Recently, as the geographic information system (GIS) which searches, manages geographic information is used more widely, there is more requests for some systems which can search and display more actual and realistic information. As a response to these requests, the video geographic information system which connects video data obtained by using cameras and geographic information as it is by displaying the obtained video data is being more popular. However, because most existing video geographic information systems consider video data as an attribute of geographic information or use simple one-way links from geographic information to video data to connect video data with geographic information, they support only displaying video data through searching geographic information. In this paper, we design and implement a video geographic information system which connects video data with geographic information and supports hi-directional search; searching geographic information through searching video data and searching video data through searching geographic information. To do this, we 1) propose an ER data model to represent connection information related to video data, geographic information, 2) propose a process to extract and to construct connection information from video data and geographic information, 3) show a component based system architecture to organize the video geographic information system.

본 연구는 먼저, 북한의 통신망, 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 등 정보화 기반을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 도서관 정보화 현황을 파악하였다. 또한 과학기술정보를 중심으로 한 북한의 학술정보 유통체계를 조사하기 위하여 북한의 대표적인 과학기술통보기관인 중앙과학기술통보사 현황과 이 기관이 개발하여 널리 사용하고 있는 검색프로그램인 ‘광명시스템’을 통해 북한의 과학기술정보시스템을 분석하였다.

Universities are open systems that aim to prepare students to meet academic and industrial programs' expectations. It is important for universities to recognize these expectations and to make sure that they are achievable. To do so, graduates' progression tracking system is an essential tool for universities' development to ensure graduate students meet the market requirements. The purpose of this paper is to create automatic tracing system that captures information about students after graduation and creates annual report that represents the status of university students in term of employment or completing their study. It mainly assists graduates to find appropriate jobs that meet their desires or enabling them to complete their higher education by providing all these opportunities in one platform. The system main objective is to improve communication between graduate students, the university and companies. It also aims to identify the difficulties associated with graduate employability and changes are required to serve current students in term of creating new programs or activities. This helps universities to identify and address the existing curriculums and program's strengths and weaknesses and their adequacy, quality and competencies of a graduate in the labor market, which enhances the quality of higher education. we analyzed and implemented the tracing system using PHP language, which speeds up custom web application development and MySQL database, which guarantee data security, high performance, and other features. Graduate students found the proposed system usable and valuable.

온라인 기술이전시장은 단순한 기술 수요자와 공급자가 만나는 자리일 뿐만 아니라 기술이전 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 기술이전에 있어서 그 시간적, 물리적 비용을 줄이는 데 그 존재의 이유가 있다. 기술이전시 정보제공에는 시의성이 중요한 요인으로 작용하므로 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 통합관리 시스템이 요구된다. 종래의 온라인 기술이전정보 제공 사이트는 단순한 기술정보의 제공과 수시로 발생하는 기술판 매자나 수요자의 갱신상황을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술수요자나 기술공급자에게 보다 시의적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 온라인 기술이전정보 통합 시스템에 대한 구현의 예를 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 정형/비정형/XML 데이터의 검색 및 관리 기능을 갖춘 정보검색 관리시스템을 위한 서버와 클라이언트간의 통신 프로토콜을 설계하는 방법에 대해서 설명한다. 제시된 프로토콜은 정보검색관리시스템에 적절하게 설계되었으며, 확장성 및 호환성을 높이기 위하여 XML 메시지로 이루어져 있다. 그리고 통신 처리 효율을 증가시키기 위하여 TCP/IP 기반의 소켓 통신을 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로토콜을 기반으로 정보검색관리시스템에서 기본적으로 제공하여야 하는 서비스를 정의한다.

가속화되는 정보기술의 발전으로 조직내의 신속하고 효율적인 연구 개발 및 행정업무 지원을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 요구된다. 효율적이고 신속한 연구업무지원을 위해서는 산재해 있는 연구관리 정보, 경영정보 등의 통합관리를 통해 지식기반의 정보인프라 구축이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 과학기술 지식 및 연구 개발 관련 업무활동을 지원하는 조직운영시스템 구현을 통한 실현방안을 제시하고 향후 발전방향에 대해서 논의한다.

우리사회는 바야흐로 정보화시대로 진입하고 있으며 이러한 새로운 사회·기술적인 변화에 대응하여 새로운 국가 과학기술정보체제구축이 요구되고 있는 시점에 와있다. 따라서 새로운 시스템을 구축하기 위한 새로운 사회경제구조의 변화에 대한 청사진이 필요하다. 하지만 현재의 과학기술정보유통체제는 아직 이러한 변화를 고려하지 않은 채 추진되고 있다. 본 글은 이러한 새로운 변화에 직면하고 있는 국가 과학기술 R&D전자 정보서비스체제에 새로운 구조변화에 대한 가이드를 제공하고 또 다른 맥락에서의 정보서비스의 역할을 위치 지우고 정의하고자 시도되었다. 따라서 본 글에서 그러한 변화는 새로운 과학기술정보유통체제 구조변화를 전제로 하고 있으며, 연구결과 미래의 정보화 사회는 범위와 연결의 경제성을 극대화하는 방향으로 가고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 과학기술통합정보시스템의 목적은 기관간 정보를 공유하고 정보의 집적이익을 공유하자는 것에 있으며, 이 시스템에서 과학기술정보는 국가 경영차원에서 R&D파트로 작용하게 될 것이며, 결국 이를 통한 산·학·연간협력은 총체적인 국가과학기술 경쟁력을 강화하는 힘으로 작용할 것이다.

In this paper, we investigate the impact of hardware impairments (HWIs) on the performance of a downlink massive MIMO system. We consider a single-cell system with maximum ratio transmission (MRT) as precoding scheme, and with all the HWIs characteristics such as phase noise, distortion noise, and amplified thermal noise. Based on the system model, we derive closed-form expressions for a typical user data rate under two scenarios: when a common local oscillator (CLO) is used at the base station and when separated oscillators (SLOs) are used. We also derive closed-form expressions for the downlink transmit power required for some desired per-user data rate under each scenario. Compared to the conventional system with ideal transceiver hardware, our results show that impairments of hardware make a finite upper limit on the user's downlink channel capacity; and as the number of base station antennas grows large, it is only the hardware impairments at the users that mainly limit the capacity. Our results also show that SLOs configuration provides higher data rate than CLO at the price of higher power consumption. An approach to minimize the effect of the hardware impairments on the system performance is also proposed in the paper. In our approach, we show that by reducing the cell size, the effect of accumulated phase noise during channel estimation time is minimized and hence the user capacity is increased, and the downlink transmit power is decreased.

In this study, we establish technology classification system for twelve material and component(MC) areas to sup-port systematic information services for MCT-20l0 which is supported by Korean government. We propose some design principles for MC technology classification system. The principles are suggested by considering of the characteristics of MC classification, regarding with scope, originality, hierarchy, relationship between technology classification and product classification, duplication and complex structure, use of information system, and life cycle of the classification system.
