Generally, Aluminum is superior to durability, light, and characteristics of the material are embossed luminant. So, these characteristics of aluminum will be used automobile interior parts by aluminum injection moulding. Especially, The external of Aluminum plate is engraved differing pattern by roller working. This working can use any longer and be seen gracefully. This is the reason why aluminum insert moulding is used. This feature of research can be characterized by simple process to customize aluminum sheet of blanking and forming process with internal parts of configuration if products are injected by aluminum sheet. Besides, to analysis completed Automobile interior parts to be concerned volumetric shrinkage, best gate location, fill time analysis and so on through the mold-flow before the aluminum insert moulding is worked.

A fundamental study on a gas injection variable thrust method for thrust throttling in a liquid rocket engine was conducted. The gas injection variable thrust has the advantage of not only being able to control the thrust with a simple structure but it also increases the atomization performance through the injection pressure drop that increases in direct proportion to the density reduction. In this study, spray characteristics such as spray instability, spray pattern, spray angle, and breakup length based on changes in the liquid mass flow rate and amount of injected gas were investigated using effervescent swirl injectors.

The residual stresses in injection-molded plastic parts can be divided into two, i.e., the flow-induced residual stress produced in flowing stage and the thermally-induced residual stress produced in cooling stage. Especially, the main source for the defect in the final parts, such as warpage, is known to be the thermally-induced stresses. For the freely quenched samples the structures of residual stresses and bire-fringence have been investigated by many researchers extensively. However, the boundary condition for free quenching was found to be improper to study actual injection molding process. In the present study a datailed structure of the residual stresses and birefringence produced under constrained quenching has been investigated experimentally. In constrained quenched samples a similar pattern but much less stress values than that for the freely quenched samples has been found in the case of the thickness of 1.0 mm. Howvere, in the case of the thickness of 4.0mm, totally different stress profile has been found experimentally. Suprisingly uniform birefringence throughout whole thickness has been found for all the cases of constrained quenching. Finally, to explain the mechanism to produce the final residual stresses and bire-fringence some preliminary numerical results including free volume theory have been introduced briefly.
In this study, real-time collection of mold vibration signals during injection molding processes was achieved through IoT devices installed on the mold surface. To analyze changes in the collected vibration signals, injection molding was performed under six different process conditions. Analysis of the mold vibration signals according to process conditions revealed distinct trends and patterns. Based on this result, cosine similarity was applied to compare pattern changes in the mold vibration signals. The similarity in time and acceleration vector space between the collected data was analyzed. The results showed that under identical conditions for all six process settings, the cosine similarity remained around 0.92±0.07. However, when different process conditions were applied, the cosine similarity decreased to the range of 0.47±0.07. Based on these results, a cosine similarity threshold of 0.60~0.70 was established. When applied to the analysis of mold vibration signals, it was possible to determine whether the molding process was stable or whether variations had occurred due to changes in process conditions. This establishes the potential use of cosine similarity based on mold vibration signals in future applications for real-time monitoring of molding process changes and anomaly detection.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of morphology and structure of bone tissue, caused by administration of high-dose hydrocortisone, elcatonin and cyclophosphamide. In order to carry out experiment, 60 four-week old Sprague-Dawley strain rats weighing about 107 gms were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was subdivided into three groups, assigned fifteen rats for each group, by the different drugs administered. Each experimental group was then categorized as follows: hydrocortisone 30㎎/㎏ b.w. with daily subcutaneous injection, elcatonin 20U/㎏ b.w. with daily subcutaneous injection, and cyclophosphamide 100㎎/㎏ b.w. with a single intraperitoneal injection. Fifteen rats were injected daily with 5㎖/㎏ b.w. of normal saline solution subcutaneously in control group. Rats in control group and experimental group were serially sacrificed on the 6th, the 15th and the 22nd day after injection of normal saline, hydrocortisone, elcatonin and cyclophosphamide, respectively. Being sacrificed, both sides of mandibular condyles were removed and fixed with 10% neutral formaline. The one side of mandibular condyles was radiographed with soft X-ray apparatus. Thereafter, the obtained radiographs were observed, and the bone density of condylar head and condylar neck regions was measured by use of transferring video-based digital radiograph. The other side was further decalcified and embedded in paraffin as usual manner, then sectioned and stained with hematoxylin and eosin, observed by light microscope. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Sclerotic changes with regularly increased trabecular pattern were seen throughout experimental periods in hydrocortisone group. Increased the number of trabecular pattern with irregularity and periodic striation on the periphery of condylar head region were appeared with lapse of time in elcatonin group. In cyclophosphamide group, irregular trabecular pattern and stippled radiopacities on mandibular condyle were observed with lapse of time. 2. The bone density of condylar head region was increased in hydrocortisone group, decreased in elcatonin group, and tended to be decreased in cyclophosphamide group, compared with that of control group according to the experimental periods. 3. The bone density of condylar neck region tended to be rather increased in hydrocortisone group, elcatonin group and cyclophosphamide group, depending on the experimental periods. 4. In microscopic studies, there were irregular trabecular bonds and osteoblastic activity in hydrocortisone group and elcatonin group throughout experimental periods, degenerative cartilage and trabecular bones in the 6th day and densely calcified trabecular bones in the 22nd day in cyclophosphamide group.
The selective catalytic reduction system is a highly effective technique for the denitrification of the flue gases emitted from the industrial facilities. The distribution of mixing ratio between ammonia and nitrogen oxide at the inlet of the catalyst layers is important to the efficiency of the de-NOx process. In this study, computational analysis tools have been applied to improve the uniformity of NH3/NO molar ratio by controlling the flow rate of the ammonia injection nozzles according to the distribution pattern of the nitrogen oxide in the inlet flue gas. The root mean square of NH3/NO molar ratio was chosen as the optimization parameter while the design of experiment was used as the base of the optimization algorithm. As the inlet conditions, four (4) types of flow pattern were simulated; i.e. uniform, parabolic, upper-skewed, and random. The flow rate of the eight nozzles installed in the ammonia injection grid was adjusted to the inlet conditions. In order to solve the two-dimensional, steady, incompressible, and viscous flow fields, the commercial software ANSYS-FLUENT was used with the k-𝜖 turbulence model. The results showed that the improvement of the uniformity ranged between 9.58% and 80.0% according to the inlet flow pattern of the flue gas.
A cylindrical constant-volume combustion chamber was used to investigate the flow characteristics at the spark electrode gap and the combustion characteristics of an inhomogeneous charge methane-air mixture under several parameters such as stratified pattern, initial charge pressure, ignition time and the excess air ratio of the initial charge mixture. Flow characteristics including mean velocity and turbulence intensity were analyzed by a hot-wire anemometer. The combustion pressure development, measured by a piezo-electric pressure transducer, was used to investigate the effect of initial charge pressure, excess air ratio and ignition times on combustion pressure and combustion duration. It was found that the mean velocity and turbulence intensity had the maximum value around 200-300 ms and then decreased gradually to near-zero value at 3000 ms. For the stratified patterns, the combustion rate under the rich injection (RI) condition was the fastest. Under the initial charge conditions, the second mixture was accompanied by an increase in the combustion rate, and that the higher the mass which is added in the second stage injection, the faster the combustion rate.

