서비스 지향아키텍처 구축단계에 대한 연구 (A Study for deployment methodology of SOA(Service Oriented Architecture))

  • The most fundamental method in IT innovation up to today is the SOA which has been accepted as the standard for the system integration and makes the business more flexible. Although it is important to classify the workflow of enterprise into the unit of services, there is no systematical research on this topic yet. This paper proposes a SOA deployment methodology, which composed of 6 steps. By utilizing this methodology, an enterprise can build up the SOA applied environment easily to achieve its business objectives and to make a linkage between services and business processes more effectively and efficiently, which is proved through Analytic Hierarchy Process. It is considered that Service Oriented Architecture can be the future standard for the IT integration beyond the individual application.

학부-대학원 연계 지역문제해결형 수업설계 경험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Experience of Designing Community Problem Solving Education based on the Undergraduate-Graduate Class Linkage)

  • This article aims to analyze the experience of designing and operating a class model linking undergraduate and graduate students in engineering education and suggest its development direction. To achieve these objectives, the undergraduate-graduate linked class model was applied to community problem-solving education and a case was analyzed. It also specifically presented the process of how we design the class model and what the actual operational performances and improvements are. This study found that undergraduate and graduate students could build integrated and horizontal cooperative relationships in their classes through undergraduate-graduate linked education and, particularly, graduate students could gain meaningful educational experiences. However, it was difficult to obtain tangible performances through the team activities of these students within a semester. In order for engineering colleges to operate undergraduate-graduate linked education, it would be necessary to provide a longer and more systematic educational environment and better curriculum. The study tried to seek specific tasks and ways to improve them.

  • The objectives of this study is to create an environment which students could apply effectively through focused on the innovative methods of education and CAD course contents. The facts which were able to figure out from this study were as follows ; 1. After the analysis of the CAD course contents of the american universities, their common contents were in order of introduce to Computer Aided Drafting and design with Auto CAD/ provide fundamental knowledge of the application for use in design/ examine and how this effects 2 D image and model creation/ CAD as a design tool . Over all trend of CAD course contents of interior design program in american university is moving toward utilizing CAD as a design tool. 2. On the other hand, common contents of our local universities were simply introducing CAD. It means that our course contents are more methodological and theoreatical . And american university's program is focused on problem solving solution as a design tool.

해외 주요국의 디지털 통상 정책 및 무역 협정 규범 동향 (Trends in Digital Trade Policies and Trade Rules in Major Overseas Countries)

  • Digital trade rules are crucial in supporting the digital economy as the rules effectively reduce unnecessary trade barriers. This study introduces various approaches that major countries take regarding digital trade policies and rules. Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership has introduced comprehensive rules on e-commerce, including binding articles on the free flow of information, location of computing facilities, and source code. More recent e-commerce provisions or digital trade agreements cover wider range of issues, from cyber security, artificial intelligence, and data innovation to electronic invoicing and payments. Multilateral negotiations on digital trade rules, including the World Trade Organization E-commerce Joint Statement Initiatives and Indo-Pacific Economic Framework, are in progress. Thus, countries involved are expected to respond to new digital trade issues with long-term strategies considering domestic policy objectives.

  • The UK is a service superpower with solid and well-developed financial and insurance services, including FinTech. Much of the UK's service industry is digital and becoming increasingly so. Primary sources constituting the UK's comparative advantage in services could be factored in business conditions driving innovation in the digital age and world-leading digital competitiveness. Therefore, this study examined the UK's digital policies. This research's focal strands were the UK's digital strategy, national artificial intelligence strategy, and digital trade objectives. As an essential insight for policymakers and other stakeholders, this study proposes that government policies in response to the digital economy are inextricably linked, leading to a critical driver for the UK's digital competitiveness.

Digital Collaborative Network Architecture Model Supported by Knowledge Engineering in Heritage Sites

  • The objective of this article is to create a model of integrated management from the framework modeling of a digital collaborative network supported by knowledge engineering to make heritage site in the Brazil more effective. It is an exploratory and qualitative research with thematic analysis as technique of data analysis from the collaborative network, digital platform, world heritage, and tourism themes. The snowballing approach was chosen, and the mapping and classification of relevant studies was developed with the use of the spreadsheet tool and the Mendeley® software. The results show that the collaborative network model oriented towards strategic objectives should be supported by a digital platform that provides a technological environment that adds functionalities and digital platform services with the integration of knowledge engineering techniques and tools, enabling the discovery and sharing of knowledge in the collaborative network.

