The study compares network structures that emerged in three inter-organisational projects set up under the MSC Malaysia initiative by the Government of Malaysia. These consortia are seen as policy-driven inter-organisational networks and, with data collected through interviews; the links among the organisations are mapped to gain an understanding of the structures that emerged in these networks. The findings provide lessons for other emerging countries that are embarking on similar projects i.e. cluster-oriented developments with policy-driven inter-organisational networks. These findings are seen as particularly useful when emerging countries invest in technology-related projects and invite multinational companies to work together with local firms.

The article is assigned to a prelude to the joke of effective pedagogical technologies in professional education in the minds of її continuity. Analyzed the definitions "innovation", "technology", "pedagogical technology", "Innovation pedagogical technology". Blocks have been added, which are stored in innovation processes in the light. The significant role of innovation in education is stated. Presented warehouses pedagogical technologies: conceptual, conceptual-processual and professional. The purpose of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process of vocational education institutions has been clarified. The reasons for finding and implementing innovative pedagogical technologies in education are analyzed.

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of innovation and project management. The rapid growth of scientific and technological progress in our time is leading to such profound changes that a passive, slow response to the development of science and technology leads to a growing backlog. That is why the main direction of efficient production should be a constant striving to improve product quality, timely replacement of the assortment, minimization of inventories, and ensuring the flexibility and mobility of technological processes. Based on the results of the study, the main features of innovation and project management were characterized.

The article proposes a method of modeling a comprehensive indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of regional management of innovation activity. This will make it possible to assess the effectiveness of personnel, financial and credit and foreign economic activity of the regions from the standpoint of an integrated approach. The modeling technique is proposed to be carried out using the tools of taxonomic analysis and the calculation of a complex indicator of the effectiveness of the innovation activity management.

The article considers in detail the possibilities and significance of marketing technologies for additional education programs as the most flexible and adaptive component of the educational process. Moreover, additional education programs are the most market-defined. Also at this stage, we have developed the structure of the e-mail message about ongoing additional educational programs in order to promote them, and on its basis, we have prepared an example of a letter for e-mail.informational and educational mailing using techniques to attract the attention of the addressee in order to promote additional educational programs.The content of the letter was also formed for students of the electronic course "Education Marketing", sent out in order to monitor the educational process.

This study takes an issue of efficiency analysis in the presence of network effect utilizing the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) framework. Network effect has important policy implication for the regulation of local monopolies which undertake their business through physical network, such as electricity, natural gas, local telephony, etc. If the difference in spatial condition between companies is not controlled properly, the performance comparison and associated incentive regulation bear significant bias. In this study, we propose a methodology to measure the true managerial or technical efficiency apart from efficiency difference accruing from the difference in spatial condition. A series of modified DEA efficiency models are combined to investigate the extent of exogenous and endogenous efficiency component in the Korean natural gas distribution companies. Empirical results show that the network effect plays significant role in determining superficial performance difference.

The key objective of this paper is to suggest a pilot model for mobile network interconnection charge calculation by bottom-up long-run incremental costing methodology. Interconnection issues have lately attracted considerable attention by network operators and regulators. However there is no standard by all the network operators' agreement. The costing method is an acute problem because the interconnection charge is directly related to the network operators' revenue. Thus Korea has planned to launch the new interconnection policy based on the current traffic distribution and then we simulate the model in a sample area with virtual data. The results propose objective and reasonable guideline for the mobile network element cost calculation. It can be helpful for calculating price floor or bottom-up long run incremental interconnection charge by regulator.

The explosive growth in wireless networks and Internet services has created considerable demand for mobile Internet services based on the mobile phone. Mobile Internet has become the new business model in telecommunication market, therefore the open network policy for mobile Internet has been formulated and implemented by the government in Korea. In spite of the open network policy for mobile Internet, there has been no systematic analysis of the various interconnection issues, including pricing, in mobile Internet network. This paper aims to suggest the interconnection pricing methods for mobile Internet network by reviewing the current pricing models for various communications services, and adapting them to mobile Internet communications circumstances. Results of this paper can be used as a guideline for government policy directions and management decision making after the introduction of the open network policy for mobile Internet.

본 연구는 대구지역의 기업지원 및 연구기관의 현황, 네트워크 실태와 그 특성을 설문조사 결과를 중심으로 분석하였다. 대구지역의 기업지원 및 연구기관은 1990년대에 주로 설립되었고, 지역 종합대학과 산업단지가 입지하고 있는 북구와 달서구를 중심으로 분포하고 있다. 이들 기관들은 대체로 1-5개 기관과 네트워크 관계를 가지며, 기관 간 네트워크의 주된 역할은 기술 및 시장동향 등 기업이 필요로 하는 정보의 제공이고, 주요 업무는 지역기업에 대한 교육과 응용연구이다. 네트워크 유형은 비공식적 형태가 많고, 교류되는 정보는 과학/연구 및 기술과 기업동향이 중심이다. 이들 기관으로부터의 분리창업은 활발하지 않으나 분리창업한 기업들은 대부된 대구지역에 입지하며, 이들 기업과 기관 간의 네트워크 관계는 기관 상호간 네트워크보다는 상대적으로 활발하며 그 목적도 주로 관련 기술정보 교환이며 공식적 형태가 중심이다.
