It is one of the crucial components of electronic logistics systems to manage logistics information of cargos and transportation companies and to mediate appropriate brokerage between them. Due to the advance of e-Commerce technologies many kinds of logistics transactions can be handled by means of EDI or XML/EDI applications. but the brokering processing relies mostly on the traditional processes and the research in this field is still at the initial stage. In this paper we study a logistics brokering system for ships and cargos and describe the design and implementation of the system. We analyze the brokering constraints for logistics of cargos and ships and construct an optimization model for their brokering. We also suggest a brokering procedure and a simple heuristic algorithm with respect to the proposed matching criteria. The experimental result shows that the proposed greedy-based heuristic algorithm performs very well. In its response time the proposed algorithm executed within a couple of seconds independently of the number of cargos and the container capacities of ships. The output of the algorithm is very close to that of the optimal solution. showing higher than 95% of approximation. The proposed system is implemented for the Web environment using JSP and PL/SQL.

We developed a Part Information Brokering System, namely PIBS, that can inter-link part suppliers and buyers using WWW(World Wide Web). The major contribution of this paper is that the system provides a 3D collaboration environment that enables multiple users to share the same workspace where they cooperatively manipulate part features in real time. PIBS carries out two major functions: one to maintain part data in a part library, and the other to provide the means for the clients to cooperate. An object-oriented database is used for the part library which stores apart information registered by part suppliers. VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) the ISO standard for 3D visualization on WWW, is used to represent 3D part models. Several Java programs have been implemented to support synchronous and a synchronous communication of the 3D models. Once the users are interconnected through the system, a user's manipulation of part objects is transparently and instantaneously transmitted to the others. This means that all the participants can are the same view and movement of the 3D part models. Since the system is developed using a Java applet-server architecture, it requires no additional software other than standard web browser. The prototype system has been successfully implemented, and demonstrated its applicability to virtual 3D part information sharing.

본 논문은 선박을 이용한 화물의 운송에 있어서 선박과 화물의 중개 최적화에 대하여 기술한다. 중개를 위한 시간 제약, 중량 제한, 선호도 등 여러 기준들을 정의하여 정형화하고 이를 이용하여 최적화 문제 모형을 수립하였다는 것이 연구의 주요 핵심이고, 실험을 통하여 문제의 복잡도와 최적해 탐색 비용의 적정한 한계치를 파악하였을 뿐 아니라 그 과정으로서 성능평가 방법을 제시한 점도 중요한 연구 결과라고 하겠다. 제시된 최적 중개 방안은 화물과 선박의 시간적 제약 조건과 선박의 중량 제약 조건을 이용하여 화물의 선박에 대한 선호도와 선박의 화물에 대한 선호도를 유도하고, 최적화 문제의 목적 함수에서 이틀 선호도를 이진 결정변수의 계수로 활용하여 제약 조건을 만족함과 동시에 전체적인 선호도 값의 합이 큰 선박과 화물의 쌍이 중개하도록 하였다. Davis-Putnam 기반의 최적화 프로그램을 이용한 실험에서 결정변수의 개수가 90 여개 이하의 문제 크기에 대하여 적정한 시간 내에 최적해를 구하는 것을 확인하였다.

To get the items that a buyer wants in Internet auction. he must search for the items through several auction sites. When the bidding starts, he(the buyer) needs to connect to these auction sites frequently so that he can monitor the bid stats and re-bid. A reserve-price auction reduces the number of connections, but this limits the user's bidding strategy. Another problem is equity between the buyer and the seller. Both the buyer and the seller should profit together within proper limits. In this paper, we propose an auction agent system using a collaborative mobile agent and a brokering mechanism called MoCAAS (Mobile Collaborative Auction Agent System), which mediates between the buyer and the seller and executes bidding asynchronously and autonomously. This reduces connection costs. offers more intelligent bidding and solves the equity problem.

IoT(Internet of Things)는 사물들이 인터넷에 연결되어 정보를 공유하고 이러한 정보를 기반으로 서비스를 제공하는 기반 기술이다. 이는 개인, 공공, 산업 분야에 걸쳐 다양하게 적용됨으로 이러한 다양한 환경의 요구사항에 맞는 서비스의 개발이 요구된다. 한편, 방송이나 웹 서비스 등이 공급자 중심의 서비스 제공 환경에서 사용자 참여형 서비스로 변화 된 것처럼 IoT 서비스 환경도 집단이 참여하여 가치와 효용성을 증가 시킬 수 있는 참여형 IoT 서비스 환경으로 발전될 것이다. 사용자는 이러한 참여형 IoT 서비스 환경을 통해 자신의 요구사항을 직접적으로 반영 할 수 있어 서비스의 유형이 다양해지고 보급이 가속화 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스 시나리오의 분석을 통해 IoT 서비스의 구성요소를 도출하고 이를 기반으로 참여형 IoT 서비스 모델 및 모델링 메커니즘을 제안한다. 이는 사용자의 숙련도에 따라 순차적 서비스 모델 및 관계기반 서비스 모델을 제공한다. 제안하는 환경은 참여형 IoT 서비스 브로커링 플랫폼에 의해 구현되어 웹 기반의 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다.

