로켓 모션테이블 실시간 모의시험

  • 본 논문은 KSR-III 개발경험을 토대로 모션테이블을 이용한 로켓 6자유도 실시간모의시험(HILS) 방안에 대해 다루고 있다. 모션테이블 HILS 시험을 통해, 3축 모션테이블의 동특성 지연에 따른 제어루프의 안정성을 판단하고 종합 HILS 시험을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하게 된다. 모션테이블 HILS 초기화 시험을 통해, 관성항법장치 초기정렬을 위한 초기자세 각 유지 알고리듬 시험, 발사시작 신호 모사를 통한 시각동기화 시험, 외부기록계를 이용한 실시간 조정시험 등을 수행하게 되고, 개루프 HILS 시험을 통해 정상 상태 비행 상황 및 슬로싱, 벤딩, TWD, 바람, 추력비정렬오차 등의 영향이 존재하는 비행 상황에 대한 모션테이블 운용 시험을 수행하게 되며, 최종적으로 모션테이블 자세각을 궤환루프의 입력으로 궤환시킨 폐루프 HILS를 통해 제어루프의 안정성 시험을 완료하게 된다.

  • 본 연구는 Kim과 Chiu가 사용한 연속체 관점에서 유도된 액체-기체상의 2상유 동모델(Two Phase Flow:TPF)을 이용하여 초기 집단연소수(group combustion number)의 크기, 즉 액적들의 초기 분포상태에 따른 연소상태를 예측 분류한다. 또한 이때 예 측된 대표적인 연소상태에서 형성되는 화염의 성질을 비교 검토한다.

  • 서인천 복합 화력발전소의 GE 7FA+e DLN-2.6 가스터빈 연소기 튜닝을 실시하였다. DLN-2.6 연소기는 기동초기 저출력 조건에서 yellow plume 현상과 정상상태보다 높은 수준의 연소진동이 발생하는 문제점이 있었다. 본 논문의 목적은 기동초기의 yellow plume과 연소진동의 발생 원인을 규명하여 실 연소기를 안정적으로 운용할 수 있는 최적의 운전 조건을 제시하는 것이다. 실연소기 튜닝과정을 통해 얻은 자료를 분석한 결과 기동초기 모드 3($20{\sim}30MW$)에서 PM 1 노즐에서의 과농한 혼합기(${\phi}{\sim}1$)에 의해 yellow plume이 생성되었다. 모드 6B($40{\sim}45MW$)에서의 연소진동 발생은 $120{\sim}140Hz$ 부근에서 생성되었고 연소기 온도에 영향을 받지 않는 cold flow 특성으로 보이며 PM 3 노즐에서의 유량과 관련이 있었다.

최적화기법을 이용한 축류형 송풍기개발에 관한 연구 (A Study of Development of an Axial-Type Fan with an Optimization Method)

  • An axial-type fan which operates at the relative total pressure of 671Pa and static pressure of 560Pa with the flow rate of $416.6m^3/min$ is developed with an optimization technique based on the gradient method. Prior to the optimization of fan blade, a three-dimensional axial-type fan blade is designed based on the free-vortex method along the radial direction. Twelve design variables are applied to the optimization of the rotor blade, and one design variable is selected for optimizing a stator which is located behind of the rotor and is used to support a fan driving motor. The total and static pressure are applied to the restriction condition with the operating flowrate on the design point, and the efficiency is chosen as the response variable to be maximized. Through these procedures, an initial axial-fan blade designed by the free vortex method is modified to increase the efficiency with the satisfaction of the operating condition. The optimized fan is tested to compare the aerodynamic performance with an imported same class fan. The test result shows that the optimized fan operates with the satisfaction of restriction conditions, but the imported fan cannot. From the experimental and numerical test, they show that this optimization method improves the fan efficiency and operating pressures of a fan designed by the classical fan design method.

TMED방식 병렬형 하이브리드 차량의 회생제동 회수율 및 연비 특성 연구 (Study of Fuel Consumption Characteristics and Regenerative Braking Recovery Rate in a TMED Type Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle)

  • 본 연구는 TMED 방식 병렬형 하이브리드 차량을 이용하여 회생제동 회수율 및 연비 특성 실험에 대한 것이다. 회생제동 기술은 하이브리드 차량의 에너지 효율 향상을 위해 필수적인 기술로 판단되어 연구를 수행하였다. 따라서 병렬형 하이브리드 차량과 Eddy Current 방식의 차대동력계를 통해 IM240 모드 실험 시 초기 SOC 상태, 주행 모드 특성, 운전자의 운전특성에 따른 연비 특성을 회생 제동 측면에서 전류 특성 및 전류수지에 대한 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과, 초기 SOC 상태가 낮을수록 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 작동 시간이 증가 하고 에너지 효율이 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 주행 모드 특성, 운전자의 운전 특성에 따른 연비 특성 실험 결과 평균 연비 차이는 크게 나지 않았지만, 최종 SOC 상태에 따라서 모드 종료 후 엔진 작동 유무의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

산화전리수를 이용한 질소와 황 계열 악취 및 악취전구물질의 제거 (Removal of nitrogen and sulfur odorous compounds and their precursors using an electrolytic oxidation process)

