In order to perform a successful outsourcing, we needs the SLA through improving the quality of IT services. In particular SLA metrics and evaluation criteria is an important factor as to substitute the IT viability of the company to promote IT Outsourcing. SLA metrics consist of technical, managerial, user perspective items, and has been managed to aim to provide reliable and continuous quality improvement of IT services. This study focuses on the HW availability metrics of SLA indicators of IT outsourcing. We propose the Infra availability criteria for the HW configuration level to meet the SLA contract and evaluation. We offer the Infra configuration standards of SLA contract, and propose criteria to determine the suitability of the target levels in IT operations audit environment. The proposed model was verified the necessity and effectiveness of the Infra configuration standards and operation audit check items through the surveys of experts and users.

A study on the effect of engine nozzle configuration on the engine plume Infra-red (IR) signature characteristics is performed. Configuration design of an engine nozzle with high aspect ratio to reduce IR signature level and a cylindrical nozzle which is typically used for conventional aircraft which does not require IR signature reduction is performed. And CFD analysis for the two nozzles is performed to compare the flowfields characteristics of the two nozzles. Finally IR signature analysis for the two nozzles is accomplished to calculate the total intensity level at mid-wave infra-red and investigate the differences of IR signature characteristics between the two nozzles.
The study for ubiquitous computing infra is proceeding actively, it make possible to use service and access network anywhere, anytime because of wire/wireless communication technology and progress of hardware. Domestically, study for the network mobility support technology which is the key technology for future ubiquitous computing realization have progressed, but that is Insufficient. Especially, there is no study for independent mobility support study about railway wireless network. So, this study propose network mobility management technology for mobile network infra in railway and proper network model in train.
A mobile lab kart for plasma training is developed with a high vacuum pumping system, vacuum gauges and a glass discharge tube powered by a high voltage transformer connected to a household 60 Hz line. A numerical model is developed by using a commercial multiphysics software package, CFD-ACE+ to analyze the experimental data. Simulations for argon and nitrogen were carried out to provide fundamental discharge characteristics. Variations of the kart configuration were demonstrated: a glass tube with three electric probes, optical emission spectrometer attachment and infra red thermal imaging system to give more detailed analysis of the discharge characteristics.
In this paper, we described configuration and construction of infrastructure for the KASS Reference Station (KRS), subsystem of Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS). KASS system consists of three subsystems(KRS, Mission Control Center (MCC), KASS Uplink Station (KUS)). One of these subsystems, KRS receives GNSS data for generating range error and integrity verification and sends to MCC. It is needed to antenna facilities for mounting GNSS antenna and shelter for operating KRS and infra equipment(power and network system, lightning and grounding system, fire extinguish) for operating KRS. For this reason, we have established the requirements for KRS infrastructure and constructed infrastructure for KRS to meet the requirements of KRS infrastructure.

Although the demand of Variable Message Sign(VMS) has become pervasive in fulfilling the ITS policy, there are still several unsolved problematic issues. The most critical ones of them are inequality and inefficiency of providing traffic information. This paper proposes the Infra-free Variable Message Sign in order to provide useful informations such as road condition, weather, and traffic of the area, where constructing the infrastructure of communication and power supply is relatively very hard. First of all, the characteristics of infra-free Variable Message Sign are studied and analyzed in deep because of differences between normal Variable Message Sign and Infra-free Variable Message Sign in the configuration and the operating method due to the nature of the Infra-free Variable Message Sign. Futhermore, for effective power management of operating Infra-free Variable Message Sign with limited power acquired through stand-alone PV system, new battery connection structure and dynamically variable power managements for the differently shown messages on Variable Message Sign are proposed. The proposed structure in this paper can be applied to not only power management for Infra-free Variable Message Sign but also power management for the various applications using parallel connection battery system.

A part of the big differences between LEO(Low Earth Orbit) and GEO(Geostationary Earth Orbit) satellite is that transfer orbit is used or not or what tolerance of the position on the mission orbit is permitted. That is to say, the transfer orbit is not used and the constraint of orbit position is not adapted on LEO satellite. Whereas for GEO satellite case, the transfer orbit shall be used due to the very high altitude and the satellite shall be stayed in the station keeping box which is permitted on the mission orbit. These phases are functions for AOCS mission. The aim of this paper is to introduce the AOCS hardware configuration for COMS (Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite). The AOCS hardware of COMS consist of 3 Linear Analogue Sun Sensors (LIASS), 3 Bi-Axis Sun Sensors (BASS), 2 Infra-Red Earth Sensors (IRES), 3 Fiber Optical Gyroscopes (FOG), 5 momentum wheels and 14 thrusters. In this paper, each component is explained how to be used, how to locate and what relation between the AOCS algorithm and these components.

Mobile Robots are increasingly being used to perform tasks in unknown environment. The potential of robots to undertake such tasks lies in their ability to intelligently and efficiently search in an environment. To achieve autonomous mobile robot navigation, efficient path planner and accurate localization technique are the fundamental issues that should be addressed. This paper presents mobile robot localization using IRID(InfraRed IDentification) as artificial landmarks. IRID has highly deterministic characteristics, different from RFID. By putting several IRID emitters on the ceiling, the floor is divided into many different sectors and each sector is set to have a unique identification. Dead-reckoning provides the estimated robot configuration but the error becomes accumulated as the robot travels. IRID information tells the sector the robot is in, but the size of the uncertainty is too large if only the IRID information is used. This paper presents an algorithm which combines both the encoder and the IRID information so that the size of the uncertainty becomes smaller. It also introduces a framework which can be used with other types of the artificial landmarks. The characteristics of the developed IRID and the proposed algorithm are verified from the simulation results and experiments.

Test research on Infra-Red Thermography(IRT) technique in a supersonic wind tunnel has been conducted. Inadvertent technical difficulties and their solutions associated with the technique in running of the facility were examined. Two flow conditions at Mach number of 3 and 4 were considered. A double compression ramp model, that replicates realistic high-speed vehicle configuration, was used as test model. The present IR data were compared with shadowgraph visualization images and laminar computational fluid dynamics(CFD) results. It has been shown that the IRT technique can be used in quantifying various fluid dynamic features such as flow transition, separation and three-dimensional phenomena around the double compression ramp model.
This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.
