컴퓨터와 통신의 발달로 도래된 정보화 사회에서 우리는 정보를 통해 많은 혜택을 얻으며 편리하게 살아간다. 하지만 그 이면에는 정보화 시대의 역기능 현상들이 도처에서 나타나고 있으므로 정보통신윤리교육의 필요성은 점차 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 바람직한 정보사회를 구현하기 위해 구성원들에게 요구되는 덕에 착안하여 덕교육적 접근을 통해 정보통신윤리의식을 함양하고자 초등학교 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 명심보감 학습을 9주간 실시하였다. 연구 결과 명심보감 수업을 실시한 실험반은 인터넷 중독, 채팅 중독과 네티켓 영역에서 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 하지만 게임 중독에 대해서는 긍정적인 효과를 주지 못하였다.

지난 2020년 비대면 개학이 전면 실시되고 온라인 수업이 확대됨에 따라 온라인 기반의 학습도구를 개발하고 활용할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 교원의 웹 기반 온라인 학습지 플랫폼인 라이브워크시트를 활용하는 의도와 그에 미치는 영향 요인을 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)를 기반으로 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 UTAUT 모형의 영향 요인인 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건은 모두 교원의 라이브워크시트 활용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 새롭게 추가한 개방성 요인은 유의한 결과를 보이지 않았다. 본 논문의 분석 결과가 향후 지속적으로 발전할 비대면 수업에서의 교원의 새로운 기술 수용 의도 연구에 시사점을 제공하기를 바란다.

정보 사회로 발전하면서 세계의 주요 나라에서는 정보 교과의 교육을 강화해 가고 있으며 최근에는 소프트웨어 교육을 확대한 정보교과 교육과정이 제시되고 있다. 따라서 한국정보교육학회에서는 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 표준 모델에 대하여 연구해서 2014년에 발표된 표준 모델을 보완하여 발표하였다. 여기에서는 소프트웨어 교육 내용을 '소프트웨어', '컴퓨터 시스템' 및 '융합 활동'의 세 영역으로 구분하는 소프트웨어 교육 표준 모델을 제시하였다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 한국정보교육학회에서 제시한 소프트웨어 교육 표준모델의 '소프트웨어' 대영역의 '정보' 영역에 대한 초등학교의 성취 기준을 단계별로 마련하였다. 그리고 이 성취 기준을 도달하기 위한 교수-학습 방법과 평가 방안을 단계별로 세분화하여 제시하였다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서 제시한 '정보' 영역에 대한 성취 기준, 교수 학습 방법, 평가 방법은 향후 초등학교 소프트웨어 교육 과정 개발에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This research, with the recent change in the paradigm of education, has its purpose on suggesting the direction of Japanese education that best suits the environment in Korea, by analyzing the education and information policy in Korea and Japan. As it is shown in Mackey's model, policy in language and education cannot be separated, and the 'smart education' policy as well as 'Education and Information Vision' that is implemented in Korea and Japan is likely to be connected with policies in language in the near future. Both of these policies has its goals on the spreading of information in education, and is predicted to lead to development in contents in regard to education of foreign language. When looking at recently developed smart-learning programs, it can be found that the credibility and authenticity is weak because in most of those programs, there was no participation of experts in Japanese education. Thus there is a need for expertise in Japanese education for development of these contents and also many attempts with application of 'smart-learning' collaboration of technology and academic knowledge in humanities and education is needed. At the same time, various support from the government is essential so that these policies can simultaneously work together, along with the field of foreign language education.

Half a century has passed since the academic field of library and information science, which was born at the end of the 19th Century in the Western world, was introduced to Korea. Despite years of quantitative growth and qualitative maturation, the field has been facing the inconvenient truths of discrepancies in education levels arising from varying education providers, and weakened public confidence in librarian certification. Based on analysis of librarian training and education programs and the certification system, this research seeks to point out the limitations of the national librarian certification system, which is losing public confidence, and present a model for improvement. Library and information science education has expanded from universities to the academy of librarian education and lifelong education centers, and the librarian certification system has emerged as a target of reform. This research presents measures to improve the librarian certification system to government bodies and the Committee on Library and Information Policy with the purpose of providing grounds for policy enforcement.

교원을 양성하는 교육대학에서의 예비교사들에게 어떻게 정보화 교육을 시켜야 될지는 중요한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 이를 알아보기 위하여 교육대학의 특성과 교육과정을 살펴보았으며, 교육대학의 교육 정보화에 대한 실태도 분석하여 보았다. 그 결과 교육대학의 정보화 교육을 위한 몇 가지 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

국내외적으로 정보 교육의 중요성을 인식하고 있으며, 정보 교육을 확대하는 방향으로 교육 정책이 변화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터교육과에 재직하고 있는 교육대학교 및 사범대학교 교수와 교육과정 개발 경험이 있는 초등 및 중등 정보 교사로 구성된 전문가 집단을 구성하여 초등학교 정보 교육과정 내용 체계를 개발하였다. 구체적으로 2022 개정 교육과정에서의 중등 정보 교과와 연계성 및 위계성을 지닌 초등학교 정보 교육의영역, 영역별 핵심 아이디어, 영역별 내용 요소 및 학년별 지도 내용에 대한 내용 체계를 개발하였다. 본 연구를통해 초·중등학교의 정보 교육에서 연계성을 확보하였으며, 디지털 리터러시의 내용 요소를 각 내용 영역에 포함하였다는 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 초등학교 정보 교육과정 내용 체계는 향후 초등학교의 인정교과서 개발 및 정보 교과 독립을 위한 기초자료로서 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

초등학생을 대상으로 인공지능교육에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 기존에 수행된 초등 정보교육 연구를 거시적인 관점에서 분석하여 현재의 상황을 이해하고 후속연구의 시사점을 제공하기 위한 노력이 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 초등 정보교육의 연구동향을 조망하고자 하는 목적으로 정보교육학회논문지를 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 데이터는 정보교육학회논문지의 창간호에서 2020년까지 출간된 논문을 모두 선정하였고, 토픽모델링하여 연구주제 11개를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 가장 높은 비중인 토픽 T1은 약 38%을 차지하는 것으로 분석되었고, 토픽 T1에 기여도 순에 따라 교육, 연구, 분석, 초등, 정보의 키워드가 도출었다. 토픽들의 연도별 회귀분석 결과, 연구의 트랜드가 컴퓨팅사고력, 소프트웨어교육, 인공지능교육 등으로 변화하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 초등 정보교육과 관련된 텍스트 데이터를 객관적으로 클러스터링하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

The purposes of this research are, first, to investigate the present condition of indoor thermal environment in winter. Second, to find out how residents' knowledge, consciousness, and behavior changed after provided with education and information of indoor climate. Finally, to reveal how this changes make alteration to their indoor environment. Thirty apartments were collected, and then divided into three groups as Control Group, Education Group, and Edu-information Group in order to conduct the purposes. Provided education and environmental information turn out to have a positive effect to residents' knowledge, consciousness, and behavior, and consequently, it leads residents to control their indoor environment more actively in some cases. Thus, it is important to provide residents with environmental education and information, and it should be conducted regularly in order to maximize the positive effect of education since it tends to decrease as time goes by.

This study analysed the needs of the elderly in computer education, their preference and demands for computer education to enhance the quality of information welfare for the elderly, and presented a computer education model for higher quality information welfare for the elderly to maximize the effect of computer education. For this study, variables were selected from previous studies and by the researcher to present a computer education model for the elderly.
