Effect of Environmental Responsible Human Resource Management Practice on Manufacturing Enterprise Green Technology Innovation and Organizational Effectiveness

  • This study uses the human resource management (HRM) practice and ability, motivation, and opportunities (AMO) theory and corporate social and environmental responsibility, to explore the effects of environmental responsible human resource management practice (ER-HRM) on energy-intensive manufacturing's green technology innovation and organizational effectiveness. A self-completed questionnaire was administered to managers of energy-intensive manufacturing in the Lao PDR. The data was collected from 198 managers of energy-intensive manufacturing for analysis. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) by smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypotheses in this research. The findings have shown a strong direct and positive impact of the environmental ability, motivation, and opportunity of ER-HRM practice on green technology innovation and organizational effectiveness. The ability of ER-HRM practice has the highest influence on green technology innovation and organizational effectiveness. The findings also prove the partial mediation of green technology innovation links ER-HRM with organizational effectiveness. This research is expected to identify the influences of ER-HRM in energy-intensive manufacturing to achieve innovation and performance while reducing emissions.

대전.충청지역 산업의 구조적 특성과 지역별 혁신역량 (The Structure of Regional Industries for Daejeon.Choongchung Area and the Measurement of Regional Innovation Ability)

  • 본 연구는 대전 충청지역의 산업구조와 특성을 분석한 후 지역경제의 혁신여건과 지역별(광역자치단체중심) 혁신역량지수의 측정을 통하여 지역경제가 보유하고 있는 혁신역량을 파악하고 하고자 하였다. 혁신역량지수는 유럽연합(EU)의 분류에 따라 인적자원부문, 지식창출부문, 지식의 전달 및 응용부문, 그리고 혁신지원 금융 산출 시장부문으로 구분하여 산출하였으며, 이를 9개 광역자치단체별로 측정 비교분석함으로써 정책적 시사점을 찾아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 지역별 총합혁신역량지수는 대전이 2.977로 가장 높고 다음이 서울로 2.650을 보임으로서 대전과 서울에 혁신활동이 집중되어 있음을 파악하였다. 그리고 충남과 충북의 혁신역량지수도 비교적 높은 서울의 76~78% 수준을 보였다. 그러나 여타 지역의 혁신역량지수는 서울이나 대전의 50~60%에 그치고 있어 지역 간 격차가 뚜렷이 존재하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 지역 간 격차가 심한 영역은 지식창출부문으로서 대전은 0.866인데 비하여 부산은 0.085로 무려 10배나 차이가 나고 있으며, 다음은 지식의 전달 및 응용부문과 혁신지원 금융 산출 시장부문의 격차가 상대적으로 크게 나타났다. 그러나 인적자원부문의 혁신지수는 지역 간 격차가 상대적으로 적게 나타나고 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

병원중간관리자의 리더십과 조직혁신성 간의 관계에서 구성원 성숙도의 조절효과분석 (A Study on the Influence of Middle Managers' Leadership on Organizational Innovation in General Hospitals - Focused on the Moderating Effect of Employee's Readiness)

  • The study was conducted to compare organizational innovation depending on the leadership type of middle managers in general hospital. Moreover, the study was also to prove whether employees'readiness causes any differences to the link between leadership and organizational innovation. The result is based on 769 sheets of survey paper answered by administrations and nurses working at general hospitals or the same level of hospitals located in the metropolitan area. The methods of analysis used are as follows: reliability analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Main results of the study can be summarized as below. First, by analyzing the influence of task-behavior leadership on organizational innovation, R squre on knowledge management which is organizational innovation factor was 12.5%, R squre on creativity was 9.1%, and R squre on innovation behavior was 10.3%. Regression model appeared to be statistically significant as well. Both task-behavior and relationship-behavior leadership have influence on organizational innovation and it is learned that relationship-behavior leadership has a bigger influence on all the organizational innovation factors. Second, moderating effect of the employee's readiness is examined in terms of the link between leadership and organizational innovation. As a result, the member's readiness had positive influence when it comes to the link between leadership and organizational innovation. Also, after verifying moderating effect of readiness (ability/willingness), this study shows that ability readiness has positive influence on the link between task-behavior(or relationship-behavior) leadership and creativity, and innovation behavior while willingness readiness positively influences the link between task-behavior(or relationship-behavior) leadership and creativity & innovation behavior. To summarize results of the study, this study shows that the members who possess high readiness also have high organizational innovation, which promises their positive role in a group.

