Dried specimens of the genus Inocybe collected from mountain areas throughout the Korean country from 1982 to 1998 and preserved in NIAST were investigated. Out of them, Inocybe hystrix were confirmed as an unrecorded species in Korea. In 1991 Lee et al., previously recorded Inocybe kasukayamensis only with its scientific name and korean common name. In this study we report it with full descriptions of morphological characteristics and diagnosis of micro-structures of this species.

끈적버섯과 Cortinariaceae의 땀버섯속 Inocybe의 비늘땀버섯 I. squamulosa, 원추땀버섯. I kobayasii, 삿갓땀버섯 I. asterospora, 비듬땀버섯 I. lacera, 바늘땀버섯 I. calospora의 원기재를 번역 설명하였다.

1978년(年) 여름부터 가을까지 소백산(小白山) 및 영주지방(榮州地方)에서 탐집(探集)된 고등균류(高等菌類)와 1976년(年) 안동(安東)에서 탐집(探集)된 것중 미동정(未同定)이 었든 것을 이번에 동정(同定)하였다. 그 결과(結果) Macrocystidia의 한국(韓國) 미기록속(未記錄屬)과 10개(個)의 미기록종(未記錄種)을 다음과 같이 확인(確認)하였다. Hygrocybe turunda (Fr.) Karst., Hygrophorus lucorum Kalchbr., Macrocystidia cucumsi (Fr.) Heim var. latifolia (Lange) Imazeki et Hongo, Agaricus subrufescens Peck, Psathyrella hydrophila(Bull. ex Fr.) A.H. Smith, Stropharia rugosannulata Farlow f. lutea Hongo, Inocybe bresadolae Mass., I. multicoronata A.H. Smith, Russula farinipes Romell 과 Lactarius sakamotoi Imai.

1985年 3月부터 1986년 9월까지 무학산(舞鶴山) 일대(一帶)에서 자생(自生)하는 한국산(韓國産) 고등균류( 高等菌類) 120여종(餘種)을 채집(採集)하여 동정(同定)한 결과(結果) 한국산(韓國産) 미기록종(未記錄種)으로 확인(確認)한 것은 다음과 같으며 이들에 대하여 보통명(普通名)을 신칭(新稱)하였다. Hygrocybe ovina(Fr.) Kuhn.(변색무명버섯) Inocybe albodisca (백색꼭지땀버섯) I. calospora Qu'el.(비늘땀버섯) I. kobayasii Hongo (원추땀버섯)

백두산 일대에서 2002년 5월부터 2008년 9월까지 많은 균류을 채집하여 동정 하였다. 그 결과 미기록종으로 확인된 종은 비단깔대기버섯 (Clitocybe alnetorum), 접시깔대기버섯 (C. catinus), 변색깔대기버섯 (C. metachroa), 흰깔대기버섯 (C. odora var. alba), 나뭇잎깔대기버섯 (C. phyllophilla), 예쁜광대버섯 (Amanita muscaria var. formosa), 노랑마귀광대버섯 (A. pantherina var. lutea), 반먹물버섯 (Coprinus semitalis), 광택볏짚버섯 (Agrocybe dura), 줄무늬땀버섯 (Inocybe grammata), 회색껍질끈적버섯 (Cortinarius epipolius), 거미집끈적버섯 (C. nemorensis)이 였다. 이들 미기록종을 한국산 버섯목록에 추가하여 균류자원으로 활용하고자 한다.

The Inocybaceae is a family of ectomycorrhizal fungi belonging to the Agaricales order. Most species in this family produce secondary metabolites, such as muscarine, psilocybin, and other compounds. In the present study, we conducted taxonomic studies on the Inocybaceae based on morphological and molecular phylogenetic analyses for the first time in Korea. As a result, seven species of Inocybaceae were newly recorded: Inocybe caroticolor, I. fuscidula, I. grammatoides, I. latibulosa, I. stellata, Inosperma shawarense, and Mallocybe malenconii. Among them, the genera Inosperma and Mallocybe were described for the first time in Korea. Relevant morphological characteristics, phylogenetic trees, and photographs are provided.

