  • The article considers one of the areas of development of artificial intelligence where there is the development of computer intelligent systems capable of performing functions traditionally considered intelligent - language comprehension, inference, use of accumulated knowledge, learning, pattern recognition, as well as learn and explain their decisions. It is found that informational intellectual systems are promising in their development. The article is devoted to intelligent information systems and technologies in educational activities, ie issues of organization, design, development and application of systems designed for information processing, which are based on the use of artificial intelligence methods.

  • Ubiquitous Computing System is available anytime, anywhere communications and computing systems, and information sharing and mutual cooperation between computing systems. in addition, For Ubiquitous Computing System, it is need the sensor technology to detect information of users and surrounding environment. For these reason, this paper proposed CRS(Context Recognition Switch) and DOS(Dynamic and Optimal Standard) based Context-awareness system architecture.

  • 21세기는 정보화 사회가 지향하는 전문 산업인력 양성에 대비하기 위하여 정보통신의 목적에 기반을 둔 반도체 설계 교육시스템의 개발이 필수적이다. 이를 위한 전자, 정보통신 분야의 전문기술 습득을 위하여, 마이크로로봇을 적용한 전공 모듈식 창업교육 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 개발된 교육 시스템은 마이크로 로봇과 관련되 세부전공 모듈식 수업으로부터 마이크로 로봇에 적용한 정보통신 교육시스템에 이르기까지 셀제현장에서 적용할 수 있는 현장감 있는 시스템 설계능력을 배양 할 수 있다. 또한 사회에서 필요로 하는 산업체 주문형 기술인력을 양성하고, 산업현장에서 적용되는 시스템을 해석하고 설계에 이르는 반도체 설계의 창업교육 과정까지 이해할 수 있는 산업체 주문형 중견기술의 양성을 위한 새로운 교육프로그램의 개발로 확대되리라 기대한다.

  • This paper talks about the university curriculum for the education of management information systems in Korea. This paper especially develops a new model of the university curriculum based on the questionnaire from the fifteen universities, students, professors and field managers in information system development areas. This paper finally compares a new model with the existing curriculum of the domestic four-year universities.

  • All technology has both intended and unintended effects, we have said, and information technology is no exception. Information technology offers a number of challenges: those of computer education, computer literacy, the ethical and societal impacts of computing and communication systems. Current computer education focuses primarily on the history, parts and usage of a computer, and programming, it does not fully include the moral standards or ethics that help guide behavior and conduct for citizens of Information society. The purpose of this study is to review of the theoretical issues and societal impacts of computers, communication systems and computer ethics; then, to nalyse current curriculum and content of school computer education in Korea: finally, to develop a possible course in computer ethics containing a goal statement and aspects of computer literacy. Contents in computer ethics covers issues of nettiquette, privacy, health, copyright-related software and network piracy, computer crime and viruses. Six suggestions are made for the computer ethics of Information Age in the conclusion.

Design and Empirical Study of an Online Education Platform Based on B2B2C, Focusing on the Perspective of Art Education

  • The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.

기업윤리의 인식에 관한 연구II -인사, 정보- (A Study of Recognition of Business Ethics)

  • After and before the education of business ethics, the recognitive response and interpretation of personnel and information ethics to the standards of business ethics are as follows. 1. In case of personnel ethics, before the education of business ethics, selfishness is at its peak and utilitarianism is in the lowest. It can be understood that it is faithful to the principles of capitalism. 2. In case of personnel ethics, before the education of business ethics, relativism is in the highest level and utilitarianism is in the lowest. Because it means not agreeing on standardized economic equality and the choice of proper ethical standards. It can be understood that the education of business ethics has an effect on ethical making-decision. 3. In case of information ethics, after and before the education of business ethics, righteousness is at its peak and utilitarianism is in the lowest level. I can be interpreted that it means thinking highly of the value of justice and not agreeing to standardized economic equality. 4. The above results show that the education of business ethics has an influence on the recognition of personnel ethics and is effectively used to improve the recognition of personnel and information ethics.

정보통신윤리 교육을 위한 블랜디드 문제중심학습 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Blended PBL Systems for Information Communication Ethics Education)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 정보통신윤리 교육을 위한 효과적인 블랜디드 문제중심학습 시스템을 구현하는데 있다. 제안 시스템은 온라인 학습과 면대면 수업이 체계적으로 혼합되었고 온라인 학습 플랫폼을 위해서 무들을 활용하였다. 위키와 블로그를 지식의 생성뿐만 아니라 문제중심학습을 지원하기 위한 능동적 학습 도구로 활용하였다. 제안 시스템에서 학습자가 새로운 지식 생성과 문제 해결 능력 향상, 협동학습의 이해와 같은 문제중심학습의 다양한 효과들을 체험하기 위한 열린 공간으로서의 웹 2.0을 활용하였다. 블랜디드 문제중심학습 시스템은 교수 -학습 모형과 함께 정보통신윤리 학습에서 학습자의 수업 만족도와 학업성취도가 평가되었다. 연구 결과를 보면 블랜디드 PBL 학습 방법이 면대면 PBL 학습 방법보다 정보통신윤리 의식 함양에 효과적이었으며 면대면 PBL 학습 방법보다 학습자들의 만족도와 학업성취도가 높았다.

사용자 태도 및 교육훈련과 정보시스템 실행 성과간의 관계 - D사를 중심으로 - (The Relationships between Information Systems Implementation Performance and User Attitude, User Education and Training - Focused on Corporation D -)

  • 본 연구는 사용자 특성 중 조직에서 통제 가능한 요인인 사용자의 태도 및 교육훈련이 정보시스템의 실행 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 최근 신정보시스템으로 전환한 D사의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 사용자 태도와 교육훈련은 각각 독립적으로 정보시스템의 실행 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 태도와 교육훈련이 결합한 상호작용 효과는 시스템 사용도에는 유의한 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의한 효과를 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 조직에서 정보시스템의 실행 성과를 높이기 위해서는 사용자 태도를 호의적으로 변화시키고, 사용자에 대한 교육훈련을 많이 시켜야 하며, 특히 사용자에 대한 교육훈련은 차별화하여 실시하여야 한다는 것이다.
