Session Initiation Protocol(이하 SIP)은 H.323 network에서 제기된 문제점을 해결하고 다양한 multimedia service를 제공하기위해 IETF에서 정의된 protocol로서, 3GPP의 IP Multimedia Subsystem(이하 IMS)의 기반 protocol로 채택되었다. IMS는 multimedia service를 제공하기 위한 infrastructure로서 CSCF, HSS, MRF, MGCF, IM-GW등 기능적으로 분리된 여러 entity로 구성되며, 향후 추가될 다양한 부가 service에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 Application Server(이하 AS) mechanism을 포함하고 있다. 현재 AS mechanism을 이용하여 3GPP규격 상에 정의된 대표적 서비스는 presence service이며, presence service network은 presence server, presence agent, presence proxy, watcher등으로 구성된다. 마지막으로 상기에 언급한 규격을 바탕으로 실제 구축된 Instant messaging/presence service network을 제시한다. Recently, the public interest for infrastructure safety has been growing, but the process of data acquisition and management system for safety is being carried out in an inefficient manner. The data obtained during the inspection for the safety of infrastructure tends to be documented using papers, which is not efficient in the stage of post analyses. The information technology (IT), which is rapidly being developed, is applied to the new system as a solution. Information technology provides valuable tools for converting and generating digital data, handling the history of defects, and assessing the condition and estimating the service life of infrastructure. The purpose of this paper is to introduce Infrastructure Management System(IMS). It is expected that the IMS would minimize the manpower, time and maintenance cost, and improve the safety of infrastructure.

To reduce mobile network deployment costs and expand service coverage, mobile infrastructure sharing is becoming increasingly important. This paper introduces the concept and potential benefits of mobile infrastructure sharing as documented in the existing literature. Then, the current status of significant cases of mobile infrastructure sharing in major overseas countries is examined. Finally, sharing 5G infrastructure in rural areas in Korea is introduced. The Korean case is expected to complete national 5G coverage successfully without involving negative competition.

인터넷 이용의 폭발적인 성장에 힘입어 IPv4 주소가 고갈됨에 따라 향후 IPv6 주소로의 전환이 필요하다. 하지만 현재 IPv6 장비 도입 비용 및 보안시스템 등의 기술적인 문제와 IPv4 서비스와의 상호연계 문제 등으로 IPv6로의 전환에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 공공부문 특히 우리나라 IT의 메카인 대덕연구개발특구에 IPv6 네트워크를 구축하고 특화서비스를 개발하여 성공적인 IPv6 전환 촉진 및 IPv6 이용을 활성화 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 IPv6 네트워크 전환 구축방안을 제시하고 이에 따른 특화서비스에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

This study is to reconstruct the user-oriented e-government service based on home network infrastructure using ubiquitous computing technology. Until now, 31 e-government roadmap tasks have been promoted as main projects of e-government. This study explores what should be respective priorities for the suppliers and users of e-government if the services are provided in linkage with home network infrastructure. The result of survey showed us that the efficiency of administration and the improvement of the civil service, including citizens' online participation should be priorities. In order to reinforce home network infrastructure in implementing u-government, the government, at first, has to relax regulation, support businesses to develop related technologies, and construct safe infrastructure for citizens to use e-government services. Second, businesses should develop home network technologies that include various contents and construct home network systems that citizens can use easily. Third, citizens should have interests and participate in the government policies for home network services. Particularly, this study aims to suggest policies that consider positions of both the suppliers and users of e-government so that home network-based e-government can be implemented in the future.

Recently, education is regarded as a service item and university education services are being exported abroad. In the form of educational export operations, export of educational contents and curriculum, specific consultancy projects for foreign institutes, installation of local educational facilities, or attracting foreign students are being carried out. Korea has the potential and competitiveness to export dental education. The advantages of Korea's dental education services, such as dental equipment and materials, excellent education programs, and high-quality human resources, will enable the export of education services in various ways. Establishment of educational infrastructure and educational programs for overseas dental students, export of educational consulting items, clinical training programs for foreign dentists abroad, invitation for international clinical workshops, dispatch of faculty members, exchange student programs can be considered as exporting dental education service items. Therefore, in a long-term perspective, it is necessary to establish differential and appropriate educational export plans.

This paper reviewed the relationship between information technology system and knowledge management activities, and the moderating effect of industrial type. The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 219 employees in manufacturing and financing service sector, showed that information technology infrastructure and information technology usage have positive effects on knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, and knowledge usage. In moderating effects, information technology infrastructure more positively related with knowledge acquisition in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector. And also information technology usage more positively related with knowledge transfer in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector.

Broadcast is evolving into media service aimed at user customization, personalization, and participation with high-quality broadcasting contents (4K/8K/AR/VR). A broadcast infrastructure is needed to engage with the competition for providing large-scaled media traffic process, platform performance for adaptive transcoding to diverse receivers, and intelligent service. Cloud service and virtualization in broadcast are becoming more valuable as the broadcasting environment changes and new high-level broadcasting services emerge. This document describes the examples of cloud and virtualization in the broadcast industry, and prospects the network virtualization of broadcast transmission infrastructure, especially terrestrial and cable networks.

Private participation on public infrastructures projects is being promoted by governments of several developing countries, among them Colombia. As a result, several advantages such as service delivery efficiency, technology application and faster execution of the projects have been recognized. Hence, the Colombian Government is looking for schemes that allow the private investment in projects like hospitals, schools, prisons and public edification. In this paper, experiences in PPP from other countries were analyzed and adjusted to the Colombian environment. As a result, a model adapted to Colombia is presented, based on a well-developed case from Spain. The awarding process is defined by economic criteria, previous compliance of minimum technical exigencies. Once the infrastructure is operating, contractual periodical payments will be done, based on the performance of the facility.

The purpose of this study is to define a method of building an integrated service to provide various science and technology knowledge infrastructures that are helpful in R&D activities, and to show the cases that are adapted the methodologies. Knowledge infrastructures scattered throughout the entire R&D cycle, such as generating/development of ideas, finding the R&D project, performing the project, and spreading results, are segmented in terms of services, functions, information, and data, and links and converges to provide the knowledge infrastructure that desired by users in one place. We define the integrated service classification, integration level model, integrated architecture, and integrated user authentication system in consideration of logical linkage and integration rather than physical integration of individual knowledge infrastructures. Also, we considered the extensibility as the reference model for building of similar integrated service.