한국산 주름버섯목에 대한 종 분포상 및 종 다양성을 파악하기 위하여 강원도 춘성군 청평사(1990. 9.), 경기도 수원 진흥청구내(1990. 6.), 경기도 광주군 태화산$(1994.\;8{\sim}9)$, 경기도 양평군 용문산(1994. 9.) 등 4개 지역에서 주름버섯류를 조사한 결과 그중 고슴도치버섯속 Cystoagaricus Sing. 1속과 한국미기록 이란성무명버섯 Hygrocybe firma(Berk, & Br.) Sing. var. firma Sing.; 꽃잎꼬막버섯 Hohenbuehelia petalodes (Bull.: Fr.) Schulzer; 고슴도치버섯 Cystoagaricus strobilomyces (Murr.) Singer; 받침대먹물버섯 Coprinus domesticus (Bolt.: Fr.) S. F. Gray; 흰꼭지땀버섯 Inocybe autata T. Kobayshi & E. Nagasawa 5종이 확인되어 이들에 대한 자실체의 특징을 기술하고 현미경 그림을 작성하여 보고하는 바이다. 인용된 색명은 Kornerup과 Wascher(1978)의 Methuen Handbook of colour을 참조하여 기술 하였다. 종 분류에 이용된 버섯표본은 농업기술연구소와 농업유전공학연구소 표본실에 보관중이다.

소나무와 외생근균(外生根菌)을 형성(形成)하는 것으로 보이는 고등균류(高等菌類) 약(約) 70종(種)을 소나무림(林)(Pinus rigida ${\times}$ rigida taeda)에서 채집(採集)하였으며 그 중 한국미기록(韓國未記錄) 4종(種), 즉 Inocybe fastigiata, Phylloporus bellus, Lactarius glaucescens 및 Lactarius subvellereus이 확인(確認)되었고, 그의 한국명(韓國名)을 신칭(新稱)하였다. 기기록(旣記錄)된 Phylloporus rhydoxanthus는 자실체(子實體)의 특징(特徵)으로 보아 P. bellus로 사려(思慮)된다.

국내 석회암지대에 서식하는 참나무류의 뿌리에서 외생균근균(ectomycorrhizal fungi, ECM)의 다양성을 분석하였다. 분자분석을 통해 참나무류에 공생하고 있는 45속의 ECM을 확인하였다. ECM의 종 다양성 지수는 pH, 칼슘 농도, 유효인산 농도가 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 보였고, 전질소 함량과 유기물 함량이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 군집분석 결과 석회토양의 특징인 pH와 칼슘 농도와 양의 상관관계를 갖는 ECM은 Sebacina, Tomentella, Tuber, Densospora, Inocybe, Suillus, Piloderma속에 속하는 균주들 이였으며, 이들은 토양 안정성이 약화된 석회암지대의 생태복원에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

1991년 7월 28일부터 동년 8월 12일까지 백두산과 송화강의 유역 및 그 부근에서 고등균류 420여점을 채집하여 동정한 결과 2아문, 4강, 2아강, 12목, 51과, 141속, 336종을 확인하였다. 우점종은 깔대기버섯, 배불뚝이깔대기버섯, 참낭피버섯, 무명버섯, 붉은벚꽃버섯, 청머루무당버섯, 냄새무당버섯, 잿빛헛대젖버섯, 큰붉은젖버섯, 말똥진흙버섯이다. 한국에 처음 보고되는 종은 Amanita muscaria var, regaris(광대버섯아재비), Voluariella speciosa var. speciosa(예쁜털버섯아재비), Cortinarius alboviolaceus(흰보라큰적버섯), C. violaceus(보라끈적버섯), Inocybe griseolilacina(회보라땀버섯), I. hirtella var. hirtella(센털땀버섯아재비), Boletinus Paluster(방망이황금그물버섯), Crepidotus badiofloccosus(노랑털귀버섯), Lactarius circellatus var. circellatus(작은테젖버섯아재비), L. controversus(쌈젖버섯), l. cilicioides(염소털젖버섯)이다.
