PURPOSE: To demonstrate that the training of information protection for members at medical institutions increases the information protection activities of employees. METHODS: We used the chi-square test and the logistic regression model to analyze the data of the "Healthcare Information and Communication Status Survey in 2017" (n = 2002) conducted by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute RESULTS: As a result of the analysis, the information protection activity increased when the education was received and the number of received more than the education was not received. Especially, when the management receives education, it affects the information protection activities of the employees. CONCLUSION: In order to protect medical information, medical institutions need to provide education on information protection for management and employees.

본 연구는 우리나라 부산시와 중국 저장성의 초등학교 정보교육 교재의 프로그래밍 교육 내용을 조사한다. 프로그래밍 교육의 목표 설정과 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 선택 그리고 프로그래밍 교육의 내용 선정과 전개 방식에 관하여 두 가지의 교재에서 초등학교 정보교육 교재에 필요한 내용을 확인한다. 두 지역의 교재는 초등학교 수준에 맞는 프로그래밍 언어를 선정하고 창의적인 학습 주제를 선정하여 학습자 스스로 문제를 해결해 가는 과정에서 프로그래밍을 학습하도록 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 초등학교 정보교육 교재의 프로그래밍 교육은 학습자 스스로 문제를 해결 과정에서 자연스럽게 프로그래밍을 학습하도록 구성하고 있음을 확인하였다.

The Korea Information Infrastructure aims at the construction of an advanced national information infrastructure, consisting of communication networks, computers, databases and multimedia terminals. In the emerging information society, a well-established national information network plays a crucial role in enhancing economic efficiency and creating national wealth. Till 2015, government plans to construct an Information Superhighway Network and to provide a telecommunication service for speedy transmission of multi-media typed information and development of various applied programs, which help government's commitment to establish nationwide infrastructure to perform a leading role as a high level information society in the 21st century. In the field of health education, the research monograph contains three main parts: health education and information, acceptability of health education; development of health education management information system. In the most remote areas, it can bring high-quality health care where none is now available. In global health care, it can enhance and standardize the quality of medical care throughout the world. Before enlarging the establishment of the health education network system, the issues from this study should be considered to improve the health status through the introduction of information technology and applications in health care.

The use of innovative technologies is one of the promising areas of education development, so the article clarifies the content of the terms "innovation" "pedagogical technology". Our goal is to justify the need to use innovative technologies in education. Innovative technologies are divided into four groups, depending on the appropriate form of educational activity for their use. The development of innovative pedagogical technologies at the present stage of education development should be carried out in accordance with the criteria of technological efficiency, which are presented in the article: scientific; systematic; guaranteed; manageable; mass. Based on the analysis of the process of formation of pedagogical education, the main trends in the information support of teachers in the system of pedagogical education were revealed. Its theoretical and methodological foundations were determined, promising directions and main ways of improving the information support of teachers' education as an organic component of continuous pedagogical education in Ukraine were justified. The conducted study of the state of information support for teachers allowed us to establish that the main functions of scientific and pedagogical information - analytical and predictive, integrative, operational and purposeful informing of various categories of specialists - teachers-are not being implemented enough. This is due to the versatility and complexity of the pedagogical process, the low level and limited range of development of systems of operational differentiated scientific and methodological services for various categories of teachers. Ways to improve the information function of teacher education are determined.

본 논문에서는 인공지능융합교육실 구축과 관련하여 교육부 및 시·도교육청의 정보교육 추진계획을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 적합한 구축 방향을 제언하였다. 연구를 위해 교육부, 한국교육학술정보원, 한국과학창의재단의 정보교육 추진계획, 인공지능교육 선도학교 운영계획, 학교별 인공지능교육 선도학교 운영계획의 교실 공간구축 계획여부, 1교당 예산 금액, 구축 교실 수, 자체 예산 투입 여부 등을 분석하였다. SW교육 및 인공지능 융합교육 추진을 위해 교육부에서 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 전국 초중고 학교 수에 비하면 크게 부족한 수치인 것으로 나타났다. 정부 차원에서의 정보교육실 확충을 위한 노력이 지속적으로 요구되며, 개발된 인공지능융합교육실 활용을 위해서는 구축공간 모델에 대한 교수·학습 사례가 풍부하게 제공될 필요가 있다. 또한, 구축된 공간을 적절히 사용할 수 있도록 학교 차원의 계획 및 실행이 후속되어야 하며 기자재에 대한 관리와 유지보수 계획이 필요하다.

