This paper is a practical study on the development of SEMP template using SE & SW infrastructures. SEMP, which is a management system for systems engineers, has been developed for the LRT(Light Rail Transit) industry and has been tailored to suit domestic conditions. SE & SW infrastructures were developed to assist in creating an effective and efficient SEMP for the industry of this study. This paper proposes a method to reduce costs, manpower, and time for the LRT industry using SEMP based on SE & SW infrastructures.

In this paper, we propose an super-resolution method that improves resolution by using DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) for low resolution infra-red images. In this method, DWT is performed in a manner that does not reduce the resolution of an image input through an infra-red camera to generate sub-bands of the same resolution (LH, HL, and HH) And the original infra-red image is used to perform an inverse-DWT to obtain an infra-red image with improved resolution. Experimental results show that the mean SSIM value of the proposed method is 0.989861, which is about 0.004 higher than that of the conventional Bi-linear and Bi-cubic filters.

The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of patellar height on quadriceps muscles' electromyography (EMG) activity during a squat exercise in adults with patella baja. For the study, we recruited 15 volunteers who had patella baja on the right side. We measured the EMG activity of the right rectus femoris, vastus medialis oblique, and vastus lateralis muscles during squat exercises under two conditions, specifically with and without an infra-patellar strap. The infra-patellar strap was applied below the tested patella to elevate the patella to a normal height. A paired t-test was used to compare the effects of patella height on EMG activity of the quadriceps muscles. The EMG activity of the rectus femoris (RF), vastus medialis oblique (VMO), and vastus lateralis (VL) muscles were significantly decreased during the squat exercise with the infra-patellar strap compared to the same exercise without the infra-patellar strap (p<.05), while the VMO/VL ratio was not different significantly between two conditions (p>.05). The findings of this study suggest that an infra-patellar strap may benefit people with patellar baja, as changes in patellar height could improve the efficiency of the quadriceps muscles.

The number of allergic contact dermatitis patients is steadily increasing but a proper reliability treatment guide is not prepared in Oriental Medicine. Also, the number of clinical cases on allergic contact dermatitis is not sufficient in Oriental medicine. As such, the facial flushing of allergic contact dermatitis which has been improved by infra-red therapy is significant in its treatment purpose. We reported on 43-year old male patient with allergic contact dermatitis. We treated him with herbal concoction, acupuncture, infra-red therapy and cupping therapy. We have received a good result in this case by using the combination of infra-red therapy. We reached a conclusion that using infra-red therapy can improve the facial flushing of patient with allergic contact dermatitis. However, further research on the effect of infra-red therapy for these symptoms is desired.

In this paper, we report experimental investigations on measurement of adiabatic wall temperature on a flat 2-D plate of high-speed impinging jet made by circular-shape nozzle at steady state condition using infra-red camera. Experiments have been conducted for the Reynolds number of 187,000 according to the change of nozzle-to-plate distance. Dimensionless number, recovery factor, has been used to represent the measured adiabatic wall temperature. And we compared the result obtained by using infra-red camera with that obtained by using thermocouple.

The purpose of this study is that analyzing the causal relationship between Infra, Process and Performance of companies which are executing the Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) with their subcontractors and partners. Korean Standards Association(KSA) provides the Supply Chain Quality Management Model and Quality Collaboration Index for 4 years, but a few study has investigated the critical variables and their causal relationship to organizational performance. Therefore we examine the SCQM model and related index and choose the quality, human resource and risk management processes for identifying the path to organizational performance. In addition, exploratory factor analysis is conducted for figuring out the major factors among the 3 processes. Structural Equation Model are successively used for determining which characteristics of the infra and processes are the most critical variables to performance. The data was collected from KSA and composed of 52 companies and 346 their partners. The result shows that risk management process has no significant effect on the organizational performance and pre-production process collaboration.

최근 IT 분야의 화두로 '빅 데이터'가 떠오르고 있으며 많은 기업들이 이를 분석하여 이익을 증대하기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 이에 구글은 초기에 맴리듀스라고 하는 대용량 분산처리 프레임워크 기술을 확보하여 이를 기반으로 한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 스마트 단말 및 소설미디어 등의 출현으로 다양한 디지털 정보들이 그래프로 표현되는 추세가 강화되고 있으며 기존의 맵리듀스로 이를 처리하는 데에 한계를 느낀 구글은 Pregel 이라는 그래프 형 자료구조에 최적화된 또 다른 분산 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 그래프 형 데이터가 갖는 특성을 분석하고, 대용량 그래프 데이터를 처리하는데 있어 맵리듀스가 갖는 한계와 Pregel은 어떤 방식으로 이를 극복하고 있는지를 소개한다. 또한 실험을 통하여 데이터의 특성에 따른 적절한 프레임워크의 선택이 대용량 데이터를 처리하는 데에 있어서 얼마나 큰 영향을 미치는지 확인한다.

빅 데이터 분석의 시대가 도래하면서 대용량 데이터의 특성과 계산 집약적 연산의 특성을 동시에 가지는 문제 해결에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 대용량 데이터 처리의 경우 각종 분산 파일 시스템과 분산/병렬 컴퓨팅 기술들이 이미 많이 사용되고 있으며, 계산 집약적 연산 처리의 경우에도 GPGPU 활용 기술의 발달로 보편화되는 추세에 있다. 하지만 대용량 데이터와 계산 집약적 연산 이 두 가지 특성을 모두 가지는 문제를 처리하기 위해서는 많은 제약 사항들을 해결해야 하는데, 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 대안으로 분산 컴퓨팅 프레임워크인 Hadoop MapReduce와 Nvidia의 GPU 병렬 컴퓨팅 아키텍처인 CUDA 흘 연동하는 방안을 제시하고, 이를 밀집행렬(dense matrix) 연산에 적용했을 때 얻을 수 있는 성능 개선 효과에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

최근 급변하는 세계정세 속에 미래의 불확실성과 위협이 커져가는 실정에서 미래예측에 기반한 국정운영 시스템과 함께, 이를 과학적이고 체계적으로 지원할 수 있는 지식기반의 미래예측 인프라가 필요하다. 또한 기술 발달과 사회 환경의 미래 변화가 국가의 경쟁력으로 발현될 수 있도록 정책과 제도체계 마련이 선행되어야 혁신적 창의적 노력이 성공하고 기회를 선점할 수 있다. 결국, 지식기반과 국정 운영의 융합으로 지속가능한 국가선진화를 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 기술(공급), 사회(수요), 정책간의 상호작용을 중심으로 지식기반 국가선진화 전략을 제시하였다. 지식기반 국가선진화 전략은 국가 미래비전을 제시하고 추진하는 국정운영 인프라(Governance Infra), 지식기반 인프라(Knowledge Infra), 멘탈 인프라(Mental Infra)로 구성되어있다.
