Different from traditional development methodologies like waterfall model, the CBD (component based development) methodology relies on a building block approach in the design and development of information system. The audit procedure and checklist for the traditional IS development methodology are required to be modified to be suitable for CBD. This research reviewed IS audit guidelines for the existing development process and analyzed multiple projects that employed the by component based development process. For the purpose of this study, we chose a governmental project and a next-generation IS project of a financial agency as sample cases. By comparing existing IS audit checklists and items actually reviewed in audit projects, this study identified appropriate check items for the CBD-centric audit program. New items were proposed as additional items such as project control in management phase, usage case and conceptual model establishment, component evaluation and design, in implementation phase, and so forth. The result of the research provides new guidelines for the audit CBD projects for the purposed of increased efficiency and qualify of application development projects.

Downtown traffic culture of the car focus of our country have developed. But, it was been interested in railroad to saturation of situation, environmental problem. Also, it is getting interest which is international by departure point of network connecting from Europe to Northeast Asia. Private capital project of railroad is activated but Construction companies payability is real that is worsen day by day. Therefore, Construction companies is destroying element enterprise's inefficiency and the waste, be interested in Project Management Information System as part of information. I wish to approach in efficiency of railway construction by presenting professional construction company's Project Management Information System.

Recently, bottom-up information systems (BUIS), developed according to the requirements of individual user departments, have become popular. However, effective management of BUIS projects is not enough, with many organizations having experienced integration challenges with such individual projects. BUIS projects are relatively small and limited in scope, as opposed to the large, complex systems developed through traditional top-down information system development projects. Due to these differences in characteristics, the control modes as well as the aspects to improve development performance in each type of project are also different. Therefore, it is difficult to apply the results of prior research on control in system development projects to improve BUIS project performance. The purpose of this study is to derive a new theory of control to improve BUIS project performance. The results contribute to the improvement of firm performance through effective control of BUIS projects in modern enterprises.

Most recent programs in and out of the country are related to urban renewal projects. Contemporary project management information systems have been developed was to manage single or multiple projects focusing on their construction phase, and those have limitations to apply to large-scale complicated mega projects. So, this study explain the core concept of decision support modules for iPMIS (Intelligent Program Management Information System) and its major functions to support project owner and participants by introducing ontology in the web environment. This study confined the scope of research to the planning phase of urban environment improvement projects. Ontological logic structure and relation about planning works is essential parts and three functions to implement decision support module are developed.

공공 SW 시장은 국내 시장 특성상 중소 SW 기업에게는 상대적으로 중요한 시장이다. 이에 정부는 공공정보화 시장에서의 중소기업 지원을 위해 공공 SW 사업 수요예보 조사제도를 시행하고 있으나 아직 중소기업이나, 발주기관 입장에서의 편의성은 부족한 실정이다. 또한 SW 사업의 발주 이후의 집행정보를 관리하는 SW 사업정보저장소 제도가 별도로 운영되고 있으나, 이는 중소 SW 기업보다는 발주기관을 위한 제도에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구는 두 제도가 가지고 있는 문제점과 개선 가능성에 대한 분석을 통해 사용자 편의성을 높이고 SW 사업정보의 활용도를 확대할 수 있는 시스템의 설계 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 발주기관, 정책당국, 공공 SW 사업자, 조사기관의 4대 이해당사자를 식별하였고, 요구사항들을 분석하였다. SW 사업정보 관리체계 분석을 위해 2단계 수요예보 주기, SW 프로젝트 관리 주기, 그리고 SW 시스템 수명주기의 분석 체계를 제안하고, 이들 사이에서 SW 사업정보를 식별, 연계할 수 있도록 단일식별자(UID) 개념도 제안하였다. 그 결과 SW 사업 수요예보 및 사업진행 단계에 따른 사업정보의 통합적 관리체계를 설명할 수 있는 '시스템 수명주기 기반의 SW 사업정보 관리체계 참조모델'을 도출하였으며, 이를 실행할 수 있도록 이해당사자들이 사이의 개선된 프로세스를 설계하였다. 이를 통하여 공공 SW 사업정보의 통합적인 관리가 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다.