TMAH-based Py-MS has been investigated to apply for a real-time classification of biological agents in the field. Acquiring reproducible data from mass spectrometry is a key to biological detection in the field. Nevertheless, it has been little studied on what factors could affect to the reproducibility of the TMAH-based Py-MS spectrum patterns. Given the TMAH-based Py-MS applied to the field system, several factors which could affect to the reproducible pattern of TMAH-based Py-MS spectra are needed to be examined, including changes in TMAH injection volume, growth temperature for microorganism, and number of cells collected in pyrolyzer, and implication of stabilizer used for lyophilization. This study showed that the reproducibility of the spectrum patterns was significantly hindered by changes in TMAH concentration and cell number, and stabilizer implication but not by growth temperature. Among those at low TMAH concentration(0.015m) was not observed the significant alterations of the spectrum pattern even when its injection volume was changed, yet was in different cell numbers and stabilizer implication.

LCD-BLU (Liquid Crystal Display-Back Light Unit) of medium size is usually manufactured by forming numerous dots with $50{\sim}300\;{\mu}m$ in diameter by etching process and V-grove shape with $50\;{\mu}m$ in height by mechanical cutting process. However, the surface of the etched dots is very rough due to the characteristics of the etching process and V-cutting needs rather high cost. Instead of existing optical pattern made by etching and mechanical cutting, 3-dimensional continuous micro-lens of $200\;{\mu}m$ in diameter was applied in the present study. The continuous micro-lens pattern fabricated by modified LIGA with thermal reflow process was tested to this new optical design of LGP. The manufacturing process using LIGA-reflow is made up of three stages as follows: (i) the stage of lithography, (ii) the stage of thermal reflow process and (iii) the stage of electroplating. The continuous micro-lens patterned LGP was fabricated with injection molding and its test results showed the possibility of commercial use in the future.
