The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of informatization minds of college students majoring in sports on information development efforts and academic achievement. Accordingly, a survey was conducted on 200 college students majoring in physical education at D University, and 197 students were selected as the final effective samples. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, recognition of the necessity of informatization education, a subfactor of the informatization mind, has a positive impact on informatino development efforts. Second, recognition of the necessity of informatization education, understanding and utilization of informatization concepts among sub-factors of informatization minds have a positive impact on the major learning achievement. Third, all the conversational factors in the informatization mind have a positive impact on study problem resolution. Fourth, information development efforts have a positive impact on the major learning achievement and the study problem resolution. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the information mindset of college students major in sports.

Small and Medium Enterprises(SME's) Informatization is the essential element for the competitive advantage. But SME's lack of IS specialist, Informatization Mind, IS implementation's funds etc. This study suggest Framework and Key Performance Indicator(KPI) which is will be able to diagnose a BPR & Information system of SME's Informatization and developed A Web-based Evaluation System for BPR & Information Systemsn(WESBI). Based on the development of IT(information technology), the explosive diffusion and growth of the new media and services in Korea has attracted keen international attention. The construction of IT infrastructure driven by the proactive social informatization policy of the government has also been spectacular. Korea has persistently pursued strong 'new media-informatization policy' with three main objectives in mind: 1)Industrial-economic value creation; 2)socio-cultural value creation; and 3)building of the knowledge society-knowledge state. But its consequence is rather paradoxical. While its performance is excellent in terms of quantity growth of industry and technology, quality development of society, culture and knowledge creation is lagging far behind. This paradoxical outcome originates, not from any simple policy error, but from a structural problem inherent in new media-informatization policy in Korea which has long been captured by developmentalism. In order for Korea to harvest the reward of strong new media-informatization infrastructure, it needs to institute a policy structure based on a knowledge IT strategy such as research and development of core and patent technologies, design and production of quality contents, networking knowledge bases of society, etc.

"Information", which is circulated in society by information technology development represented by computer, has brought innovation not only to physical civilization, but also deep into our daily lives. This is to say that information has brought fundamental change to its form of existence, and value system through being faster regarding the circulation and the way of management being diverse. As time goes by, this kind of change would stimulate more changes to be made as the development of scientific civilization. Therefore, informatization is one of the important characteristic that defines modern society's essence, but on the other side, information has been taken advantage of that temperament and abused in a lot of different ways. "The Law Regarding Computer Network Diffusion Expansion and Usage Promotion"(1986), as a counterplan of informatization is our nation's first Act about informatization, which enacts national policy and system about this issue. Since then, many laws has been enacted down to "Private Information Protection Act"(2011), forming a comprehensive system. The basic background of these laws are based upon the premise that even if the place where the information is managed is virtual space, rules that are considered valid in the real world should be basically applied in the virtual space. Therefore, the violation of the law in the real world is also considered the violation in the virtual space. This direction of current law regarding information is shared with both the theories and the reality. However, current law system and notion are based upon the premise that the law regards material objects, thus the characteristic of the information, which is "Immaterial Being" is not reflected. Also, the management and approach to this issue is allopathic, exposing many problems. Thus, this paper examines the way of protecting information stipulated in the current law, contemplates its protection scope and limitation, and seeks the direction of the improvement, based on the critical mind explained above.

The importance of Electronic Commerce and internet has been rapidly increasing. For the global information society in the $21^{st}$ century, government aims for the successful execution of the project for the construction of KII(Korea Information Infrastructure). However, the research on applications of KII is not enough to relate with Electronic Commerce and its impact. In this paper, we present a brief introduction to KII and its characteristics. Through the detailed analysis of application factors on KII, the relationship and inter-necessity between KII and Electronic Commerce are investigated. Also, This, work studies the aspects of law, security, and Informatization- mind for the guided directions of activating Electronic Commece on KII. Finally, the implementation strategy for Electronic Commerce is suggested.

Construction CALS contributed to informatization of public construction sector and to settle construction leaders' mind on informatization of construction project, however, the effect of Construction CALS has reduced as the CALS system has been aged and a plan for spread-out of existing systems has not been established. It is necessary to maximize the effect by developing a future plan after recognizing the current state. This study provided key factors that Construction CALS should take for the bright future by using SWOT Analysis, an useful method to develop a strategy. Considering interior and exterior environments surrounding Construction CALS through investigating existing studies, this study deduced twenty five strength, weakness, opportunity and threat points, and finally this study proposed fourteen critical success factors. The results of this study made a significant contribution to decision of the milestone that Construction CALS should take.

The rapid growth in areas related to IT is bringing about benefits and dysfunctions of informatization and harmful information on the Internet. It exerts evil effects on adolescents' mind and hampers their development of personality. The present study purposed to analyze the state on harmful information on the Internet, and to propose various educational plans for elementary school students. For these purposes, we analyzed the current state of harmful information by reviewing various literatures and previous researches, suggested the definition and types of harmful information based on previous researches in this study. In addition, we analyzed the state on harmful information of elementary school students by making a comparative analysis various researches about the state of harmful information; and based on this, various educational protective plans were suggested for elementary school students, teachers and parents. The proposed educational plan can be used for organizing education curricula of IT ethics, education programs for teachers and parents.