건설 PMIS(Project Management Information System, 이하 PMIS)는 과거의 업무보조 수단에서 벗어나 프로젝트의 성공을 위한 필수적인 도구 중의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 정보관리시스템 구축 목표와 전략 부재로 인해 투자비 규모 설정은 물론 파급영향에 대한 기대감 상실로 정보화 노력이 일시적 현상에 그치고 있다. 이는 정보화 투자 대비 효과에 대한 검증이 부족하여 정보화를 추진하는데 있어 동기 부여가 되지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공 간에 영향관계를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 건설 프로젝트 관리의 성공요인, 정보시스템 품질평가 및 성공모델 도출에 대한 기존 문헌고찰을 통해 프로젝트관리의 성공과 PMIS의 품질을 측정하기 위한 평가항목을 구성하였으며 실제 PMIS의 사용자인 시공사, 사업관리자(Construction Manager, 이하 CM)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료들로 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 통해 건설 사업에서 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공간의 영향관계를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

Objectives: Several domestic search systems for research projects providing capabilities of searching and managing the research information based on metadata have been completed, although they cannot search projects for specific domains such as the Oriental Medicine field. Therefore, in this paper we propose an effective method for collecting and refining information of research projects in the oriental medicine field. We also design and implement a search management system based on the collected information. Methods: We chose three search elements and defined the collecting process for research projects. The collected information was refined to enhance the quality of results. Then, the search management system was implemented by Adobe Flex. Results: We were able to collect 1,688 research projects in the oriental medicine field. We also implemented the search management system, which provides the functionalities of search and management such as input, update, delete, spreadsheet import/export of R&D projects, user management and access control. Conclusions: The collected information and the search management system will be used in a project analysis system which will be constructed in the future. The project analysis system could help to analyze trends in oriental medicine research as well as construct a technical roadmap.

프로젝트의 성공적 수행을 위해 단계별 체계적 관리를 제공하는 사업관리정보시스템은 필수적이다. 그러나, 기존 관리시스템은 사업을 통한 공모과제들의 접수, 선정, 수행관리 등에만 초점이 맞춰져 있었으며, 사업 자체에 대한 관리는 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 공모과제의 관리뿐만 아니라, 시행사업에 대한 총괄관리가 가능한 하향식 전주기적 사업관리의 시스템화를 통해 연구성과를 체계적으로 관리함으로써 사업관리 업무의 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 방안에 대해 기술한다. 또한, 사용자의 특성에 맞는 차별화된 정보를 제공할 수 있는 사업관리정보시스템 구축을 통해 고객 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 환경에 대해 기술한다. 이러한 사업관리정보시스템을 활용함으로써 표준화된 체계적 사업관리를 가능하게 하고, 시스템간 연계를 통한 즉각적인 후속 업무 진행으로 업무 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 적용 사례를 통해 확인한다.

GS건설은 1996년 한국 건설업계 최초로 EVM 기법을 도입하여 공정과 손익을 연계하여 관리하는 PMS(Project Management System)을 구축하였다. 2006년 PMS에 Lean Construction 이론과 JIT(Just In Time) 개념을 접목하여 낭비요소를 최소화하는 최적의 업무 공정을 정립, TPMS(Total Project Management System)를 완성하여 건설현장에서의 생산성 극대화가 가능해 졌다. TPMS의 맞춤형 포탈정보는 발주처, 감리자, 협력사 등의 프로젝트 관계자들에게 맞춤식 정보를 제공하고 있다. 다양한 관계자들에게 필요한 정보들을 맞춤식으로 제공해 줌으로서 사용의 편리성 및 정보의 이용성을 극대화하였으며, 함께 하는 업무 환경을 제공하여 빠른 의사결정 및 원활한 정보공유를 이룰 수 있다. 본 논문은 TPMS의 동남권 현장 적용을 통해 건설현장에서의 PMIS의 성공적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서 식스 시그마 프로젝트의 관리를 위한 자동 결재 시스템의 설계를 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 설계 시스템은 식스 시그마가 추구하는 혁신 및 개선 활동을 활성화하기 위해 전사적인(enterprise-wide) 개선 과제를 등록하고, 선정하고, 과제의 진도를 관리하고, 유효성을 검증하고, 그 이력을 관리하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 각각의 개선 과제들은 데이터베이스에 저장되어, 정보 활용성을 높인다. 제안된 시스템은 국내의 모 기업에서 현재 효과적으로 사용되고 있으며, 이를 통해 체계적으로 식스 시그마 프로젝트의 진도를 관리하고 효율적인 업무 처리를 실현하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
