전 세계적으로 곳곳에서 급격하게 디지털 전환이 이루어지고 있다. 디지털 기술의 발전 속도가 매우 빨라지면서 앞으로 더 많은 정보들이 디지털화될 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 개인정보, 금융정보 등의 민감 정보가 온라인에서 전송되고 저장되는 과정에서 사이버 위협이 발생할 수 있는 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 인공지능의 발전과 디지털 전환이 급속도로 이루어지고 있는 중국의 초·중등학생 대상 정보보호 교재를 비교하여 분석하였다. 관련 교재를 수집 후 분석에 적절한 교재를 선별하였으며, 교재의 외적 체제와 내적 체제를 구분하여 분석하였다. 외적 체제 분석 결과, 교재 표지는 모두 적절하게 제작되었으나, 교재 내지는 교재마다 질의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 초등학생 대상 교재의 경우 레이아웃, 내용 배치의 우수성이 두드려졌다. 내적 체제 분석 결과, 중국에서 제시한 '정보사회 책임' 학습 목표를 기준으로 학습 내용을 살펴보면, 다양한 내용이 고루 포함되어 있지 않은 경우가 있었다. 본 논문을 통해 정보보호 관련 교육 및 교재 개발 연구에 시사점을 제공하기 바란다.

NTRU cryptosystem has been suggested for protecting wireless body area networks, which is secure in the sense of traditional cryptanalysis. In this paper, we fulfill the first power analysis attack on the ultra-low-power environment of wireless body area networks. Specifically, two practical differential power analyses on NTRU algorithm are proposed, which can attack the existing countermeasures of NTRU. Accordingly, we suggest three countermeasures against our attacks. Meanwhile, practical experiments show that although the attacks in this paper are efficient, our countermeasures can resist them effectively.

기존의 공인인증서는 한번 은행에서 발급 후 다른 은행에서 사용하려면 다시 등록해야 하는 번거로움이 존재한다. 또한 중앙 기관에서 공인인증서를 관리하기에 공격을 당했을 경우 개인정보 유출의 위험이 있다. 이에 대한 해결방안으로 은행 간에 블록체인을 사용하여 공인인증서를 발급 및 관리할 것을 제안한다. 블록체인은 다른 누구나 네트워크에 참여할 수 있고, 참여자 모두가 블록에 대한 검증을 하는 분산원장(Distribute Ledger) 기술을 사용하고 있다. 분산원장 기술로 공인인증서를 관리하면 사용자의 편의성 증대 및 보안 위협으로부터 안전할 것이다.

The article analyzes and shows the rapid development information and telecommunication technologies, and their capabilities are becoming unprecedented for human development, effective solutions to many professional problems. The analysis of information and communication technologies of education used in higher educational institutions of Ukraine confirmed that for the effective use of special teaching methods, as well as software and technical teaching aids, it is necessary to have a trained teaching staff and students.

The main purpose of the study is to determine information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourism training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19. Innovative development is associated with the rejection of well-known cliches, stereotypes in teaching, upbringing and personal development, creates new standards for personal-creative, individually directed tourism activities, develops pedagogical technologies implemented in this activity. As a result, the main aspects of information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourist training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19 were characterized.

The development of ICT has led positive aspects such as popularization of Internet. It, on the other hand, is causing a negative aspect, Cyber Terror. Although the causes for recent and continuous increase of cyber security incidents are various such as lack of technical and institutional security measure, the main cause which threatens the cyber security is the users' lack of awareness and attitude. The purpose of this study is the positive analysis of how the personal and job characteristics influence the cyber security training participation rate and the response ability to cyber terror response training with a sample case of K-corporation employees. In this paper, the relationship among career, gender, department, whether he/she is a cyber security specialist, whether he/she is a regular employee), "ratio of cyber security training courses during recent three years", "ratio that he/she has opened the malicious email in cyber terror response training during recent three years", "response index of virus active-x installation (higher index means poorer response)" is closely examined. Moreover, based on the examination result, the practical and political implications regarding K-corporation's cyber security courses and cyber terror response training are studied.

현대사회가 정보화 시대를 넘어서 4차 산업혁명시대로 접어들었다. 즉, 세계적으로 생명과학이 주도하는 시대가 도래 하였다. 바야흐로 무인자동차, 드론, 알파고와 같은 인공지능, IT기술로 탄생한 인간을 대신하는 로봇시대가 도래하였다. 이는 IT의 근간인 정보전달의 핵심가치를 기반에 두고 있는 것이다. 이러한 4차 산업 혁명시대에 즈음하여 정보보호분야가 필수불가결한 학문분야가 되었다. 웹기반 보안, 시스템기반 보안, 클라이언트 기반 보안, 모바일보안, 그리고 무선보안 등 컴퓨터 기반 IT기술 전반에 보안문제는 필수사항이 되었 다. 이에 발맞추어 보안인력양성을 위한 대학의 교육과정을 시대에 요구에 맞도록 표준화할 필요가 있다고 보여 진다. 본 논문은 정보보호분야의 교육과정을 표준화하기 위한 모델을 개발하여 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 모델을 통하여 각 교육기관에서는 필요한 트랙이나 분야를 선택하여 학생들을 지도하여 효과적인 정보보호인력양성에 기여하고자 한다.

교원의 정보 활용 능력을 평가하기 위해 개발된 ISST는 교육정보담당교사에 대한 추가 기준을 제시하는 과정에서 정보윤리ㆍ보안 능력 평가기준이 일반교사와 교육정보담당교사의 내용이 같고, 정보 보안의 대상이 개인정보 관리에만 초점이 맞추어져서 있어 교육정보시스템 관리 업무를 담당하는 교사의 능력을 평가하기에는 적절하지 않은 평가 기준을 제시하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 ISST의 평가기준을 확장하여 초ㆍ중고등학교에서 교육정보화 업무를 담당하는 교육정보담당교사의 정보윤리 및 정보보안을 총체적으로 평가할 수 있는 정보윤리ㆍ보안 평가모델로 정보윤리 의식 수준을 측정하는 정보윤리 평가를 위한 4개 영역과 교육정보화 환경에 있는 정보시스템을 안전하게 보호하기 위한 기술적 방법을 측정하는 정보보안 평가를 위한 3개 영역으로 제안하고 있다.

초등학교 3~6학년 학생들을 대상으로 하여 스마트기기의 안전한 사용을 위한 방안을 모색하려 한다. 스마트기기에서 사용하고 있는 앱의 보안에 관한 이론적 배경을 조사하고, 초등학생의 스마트기기에 대한 일반적 현황과 사용에 대한 수준을 파악하기 위하여 지식, 태도, 실천 수준의 문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 설문을 통한 자료 조사에서 일반적 현황과 사용 수준간의 관계를 분석한 결과에서 학교교육에서 실시하고 있는 '스마트기기의 안전한 사용'에 대한 교육효과가 매우 미미함을 보이고 있으며, 스마트기기에 대한 지식과 실천은 폭넓게 인지되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 초등학생들에게 적합한 스마트기기의 안전한 사용을 위한 교육 방안이 제시되고 있으며, 초등학생들의 스마트기기 관련 보안 의식이 함양될 것으로 기대된다.
