효율적인 도로정보의 구축은 GIS에서 가장 중요한 주제이다. 본 논문에서는 도로정보를 자동으로 생성, 구축하기 위하여 모바일 매핑 기술과 영상인식 기술을 결합한 방법을 제안하였다. 모바일 매핑 시스템은 CCD 카메라, GPS, INS를 장착한 차량의 형태를 가지며, 취득한 영상에 나타난 공간객체의 좌표를 사진측량기법을 이용하여 계산한다. 모바일 매핑 시스템에 의한 공간객체 좌표추출과 데이터 구축은 자동화되지 않아 시간이 많이 드는 단점이 있다. 도로의 자동 인식은 영상인식 분야에서도 자동주행차량에 대한 연구의 형태로 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 영상인식에 기반한 방법들은 도로 차선에 적용할 경우 차선의 끊김 차량에 의한 가려짐 좋지 않은 날씨와 조명 등 실제의 도로나 도로변의 다양한 예외상황 때문에 원하는 결과를 얻기 힘든 경우가 많다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 모바일 매핑 시스템으로부터 획득된 GPS/INS 데이터 및 영상인식 기술을 모두 이용한 자동 도로데이터 생성방법을 제안하였다. 영상에 나타난 도로 차선의 3차원좌표로부터 영상에서 객체가 나타날 위치를 추정하기 위한 방법을 고안하였으며, 이러한 방법은 도로 차선을 찾기 위한 복잡한 영상처리 과정을 대폭 줄일 수 있다. 예외상황 때문에 도로차선을 추출하지 못한 경우에는 스플라인 인터폴레이션에 의하여 값을 얻는다. 인터폴레이션은 교차로나 급격한 변화 지점에 따라 구분된 도로 구간 단위로 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 객체좌표 추정방법과 인터폴레이션 기법에 대한 실험 및 결과를 제시하였다.

다슬기는 예로부터 간염, 간경화, 지방간 등의 치료 및 개선에 이용되어 왔으며, 특히 소변불통, 소갈증(당뇨) 등의 약용으로 이용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 다슬기를 대상으로 항당뇨에 대한 효능을 과학적으로 검증하고 그 기작을 규명하고자 하였다. 먼저 다슬기의 생물학적 기능성을 높이기 위해 효소 가수분해를 실시하였으며, protamex에 의한 가수분해도는 10시간 후 약 43% 수준을 나타내었다. PTP1B는 인슐린 신호전달기전에서 IRS-1의 인산화를 방해하여 인슐린 민감성을 저해시키는 효소이다. protamex를 이용한 다슬기 가수분해물(MPH)의 PTP1B에 대한 저해활성은 $15.42{\pm}1.1{\mu}g/mL$의 $IC_{50}$ 값을 나타내어 양성대조군 ursolic acid의 $16.7{\mu}g/mL$ 보다 높은 저해활성을 보이면서 강한 항당뇨 활성 소재로서의 가능성을 보였다. 이에 따라 유리지방산을 이용하여 C2C12 myoblast에서 인슐린 저항성을 유도하고, MPH에 의한 포도당 흡수 정도를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 1 mM PA 처리에 의해 약 32% 수준으로 떨어진 포도당 흡수율은 MPH 처리에 의해 약 199% 수준으로 증가하였다. 또한 장기간 고농도의 포도당(30 mM)에 의해 유도된 당독성 조건에서 MPH는 췌장의 베타세포 INS-1 세포의 생존율을 증가시키고, 대조군에 비해 약 160% 인슐린 mRNA 발현량을 증가시켰다. 이러한 결과에서 MPH는 PTP1B 활성을 저해함으로써 인슐린 신호전달 기작을 활성화하고, 인슐린저항성 환경에서 포도당 흡수를 증진시켜 인슐린저항성을 개선하며, 나아가 고농도 포도당에 의해 유도되는 당독성환경에서 췌장 베타세포를 보호하고 인슐린 mRNA발현량을 정상화할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper we apply several variations of independent component analysis( ICA) methods, such as spatial ICA (sICA), temporal ICA (tICA), and spatiotemporal ICA (stICA), to yeast cell cycle datasets, and compare their performance in finding components that result in gene clusters coherent with annotations and in extract ins meaningful temporal modes. It turns out that the results of tICA are superior to those of PCA, sICA, and stICA in terms of gene clustering and the temporal modes extracted by stICA highlights particular cellular processes.

In this paper, an efficient parallel computation method for solving large sparse systems of linear algebraic equations by using Cholesky's method in the finite element method is studied. The methods of minimizing the number of fill-ins in the factorization process of factorization are investigated for minimizing the amount of memory and computation time. The parallel programming is implemented under the PVM(Parallel Virtual Machine) environment. The method of load-distribution is studied for minimizing the computation time and the communication time.

Langmuir-Blodgett(L.B) method is one of the most possible candidate for the fabrication of the micro scale memory or electrical devices. As for a fundamental study on the conduction mechanism in the organic thin membrane, N-alkyl quinolium-TCNQ complexes were synthesized and their physical properties were examined spectroscopically. LB film was produced by using Moving Wall Type LB Apparatus. The average area per molecule (N-docosylquinolium-TCNQ) was $67.97{\AA}^2$ which is ${\AA}^2$ larger than N-docosyl quinolium-TCNQ.

Simulation Based Acquisition(SBA) gains interest from the defense acquisition community. To accomplish SBA efficiently, M&S should be collaborately used in. This paper proposes PBA(PlugIn-Based Architecture) that is a common software development infrastructure and provides reuse mechanism with plugin components. PlugIns are reuse entity possible to plug-in-play statically and dynamically. This architecture supports stand alone simulation and HLA-compliant distributed simulation also.

With the energy paradigm shift from supply side management to demand side management, many researches have been done on demand side resource management and demand response. At the same time, Obix, BacNet-WS and OPC-UA are popularly used in buildings and industry energy management system. However, it is not easy to interchange the data and information among the systems cause a variety of protocols are used in buildings and factories. Therefore, in this paper, we are proposing an open business platform not only to integrate and manage the demand resources using various protocols and standards, but also to allow to plug-ins a new business service on top of the platform.

본 논문에서는 차량정밀측위를 위한 센서융합 기술의 최근 동향에 대해 다룬다. GNSS 만으로는 자율주행에서 요구하는 정밀측위의 정확도 및 신뢰도를 만족시킬 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 GNSS와 주행계, 자이로스코프 등의 관성항법 센서를 결합하는 복합측위 기술을 소개한다. 또한 라이다 및 스테레오 비전에서 탐지된 랜드마크를 정밀지도에 수록된 정보와 매칭시키는 측위 기법의 최근 동향을 소개한다.

The true north-finding equipment utilizing gyro sensor is used for INS(Inertial Navigation System) and has an increasing preference for gyro compass system due to compact size, lightening, low power and price. The purpose of this experiment is to research gyro compass system providing high performance in the field of manned or unmanned gyro compass system which proposes the accuracy of 1% utilizing experimented equipment at true north of the earth. Unlike the conventional system, the proposed gyro sensor system indicates to be applied in the various and specific equipment using multiple technique and method.

PD pulses have about one nanosecond rise time in the $SF_6$ gas insulation. These pulses propagate through GIS chamber to PD sensors in the form of the electromagnetic radiation. In this paper, we investigated the characteristics of disc sensors and monopole antenna, by putting high frequency signals into the test cell in $SF_6$ gas by means of a Ins rise time pulse generator and 60Hz power supply respectively. Also, we measured PD quantity from the needle electrode and the location effect of output terminal beneath the disk sensors.