In this study it is surveyed how the educational objectives of orientation in Library & Information Science under current school system should be formed and presented as follows; First, there are many obstacles in overcoming problems and setting successfully education of Library & Information Science under the school system by Ministry of Education. To get over this clear objectives and goals of education must be presented. According to clarified goal of education curriculums must be formed systematically. As a result it is suggested that setting goal of education emphasizing on paralleling of fortifying of theory and conducting practical business rather than training of Information specialist. Second, in analysis of curriculum of library & Information Science it is divided into five categories; (1) 'information organization', (2) 'reference/bibliographical information', (3) 'management of library/ information center', (4) 'informatics' (5) 'library & Information science in general', then courses of each category are arranged and analyzed. As a result balanced development among categories and education is required. In short educational goal of library & Information Science must show basic philosophy, ideal, and direction of education. In addition it is ideal that educational goal of Library & Information Science be presented concretely and in feasible way. Thus in this context the goal and objectives of library & Information Science must be devised and amended, su n.0, pplement as circumstances change.

매스컴을 통해 자주 보도되는 정보통신 윤리 관련 범죄는 정보통신 윤리 교육의 필요성이 강조되게 하고 있으며, 최근 교육학자들은 정보 윤리 교육의 실행방안에 대해 많은 연구를 하고 있다. 정보통신윤리 교육 방법을 통합적으로 활용할 수 있는 코스웨어가 필요하기 때문에 사례중심형 코스웨어를 제시하며 초등학생을 대상으로 하여 사례중심을 기반으로 정보통신윤리 교육을 위한사례중심형 코스웨어를 개발하고 적용해 봄으로써 그 효과를 검증해 보고자 정보나열형 코스웨어와 사례중심형 코스웨어의 두가지 종류의 프로그램으로 사전검사를 통해 동질집단으로 밝혀진 두집단을 학습시키고 사후검사를 통해 두 집단간 비교를 하였으며 각 집단의 사전 사후 대응 검정을 통하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다.

본 논문은 윷놀이를 활용한 SW융합교육이 초등학생의 지식정보처리역량에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 전라남도 도서지역 초등학생을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 윷놀이를 활용한 SW융합교육 수업을 개발하여 실험집단에 적용하여 보았다. 지식정보처리역량 사전검사를 실시하고 윷놀이를 활용한 SW융합교육을 진행한 후 지식정보처리역량 사후검사를 실시하였다. 지식정보처리역량 검사도구로는 초등학교 고학년 지식정보처리역량측정도구를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과에 따르면 윷놀이를 활용한 SW융합교육이 초등학생이 학습상황 속에서 문제를 해결하기 위하여 지식정보와 자료를 수집하고 분석하여 평가, 선택한 지식과 정보를 활용하여 효율적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력인 지식정보처리역량 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

2000년 교육부에서 제시한 $\ulcorner$초 중등학교 정보통신기술 운영지침$\lrcorner$ 을 보면 정보탐색하기, 정보 분석하기, 정보안내하기, 웹 토론하기, 협력 연구하기, 전문가와 교류하기, 웹 펜팔하기, 정보 만들기의 8가지 정보통신기술 활용 유형을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 본 연구 결과 교사들이 이 8유형에 대해 실제 ICT 활용에 대한 근본적 접근이 어려우며, 교사들 역시 수업에 이 유형을 적용하기가 어렵다고 느끼고 있음을 분석하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 향후 정보교육의 정상적인 운영을 위해 기본적인 ICT활동 유형부터 개선하고 정보 과학을 기반으로 구체적 활용유형에 대해 제시하였다. 그리고 교사들의 의견을 통하여 개발된 활동유형이 타당성이 있음을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 향후 교사들이 ICT활용에 있어서 실제적인 도움을 주고 정보과학을 토대로 개발된 점을 고려하여 정보교육의 발전에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 컴퓨터 정보 소양 교육에 대한 교사 인식 및 교육 요구를 조사하여 컴퓨터 정보 소양 교육이 관련 교과와 융합하여 다양한 교육 맥락에서 이루어질 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교사의 일반 현황, 컴퓨터 정보 소양 관련 융합 교육 인식 및 현황, 컴퓨터 정보 소양 함양을 위한 융합 교육에 대한 요구를 중심으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 초등학교 교사 160명의 응답을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 컴퓨터 정보 교육을 전공하거나 소프트웨어 교육 관련 경험이 있는 경우 컴퓨터 정보 소양 관련 융합 수업이 가능하다고 응답한 비율이 높게 나타났으며, 융합 교육을 수행할 때 수업 내용의 구성이 어렵고, 기존 교과 수업 진도에 대한 부담이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학교 환경에 있어서는 교육용 소프트웨어 교구에 대한 준비가 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 교육 방향, 교원 양성, 교육 프로그램, 학습 교구 측면에서 시사점을 제시하였다.