  • An electrolytic oxidation process was applied to remove odorous compounds from non-point odor sources including wastewater pipelines and manholes. In this study, a distance between the anode and the cathode of the electrolytic process was varied as a system operating parameters, and its effects on odor removal efficiencies and reaction characteristics were investigated. Odor precursors such as sediment organic matters and reduced sulfur/nitrogen compounds were effectively oxidized in the electrolytic process, and a change in oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) indicated that an stringent anaerobic condition shifted to a mild anoxic condition rapidly. At an electrode distance of 1 cm and an applied voltage of 30 V, a system current was maintained at 1 A, and the current density was 23.1 $mA/cm^{2}$. Under the condition, the removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide in gas phase was found to be 100%, and 93% of ammonium ion was removed from the liquid phase during the 120 minute operating period. Moreover, the sulfate ion (${SO_4}^{2-}$) concentration increased about three times from its initial value due to the active oxidation. As the specific power consumption (i.e., the energy input normalized by the effective volume) increased, the oxidation progressed rapidly, however, the oxidation rate was varied depending on target compounds. Consequently, a threshold power consumption for each odorous compound needs to be experimentally determined for an effective application of the electrolytic oxidation.

유기성 슬러지 양생장치의 건조특성 (The Charncteristics of Organic Sludge in Curing Equipment)

  • Recently, we have many problems on the process of the sludge. In past, the sewage sludge was treated by reclaimed land or thrown away in the sea. But these methods caused environmental pollution. Today, many researchers are studying various methods for reducing its volume. One of these method, this study is to reduce the moisture of sewage sludge and to solidify it using a dryer and curing equipment. In this research, we investigated about design parameter and operation condition of the equipment. The curing equipment reduces the percentage of water content from 30% of dryer to 10%. So, we have to study the curing characteristics and performance of curing equipment. For example, there are internal flow characteristics and change of the percentage of water content. And we investigated the change of data at outlet along the initial condition, temperature, humidity and air flow. Using this data, we achieve the experimental results of curing efficiency by each geometry and operating condition. And we also investigated numerical analysis of internal flow using CFD code. This research is basic study for optimal design of the curing equipment.

착상시 설계인자에 따른 핀-관 열교환기의 성능변화에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Effects of Design Factors for the Performance of Fin-Tube Heat Exchanger Under Frosting Conditions)

  • In this study, the effects of design factors of finned-tube heat exchanger, such as fin spacing and fin array on the frost growth and heat exchanger performance are investigated under a frosting condition. The results show that the amount of frost, frost density and blockage ratio of air flow passage increase with decreasing fin spacing. Heat transfer rate increases momentarily at the initial stage of frosting and then decreases. After that heat transfer rate continues to increase again to reach a maximum value and then decreases dramatically. It is shown that the time required for heat transfer rate to reach a maximum value becomes shorter with decreasing fin spacing, and after a maximum value, heat transfer rate decreases very fast. The maximum allowable blockage ratio is introduced to determine the operation limit of a finned-tube heat exchanger operating under frosting condition and is obtained as a function of fin spacing. It is also shown that heat transfer rate of heat exchanger with staggered fin array increases about 17% and the amount of pressure drop of air increases about 1~2 mmH$_{2}$O, compared with those of in-line type heat exchanger under frosting condition.

태국 열대몬순기후 조건에서 PV모듈 기술별 성능특성 비교 연구 (Comparative Study on Performance of Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Modules in Tropical Monsoon Climate under Thailand condition)

  • The performances of three different types of photovoltaic (PV) module technologies namely, copper-indium-diselenide (CIGS), mono-crystalline silicon (mo-Si) and amorphous silicon (a-Si) have been comparatively studied in the grid-connected system for more than a year under the tropical monsoon climate of Thailand. The yields, performance ratios and system efficiencies for the respective PV module technologies have been calculated and a comparison is presented here. The performance ratios of the initial operation year for CIGS showed highest among the compared technologies under Thailand climate conditions by marking 97.0% while 89.6% for a-Si and 81.5% for mo-Si. Although mo-Si has shown highest efficiencies all over the period, under the testing conditions, the operating efficiency of mo-Si was down-graded from its reference value mainly due to high operating temperature and the efficiency of the tested CIGS module was also found as high as that of mo-Si in the study. Accordingly, outdoor assessment shows that CIGS modules have demonstrated high performance in terms of yields and performance ratios in Thailand climate conditions.

배터리 팩 내부 과방전 사전 진단을 위한 모델기반 셀 간 불균형 특성 파라미터 분석 연구 (Model-based Analysis of Cell-to-Cell Imbalance Characteristic Parameters in the Battery Pack for Fault Diagnosis and Over-discharge Prognosis)

  • Most diagnosis approaches rely on historical failure data that might not be feasible in real operating conditions because the battery voltage and internal parameters are nonlinear according to various operating conditions, such as cell-to-cell configuration and initial condition. To overcome this issue, the estimator and the predictor require integrated approaches that consider comprehensive data, with the degradation process and measured data taken into account. In this paper, vector autoregressive models (VAR) with various parameters that affect overdischarge to the cell in the battery pack were constructed, and the cell-to-cell parameters were identified using an adaptive model to analyze the influence of failure prognosis. The theoretical analysis is validated using experimental results in terms of the feasibility and advantages of fault prognosis.