대학의 기업가정신교육이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 팀기반학습의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of University Entrepreneurship Education on Innovation Behavior: Focusing on Moderating Effect of Team-Based Learning)

  • 혁신을 위한 대학의 학습은 새로운 기회창출을 극대화하는데 중요성을 둔다. 즉, 대학은 기업가정신 교육을 통하여 학생들이 잠재적인 기회를 발견하여 새로운 사회와 산업의 발전에 중요한 역할을 해야 한다는 새로운 의미로 실시되고 있다. 현재의 기업가정신교육 프로그램은 급변하는 환경에 대한 다양한 시각에서 개발되고 진행되고 있지만, 보다 전문적이고 체계적인 기업가정신교육 프로그램을 개발할 필요성에 대한 인식이 높아지며 필요성에 대한 강조만으로는 충분하지 않다는 주장이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 혁신적인 아이디어를 창출하고 실현하는 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 인지능력 요소들과 이러한 요소들에 영향을 주는 팀기반학습의 유용성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증적 연구 분석결과 자기주도학습능력과 문제해결능력은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 문제해결능력은 자기주도학습능력의 부분매개로서 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기업가정신교육에서의 팀기반학습은 문제해결능력 및 자기주도학습능력과 혁신행동간의 관계에 조절효과로 유익하게 나타났으며, 팀기반학습의 네가지 요소를 잘 진행한 경우 문제해결능력에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 기업가정신교육에서의 팀기반학습 교수법에 대한 효율성과 활용을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of IT-enabled dynamic capability in the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance under Industry 4.0. We approach the intellectual capital from the perspective of the resource-based view and define the components of intellectual capital as human capital, social capital, and organizational capital. On the other hand, the IT-based dynamic capability means that the information technology and the utilization ability of the enterprise are combined to overcome the turbulent environment. The empirical results showed that the IT-enabled dynamic capabilities mediated the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance as it revealed in theory. And in terms of practical implications, we found the importance of an organization's information technology ability to effectively utilize intangible resources for organizational performance.

  • This paper describes a comprehensive approach to examine how technological innovation contributes to the renewal of the firm's competences through its dynamic and reciprocal relationship with R&D and product commercialization. Three theories of technology and innovation (R&D and technological knowledge concept, product-process concept, technological interdependence concept) are used to relate technology and innovation to strategic management. Based on those theories, this paper attempts to identify dynamic relationship between product innovation and process innovation by system dynamics, by investigating the aspect of the dynamic changes of the closed feedback circulation structure in which R&D investments drive technological knowledge accumulation, and such knowledge accumulation actualizes product innovation and process innovation, subsequently resulting in the increase of productivity, customer satisfaction, profit generation, and re-investment on R&D from the created profits. This provides the ability to assess the advantages and disadvantages of different technological innovation strategies and commitments, and the opportunity to explore equilibrium point and suggest a generalized technological innovation model under different industry environment parameters and time-strategies.

  • Local decentralization and administration innovation is the most important problem the government confronted with at the present time. So local government must be follow them. Therefore, local government need to prepare whole process on this. From now on, local government must be develop own innovation model and strategy then, forward with innovation plan classified by step. This study reviewed the significance and necessary of local administration innovation and examined the necessary of level diagnosis of local administration innovation. And We diagnosed administration innovation of C province, then analyzed the result and proposed Altitude plans of administration innovation.

  • 본 논문은 첨단 기술기반 기업의 여러 성과결정 요인 중 기술과 직접 관련된 요인들이 IT 및 BT 산업별로 어떻게 다르게 기업들의 성과에 영향을 미치는 가를 연구의 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서 비교 분석을 위해 선택한 기술관련 성과 결정요인은 기업의 기술개발 전략, R&D 집단 특성, 그리고 지식자산 관리역량 등 3가지이다. 그리고 기업의 성과는 전년대비 매출액 성장률의 2개년 평균을 주로 사용하였다. 성과 결정 요인들을 독립변수로 하고 매출액 성장률을 종속변수로 하여 전 산업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 모델과 IT 및 BT 산업만을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 모텔을 설정하여 연구목적을 규명하였다. 분석결과, 기술관련 성과 결정요인들이 기업의 성과에 전반적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, IT 및 BT 산업별로 기술관련 성과결정 요인이 기업성과에 상이한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The recycle economy is the first stage of knowledge economy. In March 2005, the author attended the forum of 'Festival of Thinkers' in the capital of United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi. Through five day' discussing with 10 Nobel Prize winners and 18 thinkers from five continents, the conception of Recycle Economy is regulated. The former principle of '3R' in clean production has been expanded to '5R' in new recycle economy, adding concept of 'rethink' and 'repair' to the 'reduce, reuse and recycle' This article makes a full exposition to the origin, contents and its innovation to the classical western economics of the new recycle economics. Before the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the article discusses the application of new recycle economy in terms of promoting the ability of national innovation system and independent innovation, city construction and the industry innovation concerning Beijing's features.

Alliance Portfolio Diversity on Innovation Performance - the Role of Internal Capabilities of Value Creation

  • In this study, we suggest a new perspective on the linkage between alliance portfolio diversity and innovation performance based on a contingency approach. Using a longitudinal data set on alliance portfolios and patents of 182 firms in the U.S. manufacturing industries, we examined that alliance portfolio diversity has a U-shaped relationship with firm-level innovation. Internal value creation capabilities in terms of routine and ability are found to moderate the relationship between alliance portfolio diversity and innovation performance: Organizational search routine strengthens the relationship of alliance portfolio diversity and innovation performance while technological capabilities weaken and flip the relationship.
