산업기술정보원은 정보 유통의 활성화 및 이용자 중심의 정보 제공 체제 구축을 위해 이메일 푸시 정보서비스를 개발하였다. $\ulcorner$신기술 상품 산업계 동향 정보 푸시 서비스(Techno-Radar)$\lrcorner$는 산업기술관련 최신정보를 제조 산업, 지식 산업 및 일반 정보로 분류하고, 신청 접수된 이용자들의 관심 정보를 매주 e-mail로 직접 제공하고 있다. 여기서는 정보 제공자의 컨텐츠 작성 방법, 이용자들의 신청 방법 등을 소개하였으며, 향후 진정한 이용자 중심의 정보 서비스 체제를 위해 단순한 정보 푸시 외에 각종 원문 자료, 분야별 분석 평가 정보 제공의 중요성을 강조하였다.

SCS(Social Curation Service)는 소셜 서비스를 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 결합하여 소비자의 선호 경향을 지능적으로 파악하여 판매와 소비에 도움을 주고자 하는 서비스이다. 이 논문은 SCS를 위한 시스템에서 사용자들의 소비 성향과 선호 경향을 파악하기 위한 여러 가지 알고리즘을 개발하고 분석한다. 개발한 알고리즘은 구현을 통해 효능을 검증한다.

Rapid growth of Management Information System (MIS) and evolution of software system enlarge maintenance necessity and it needs a process to implement information system service in business. This paper proposes service-oriented maintenance process of component software based on service design and implementation provided by existing processes for maintenance, MaRMI-RE and ITIL. The proposed process derives activities and tasks of the process by identifying services according to service guidelines. Service-oriented maintenance process is produced by analyzing correlation between the derived activities and tasks and MaRMI-RE's and adding the tasks to MaRMI-RE. To verify availability of the proposed service-oriented maintenance process, correlation between artifacts is proved.

최근 의료시설이 취약한 1, 2차 진료기관에서 인터넷을 이용하여 원격의료정보시스템이 갖추어진 3차 진료기관에 환자의 진료예약 신청을 하고 환자가 3차 진료기관에 도착 즉시 바로 진료를 받을 수 있는 광역의료정보 시스템의 도입을 추진하고자 하는 병원들이 많아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원격의료정보 시스템에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하였고, 특히 신기술 분야에 대한 연구를 통하여 원격의료정보 공유시스템의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 원격의료정보 공유시스템의 확산을 위해서는 의료정보의 Bottom-up 방식의 도입과 종합적인 추진체계의 확립, 적극적인 인센티브제의 도입이 필요하고 관련 법*제도의 정비 및 중앙정부와의 긴밀한 협조와 연계, 기술변화에 대한 신축적 대응이 선결과제이며 적극적인 홍보와 교육이 절실히 요구된다.

Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.

스마트 그리드는 기존 전력망에 ICT(Information Communication Technology)기술과 타산업간의 지속적인 융합으로 다양한 부가서비스를 제공한다. 다양한 프로토콜을 사용하고 있는 스마트 그리드 응용시스템이 상호간에 독립적으로 정보를 교환하기 위해서는 기존 프로토콜에 독립적인 미들웨어 사용이 필요하다. 스마트 그리드 응용시스템들은 대부분 All-IP 기반에서 정보 교환이 이루어진다. 현재 All-IP 기반의 미들웨어는 대표적으로 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)과 RESTful(REpresentational State Transfer ful)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 SOAP과 RESTful의 성능을 비교 분석하여 향후 스마트 그리드 응용 시스템 구축 시 사용할 수 있는 SOAP와 RESTful의 성능을 비교분석하였다.

The purposes of the study are to measure the relative importance of independent variables, to analyze relation between user satisfaction and use, and to improve the level of user satisfaction in using e-Trade system(uTradeHub). The study develops the independent variables in three dimensions(i.e the quality of system, quality of information, and quality of service), estimates the level of satisfaction on a par with these variables, and analyzes the causal relation of these variables. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of system and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Second, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of information and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Third, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of service and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Final, there is a significant casual relationship between the user satisfaction and use, thus the hypothesis is accepted.

With the advance of Smart TV technologies, TV watchers can enjoy the Internet and games while watching TV programs. Besides retrieving with some keywords in the Internet, people may want to access local information such as notifications from town, messages from children's schools, shopping information from local marts, and even reminder messages for visiting from hospitals while watching TV without using web-browser. In this paper, we introduce the daily life notification service scenarios and its functional and non-functional requirements. Furthermore, we also propose a system that provides the notification services, consists of smart TV apps and server systems. We also introduce the system architecture and the component design of the system. Our work will help smart TV service developers because this paper will give them some service scenarios, requirements, and system architecture and its component design.

본 논문에서는 지하공간 통합지도를 탐사 현장에서 활용하기 위한 모바일 단말기용 서비스 시스템을 설계 구현한다. 모바일 단말기용 현장활용 서비스 시스템은 지하공간 통합지도 관리 시스템에서 제공하는 타일맵, 3차원 지형정보, 지하구조물, 지하시설물, 지반정보 등을 현재 위치에 따라 3차원으로 가시화하도록 설계되었고, 현장 탐사로 얻어진 결과를 실시간으로 반영하도록 설계되었다. 또한, 제안된 시스템은 모바일 단말기의 무선 네트워크 및 기기 특성에 따른 제약 문제로 지하공간 통합지도를 glTF 포맷 형태로 전송 후 가시화 하도록 구현하였다. 구현된 모바일 서비스 시스템은 지하공간 탐사 현장에서 3차원으로 지도 및 공간 객체들을 가시화하여 사용자에게 정확하고 통합된 지하공간 데이터를 제공함으로써 탐사 현장에서의 사고 발생을 방지할 수 있다. 그리고, 갱신된 지하공간 데이터를 실시간으로 지하공간 통합지도 관리 시스템에 전송하여 최신성과 정확성을 유지할 수 있다.

최근 정보기술 발전과 컴퓨터의 고성능화에 따라 인터넷과 지리정보 시스템(GIS: Geographic Information System)을 연동하여 많은 웹사이트에서 지도정보 및 POI(Point of Interest)서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 Web GIS는 시스템 구축이나 서비스 제공방법, 지도표현 형식에 있어 특정 시스템이나 환경에 의존적이며 제약이 많이 있다. 또한 무선인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 이동 환경에서 현재 위치정보를 적용한 실시간 서비스를 제공받기 원하는 사용자가 급증하고 있는 시점에서 이러한 서비스는 PDA와 같은 이동클라이언트에 LBS(Location Based Service)로 제공될 수 있어야한다. 본 논문에서는 국립지리원의 표준 지도형식인 DXF 수치지도를 이용하여 모바일 웹 서비스가 가능한 GIS를 구축하였다. 그리고 이를 OGC(OpenGIS Consortium)에서 권고한 벡터 방식의 SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) 포맷의 지도로 표현하고, XML 웹 서비스를 이용한 개방형 서비스로 제공하였다. 또한 이동클라이언트인 PDA에 GPS수신기를 확장하여 이동환경에서 위치정보를 획득하여 모바일을 위한 실시간 위치기반 웹지도 서비스를 설계하고 서버기반 G15 컴퓨팅 환경을 실용적으로 구현하였다.
