualitative certification standards and the assessment methods of OHSMS. Also, we can summarize the field issues related to installment and operation of OHSMS : motivation, advantage, problems, obstacles, lessons, and revitalization. And then we can suggest issues of the integrated management system such as background, purpose, adoption view, and the integration types.

Metro Subway System is widely known as the leader of public transportation in a metropolitan area. The signal interlocking is one of the most important organs that plays a major role in the system. By improving the quality of signal lights on the traffic system and keeping its maintenance on a high level will not only repair the current state, but it will also let the LED type signal semi-permanent. The device, which underwent a process of fine manufacture establishment and a close examination, obtained a patented article (2004, as a new device). Utilizing the equipment with cautious preservation on the system will enhance the current state of the signal device. Especially, the test for improvement and development based upon the technique that decreases the frequency of defect produced will further precipitate its efficiency. With authorization of imposing the LED lights on production, installment, and investigation of the system, the newly made equipment will bring improvement to the signal technology and to the industry at largest extent.

The current flowing through the overhead transmission lines causes induced voltage on the communication lines, which can be prevented by calculating the induced voltage at the planning stage for overhead transmission line installment through an agreement between the communication and electric power companies. The procedures to calculate the induced voltages, however, are complicated due to the variety of parameters and tower types of the overhead transmission lines. The difficulty necessitates the development of a simulator to measure the induced voltage on the communication lines. This paper presents two simulators developed for this purpose; one using the Data Base (DB) index method and the other using the Graphic User Interface (GUI) method. The simulators described in this paper have been implemented by the EMTP (Electromagnetic Transient Program).

The purposes of this study was to identify the typology of clothing purchase situation considered by female students and to find out the relationship between clothing purchase situation and clothing evaluative criteria. Data were obtained from 223 female undergraduate students living in Busan, and analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation, cannonical correlation and regres-sion analysis. The results were as follows; 1. There were three types of clothing purchase situation considered by female students; antecedent states were momentary moods and conditions such as depression, unpleasantness, and sufficient time, point-of·purchase situations were physical surrounding and social surround-ing such as store atmosphere and salesperson, and communication situations were consisted of catalog, advertising and usability of credit cards or installment tickets. 2. There were high the relationships between clothing purchase situations and clothing evaluative criteria. It was the communication situation that reflected the most of the clothing evaluative criteria, and extrinsic criteria that explained the most the clothing purchase situ-tions.

The purpose of this paper is to review relationship between social integration and social capital in the residential redevelopment districts based on the system thinking perspective using causal loop analysis. The results are as follows. First, social exclusion phenomena brings about relative deprivation for rental housing occupants feeling left out and close by area residents. This acts as a motive triggering antisocial activities for the rental housing occupants. Second, rental housing and housing for installment should be mix-developed to improve social exclusion phenomenon issues. Third, increase of creating work program in the relationship between residential redevelopment districts and social capital boosts employments, individual earnings, and local area investments. The conclusion provides some research implications and future research direction.

본 논문은 풍수마케팅 위한 체계화된 풍수지리 분석기법과 풍수지리 감결서의 작성 방법을 연구하여 주거공간에 있어 기업의 마케팅에 활용할 수 있도록 풍수마케팅 모형을 정립한다. 여기서 풍수마케팅은 제품광고뿐만 아니라 판매촉진, 홍보, 이벤트, 세일즈맨 활동 등 변화하는 시대에 부응하는 마케팅 전략으로 소비자의 구매력과 기업의 이미지 증진에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 다만, 아직까지 풍수마케팅을 할 수 있는 광고상품이 주택분양이나 점포입지 그리고 상품배치를 위한 공간배치 등 매우 제한적이다. 그래서 현재 보편적으로 이루지고 있는 일반적인 주택분양 마케팅에 덧붙여 주택분양을 한층 더 촉진할 수 있는 풍수마케팅 방식을 연구하고자 한다. 먼저 이 연구를 위해 전통풍수지리 이론을 바탕으로 양택풍수 분석방법을 논하고, 현대에 맞는 새로운 풍수지리 분석기법으로 지형공간구조와 지자기교란을 분석방법을 논한다. 이러한 체계적이고 객관적인 풍수지리 분석방법을 적용한 풍수지리 감결서의 작성방법과 표준양식을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 기존 주택산업의 풍수마케팅 모형을 정립하여 기업의 상품판매 촉진 마케팅의 한 방법을 연구하였다. 향후 이러한 연구를 토대로 주택산업에 대한 정립된 풍수감결서 방식에 따라 분석하여 평가한 풍수마케팅 적용사례의 실례를 들어 주택분양에 얼마나 효과가 있었는지, 웰빙건축에 얼마나 반영되었는지에 대한 연구가 진행되면 풍수마케팅의 실효성 유무를 검증할 수 있을 것이다. 만약 이러한 연구를 통하여 실효성이 검증되면 풍수마케팅의 저변확대로 친환경적인 웰빙 주택산업 활성화에도 도움이 될 것이다. 덧붙여 풍수마케팅에 대한 산업별 모형을 연구하여, 그것이 기업의 이미지와 이윤의 극대화 그리고 고객의 만족에 얼마나 부합되는지에 대한 구체적인 연구가 필요하다.

U-City 기반시설의 구성요소는 지능화된 시설, 정보통신망, 통합운영센터로 구분되며, 기존 연구에서의 U-City기반시설은 효율적인 운영 관리의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 그 중 법에서 정의하는 내용과 다르게 해석하는 경우가 지능화된 시설에서 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제의식을 토대로 국내 지능화시설 관련 법제도 및 운영관리의 문제점 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 지능화시설의 효율적 활용을 위한 통합운영방안을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 관련 법제도와 실무담당자 인터뷰를 통해 지능화시설의 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 지능화 시설에서 생성된 도시정보 및 설치위치를 모두 포함한 통합 활용의 필요성을 도출하였다. 현재 정부부처 및 지자체는 ICT를 활용한 다양한 정보시스템을 구축 운영하고 U-City법에서는 통합적 관리 운영을 명시하고 있으나, 시설 운영주체에 대한 구체적인 책임과 권한에 관한 정의는 명확히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이를 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 설치된 장비와 여기서 생성된 도시정보를 공동으로 활용할 수 있는 관련 부서 간 원활한 조정이 가능한 추진체계가 필요하다. 본 연구는 지능화시설의 관련법 및 법규들에 대한 논리적 연계의 관계를 정립하여 효율적인 지능화시설 설치 및 관리를 위해 일원화된 법적 시스템의 체계를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 통해 지능화시설의 통합연계 및 활용을 위한 관리체계의 기초 토대가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
