인터넷 접속지역정보를 일부 포털 사이트에 적용시키는 것으로부터 나아가, 웹2.0을 접목하여 개인과 사업자의 홈페이지에 적용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 Open API 의 필요성과 개발 방안에 대하여 논의한다. 접속지역정보 Open API의 정보 제공 방안과 정보 보안 방법, 트래픽 제어 방법 등에 관해서도 논의한다. 지금까지 인터넷 서비스에 접속지역정보 적용 현황과 Open API를 적용할 경우에 개선 방안에 대하여 논의한다.

This research is about the remote control of the infra-ray signal producer and the received signal memory-type control unit. Also by using the infra-ray signal from the remote control, reduction of malfunctions due to infra-ray signal from other devices are presented. Applications on various electric and electronic items to improve the convenience are also shown.

This study provides basic data for the cost operating strategy of forest welfare infra facilities. We use the Price-Sensitivity Measurement technique (PSM) for a forest welfare infra facility (healing forest, wood camping, forest leisure sport, etc.). In addition, we conduct a survey in the four target locations (Kyung-gi, Kyung-sang, Chung-cheong, and Jeolla) and receive answer from 390. The results show that higher the price of present infra facilities, higher the price sensibility. The forest welfare infra facilities we include are healing forest 1,894 won, wood camping 5,625 won, mtb park 9,530 won, mountain horseback riding 14,556 won, paragliding 20,252 won, mountain ski 3,075won. However, we investigate zip-lines at lower than current price levels.

We categorize quality management practices as two factors ; 'infra factor' and 'process factor.' We confirm the factors' statistical significance with empirical investigation about 167 manufacturing companies in nationwide. Moreover, we find the two factors affect positively on the manufacturing capabilities of differentiation and reliability, and on the performances as improving products and process. We prove these results with empirical method of structural equation model and AMOS program.

Infra-red thermography was conducted to understand a heat transfer characteristic on a surface protruded to a supersonic flowfield. Surface temperature distribution was obtained under the constant heat flux condition with a infra-red camera and the convective heat transfer coefficient distribution was calculated. Finally, two dimensional distribution of heat transfer coefficient on a surface around a cylinder body was derived.

By using DM(Diagnostic Monitoring) data measured at WiBro network, automatic optimization function of WiBro network is implemented in this paper. The optimization function mentioned is able to be run on PC with 2GHz CPU and 1 GB memory. Automatic optimization function is one module of CellTREK that is a wireless network planning and optimization software developed by Infra Lab., KT.

As broadband wireless access systems are widely accepted, VoIP service over the wireless network is being requested. Because previous VoIP implementations are designed to provide service over wired network, they does not consider security problem sufficiently that is one of the most vulnerable aspects of wireless communication. Therefore, this paper describes how to implement secure VoIP service over wireless network with minimum overhead.

In this paper the recent research and application activities on smart structure technologies for civil infra structures in Korea are briefly introduced. The developments of structural health monitoring systems and effective retrofit/maintenance methodologies for infra structures have become active in Korea since the middle of 1990's, as the number of the deteriorated infra structures, mostly built on the rapidly industrialized period of 1970's, has increased very rapidly. Discussions are made on smart sensors, non destructive technologies, monitoring and assessment methods and systems for civil infra structures.

Developments and applications of the structural health monitoring (SHM) systems have become active particularity for long-span bridges in Korea. They are composed of sensors, data acquisition system, data transmission system, information processing, damage assessment, and information management. In this paper, current status of research and application activities on SHM systems for civil infra-structures in Korea are briefly introduced by 4 parts: (1) current status of bridge monitoring systems on existing and newly constructed bridges, (2) research and development activities on smart sensors such as optical fiber sensors and piezo-electric sensors, (3) structural damage detection methods using measured data, and (4) a test road project for pavement design verification and enhancement by the Korea Highway Corporation. Finally the R＆D activities of a new engineering research center entitled Smart Infra-Structure Technology Center at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology are also briefly described.

Objectives : Ceramic based intra-red Therapy has been effective on dermatitis and immune system. The purpose of this study was to know the clinical effect of ceramic based infra-red therapy on Atopic Dermatitis(AD). Methods: For 3 months from Dec. 2003 to Feb. 2004, we treated ceramic based intra-red therapy to 21 outpatients with AD who visited Hana Oriental hospital. Ceramic based infra-red therapy using GI-2000 system was lighted to undressed outpatients for 15 minutes, three times a week. Results and Conclusions: Ceramic based intra-red therapy showed useful effect on AD, especially itching sign.