Deep Learning-Based Inverse Design for Engineering Systems: A Study on Supervised and Unsupervised Learning Models

  • Recent studies have shown that inverse design using deep learning has the potential to rapidly generate the optimal design that satisfies the target performance without the need for iterative optimization processes. Unlike traditional methods, deep learning allows the network to rapidly generate a large number of solution candidates for the same objective after a single training, and enables the generation of diverse designs tailored to the objectives of inverse design. These inverse design techniques are expected to significantly enhance the efficiency and innovation of design processes in various fields such as aerospace, biology, medical, and engineering. We analyzes inverse design models that are mainly utilized in the nano and chemical fields, and proposes inverse design models based on supervised and unsupervised learning that can be applied to the engineering system. It is expected to present the possibility of effectively applying inverse design methodologies to the design optimization problem in the field of engineering according to each specific objective.

인천시 자치구별 미세먼지 농도에 따른 호흡기 및 심혈관계 외래환자 수 상관분석 (Analysis of Respiratory and Cardiovascular Diseases according to PM Concentration in the Incheon Area)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to identify the effects of PM10 and PM2.5 on hospital visits in the Incheon area over the period of 2016-2018. Methods: We applied correlation analysis and Poisson regression to perform the analysis using cardiovascular disease and respiratory disease data from the National Health Insurance Service and the daily average PM10 and PM2.5 from the Korea Environment Corporation adjusting for time lag. Results: When the daily average PM10 concentration increased by 10 ㎍/㎥, the number of cardiovascular disease patients were 1.002 times higher (95% CI [Confidence Interval]; 1.000-1004) in Ganghwa County. As the daily average PM2.5 concentration increased by 10 ㎍/㎥, the number of cardiovascular disease patients were 1.012 times higher (95% CI; 1.008-1.016) in Ganghwa County. As the daily average PM10 concentration increased by 10 ㎍/㎥, the respiratory disease patients were 1.003 times (95% CI; 1.002-1.004) higher in Gyeyang and Michuhol Counties. As the PM2.5 concentration increased by 10 ㎍/㎥, the respiratory disease patients were 1.003 times higher (95% CI; 1.002-1.005) in Bupyeong County. Conclusions: In some parts of the Incheon area there was a correlation between the number of patients with respiratory and cardiovascular conditions and the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5.

국가연구개발사업 메타평가모형 설계와 응용 (The Design and Application of a Meta-evaluation Model for National R&D Programs)

  • 국가연구개발사업에 대한 메타평가는 과학기술수요와 목표와 연계된 국가전체의 연구개발시스템의 틀 안에서 구축되어야 한다. 연구개발사업평가시스템은 투입, 수행, 산출, 활용의 전 과정으로 이해될 수 있다. 전문가 24명이 참여한 전문가 델파이기법을 통하여 24개의 평가지표가 개발되었다. 메타평가 모델은 중요한 관점 8개의 하위시스템을 포함하고 있다. 8개 하위시스템에는 기획의 적실성, 정보의 충실성, 평가투입에서 평가자의 적정성, 평가수행과정과 방법의 적절성, 평가활용보고와 응용의 유용성 등이 포함된다. 메타평가모형의 활용방법으로서 평정점수의 평균은 5점척도 기준으로 2.73이며, 이는 평가점수의 중앙값 3.0보다 낮게 나타났다. 평가결과의 환류는 연구개발프로그램의 개선에 특별히 강화될 것을 제언한다.

고객 충성도 예측력 제고를 위한 측정방법(CFM) 비교연구 (Comparative Analysis of Customer Feedback Metrics for Improving Predictability of Customer Loyalty)

  • 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 변인과 이들 변인의 예측력 향상을 위한 노력은 계속되어져 왔다. 고객만족도가 고객 충성도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 간주되어왔으나, 2003년 고객추천지수(NPS)가 나오면서 이 방법의 예측력이 우수하다는 연구 결과도 많이 나왔다. 이후 2010년 고객노력지수(CES)가 등장하면서 서비스 기업의 충성도 예측은 고객노력지수가 우수하다는 주장도 있어왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3가지 측정방법을 기본가정, 시간관점, 측정항목, 활용 목적에 따른 유용성, 적용분야, 적용한계라는 6가지 기준으로 비교 분석하였다. 지금까지의 실증 연구결과를 보면 어느 하나의 방법이 모든 산업분야에 걸쳐 예측력이 뛰어나다고 할 수 없으며 산업별, 활용 목적에 따라 측정 방법을 단독 혹은 혼합해서 사용하는 것이 예측력을 보다 제고 할 수 있다.