With the proliferation of EC, many customers have been participating into online auction or group-buying market over searching internet shopping-malls to purchase goods. To support the customer's convenient transaction, lots of agent systems are developed to facilitate the customer's product brokering, merchant brokering, and negotiation of transaction. However, many of these systems have focused upon supporting transaction at only one type of marketplace. Since these marketplaces have different transaction settlement mechanism, it is necessary to develop the system that utilizes the customer's transaction including the selection of the type of marketplace to buy. Then we classify the kinds of B2C electronic marketplace according to the protocol by which the market operated. The structure of negotiation message is developed using XML schema and RDFS under the characteristics and message example of each marketplace in this research.

최근 여러 기업과 단체들은 전자상거래 관련 분야에 대한 연구개발을 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스가 제안되고 있으나 상거래 변화에 동반되어야 하는 물류 부분에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 구체적으로 화주와 운송업체의 물류정보를 통합 관리하고 거래 상대를 중개하는 중개 시스템에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 화주와 운송업체에게 거래 상대를 연계하는 물류정보 중개 시스템을 소개하고 중개 에이전트를 제안한다. 제안된 중개 에이전트는 화주와 운송업체의 요구사항을 가능한 만족하면서도 빠른 시간 내에 거래 상대를 찾기 위하여 휴리스틱 방법을 이용한다.

웹서비스(Web service)는 네트워크 상에서 서로 다른 종류의 컴퓨터들 간에 상호작용을 지원하는 소프트웨어 시스템이다. 현재 웹서비스 표준들은 주로 서비스의 기능적인 요소들에 대한 내용에 집중되어 있어서 웹서비스의 QoS와 같은 서비스의 비기능적인 속성들을 표현하는 것은 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 보다 신속하고 효율적인 웹서비스 합성을 위해 계층적인 브로커링 방식을 사용하여 웹서비스 합성을 위한 기법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 복잡한 응용을 지원하기 위한 웹서비스의 구조가 계층적인 구조를 갖는다고 가정하고 웹서비스들을 지원하기 위하여 계층적인 브로커 구조를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 계층적인 브로커들은 웹서비스의 QoS와 합성을 지원하기 위해서 브로커 시스템 내에 QoS 상태 정보와 합성 정보를 유지한다. 제안기법에서는 이러한 구조와 이러한 정보를 통해 웹서비스 QoS 요청에 대하여 효율적으로 처리할 수 있다.

Internet of Things(IoT) 시대에 우리 생활 주변의 많은 사물 또는 객체가 인터넷상에서 연관될 수 있다. IoT 시스템의 구축을 위해서는 다양한 네트워크로 연결된 센서 및 계측장치를 갖는 사물을 통해 IoT 환경의 센싱 데이터를 획득하고 수집을 위한 컴포넌트 개발이 필요하다. 이러한 IoT 시스템은 다양한 형태로 분산되며, 추가적으로 이러한 시스템의 효율적인 관리를 위해서는 애플리케이션 간의 자료전달을 위한 요구사항으로 상호운영성을 만족해야 한다. 이 논문에서는 비동기 기반 메시징 시스템을 기반으로 한 IoT 시스템의 참조 아키텍처를 설계한다. 참조 아키텍처는 IoT 시스템을 설계과정에서 사용한다. 여기서는 참조 아키텍처의 적용을 위한 실시간 특성의 데이터 스트림 관리 방법을 논의한다. 그리고 이들 데이터의 생산 및 소비를 위한 파이프-필터 기반 프로토타입을 pub/sub 메시징 시스템인 NaradaBrokering을 활용하여 구성하는 방법을 논의한다.

본 연구는 국제수출통제규범을 고찰하고 국내 수출통제 법제를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 발전방안을 제시함으로써 우리나라 수출통제제도의 발전을 도모하는데 목적이 있다. 2005년 이후 본격 시행된 국내 수출통제 제도는 법체계와 목적, 상황허가 요건, 수출통제 대상 '물품등' 등의 용어에 대한 정의와 범위, 중개허가의 실효성 및 미국 재수출통제 대응 등의 측면에서 중대한 문제를 내포하고 있다. 그 발전방안으로 현행 대외무역법령에서 수출통제 부분을 분리하여 가칭 '수출통제법'으로 입법화, 수출통제 대상을 '전략품목'으로 통일, 상황허가 요건의 명료화, 중개허가 실효성 제고를 위한 등록제 도입 및 수출통제 관련 각종 용어에 대한 정비 등을 제안한다.
