본 연구는 건강캠페인을 위해 제작된 공익광고 영상 메시지에 대한 공감 반응 효과를 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 공감반응척도를 바탕으로 금연, 결핵, 자살을 주제로 한 9개의 건강캠페인 영상에 대한 공감반응이 건강 위험에 대한 공포심 유발과 건강행위(정보추구, 예방행동)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 공감 반응요인 중 메시지 크리에이티브의 현실성, 영상 속 등장인물에 대한 감정일치, 동일시가 각각 공포심을 높이는 역할을 하였으며, 건강캠페인 영상을 통해 건강 문제를 일으키는 상황을 논리적으로 이해하는 것은 오히려 공포나 건강정보추구 행위를 줄이는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 건강캠페인에 대한 공감반응요인 중 영상 속 등장인물에 대한 동정과 같은 관심도가 높아질수록 건강 위험을 줄이기 위한 예방 행동의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 들어 도서관의 관종에 상관없이 사서는 장애인에게 정상인과 동등한 서비스와 효율적인 시설을 제공하려고 노력하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 현장의 사서뿐만 아니라 미래의 사서도 장애 이슈의 교육을 통해 장애인의 요구와 그들의 정보입수행위를 규명하고 이해하는데 필요한 다양한 지식과 기술을 갖추어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 장애 이용자의 도서관 서비스에 대한 사서의 경험과 입장을 강화시키기 위하여 문헌정보학과의 교육환경을 장애 관련 교과목, 교수의 교과목 개설에 대한 인식도 그리고 그들의 강의 내용을 조사 분석하여 개선된 교육 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결론에서 문헌정보학과에서 앞으로 추구하여야 할 장애 이슈의 교육 방향을 제시하였다.

사람들은 청소년기에 성적 지향이나 성 정체성에 대해 인식하기 시작하며, 청소년들은 성에 관한 민감한 건강정보 탐색을 위해 접근이 편하고 익명성이 보장된 지식검색 커뮤니티를 자주 이용한다. 본 연구는 지식검색 커뮤니티에 나타난 청소년들의 성 정체성에 관련된 질문과 답변을 바탕으로 그들의 정보탐색 행태를 관찰하고자 하였다. 먼저, 그들의 정보 요구를 파악하고 그들이 공유한 질문에 제공된 답변들 가운데 채택된 답변과 비 채택된 답변의 특성을 비교하여 청소년들이 어떠한 답변을 선호하는지 조사하였다. 이를 위해 국내의 대표적인 지식검색 커뮤니티인 네이버 지식iN에서 2016년 1월부터 2018년 12월까지 3년간 채택된 답변과 비 채택된 답변으로 구성된 총 358세트의 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 성 정체성에 관한 고민을 가진 청소년들은 성 정체성에 대한 정의나 혼란에 관한 정보 요구가 많았다. 이용자들이 채택한 답변에는 공감 및 긍정적인 느낌을 주는 요인들이 채택되지 않은 답변에 비해 많았으며, 반면에 채택되지 않은 답변에는 부정적인 요인들이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 성 정체성이 확립되지 않은 청소년들이 가진 정보 요구와 정보탐색 행태를 분석하여 정보탐색 분야의 논의를 확장하고 건강정보 이용자의 정보 평가에 이용되는 인지적 및 감정적 모델을 검증했다는 데 학문적 의의가 있다. 또한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 소셜 미디어가 청소년에게 제공해야 할 성 정체성에 관한 효과적인 정보서비스에 대한 실질적인 함의를 제안한다.

SNS (social networking service) plays an important role in delivering information regarding fashion brands and providing a space for communication between fashion retailers and SNS users, as well as between users. This study primarily focuses on exploring the relationships among the motivation of SNS users and social comparison, clothing purchasing behaviors and the difference in the relationships according to individual characteristics. An online survey was conducted on Chinese female consumers in their 20's and 30's who had experience in fashion SNS. A total of 297 women completed online survey. The results of the study revealed that: (1) consumers who have stronger motivation of information seeking and interpersonal communication through fashion SNS reached more active upward comparison and peer comparison accordingly; (2) upward comparison had a significant effect on conspicuous consumption and bandwagon, while peer comparison had no significant effect; and (3) the self-esteem of fashion SNS users significantly moderated the effect of social comparison on conspicuous consumption and conformity consumption. This study contributed to expanding the knowledge on the relationships among the motivations of SNS users and social comparison, and shed light on Chinese SNS users' characteristics and purchasing behaviors in the fashion SNS context. This study also provides vital implications to fashion brands and retailers.

동일 성격의 표목이 상반된 구조형식으로 표현되거나, 표목의 확장과 연결구조가 다양함을 확인하였다. 아울러 시소러스에서 사용되는 관계기호를 도입하고 있으나 구표목의 관계유형에서 문제가 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. MeSH자체는 전조합구조이지만 검색단계에서는 후조합으로 표목이나 세목간을 연결할 수 있어, 전산환경에서 주제명표의 적용가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 검색환경의 변화와 이용자의 검색행태를 반영한 새로운 색인시스템의 개발이 요청되고 있다. 한글 주제명표의 개발과 관련하여 표목구조의 개선을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 TOD는 대중교통수단의 분담율 제고가 목적인데 이를 위한 정책대안의 모색에 필요한 새로운 분석기법을 제시하였다. 교통수단의 결정요인은 개인 특성과 라이프스타일 그리고 도시공간특성인데 이 요인들은 상호의존적으로 복합적 결합작용은 한다. 또한 개인과 그룹 및 지역 특성은 서로 다른 차원에서 상호의존성을 갖는다. 전통적 회귀분석과는 달리 위계적 분석모형은 요인들 간의 상호의존성과 복합결합적 영향관계를 규명하는 장점이 있다. 이러한 분석 기법에 의한 결과는 보다 효율적인 TOD정책 대한의 모색에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구에서는 대구경북지역의 대학도서관이용자 582명을 대상으로, 불만족의 강도와 무료이용지각, 불평에 대한 태도, 불평비용, 불평의 성공가능성, 서비스의 중요성, 외적귀인, 충성도 둥의 불평행동의 선행요인이 이용중단, 직접 및 간접항의, 부정적 구전, 제3자를 통한 불평 둥의 각 불평행동 유형에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다.

Information technology will inevitably and profoundly alter every aspect of university life. New information technologies are creating new patterns in the research and teaching, with networks enhancing information sharing and data transmission. The revolution in information technology requires that universities integrate information technology with their traditional missions of teaching, research, and public service. Enhanced mode of information access and changing information-seeking behaviors suggest the need for new library services. New technologies have opened up many new services options for libraries. The nature of and potential for new information services suggest that libraries should become better connected with other campus units. Some of these issues will no doubt be addressed by the a n.0, pplication of new technologies and by building campus information infrastructure. An important element of the needed change for enhancing the library information services is the integration of the libraries and computing centers. Libraries and computing centers deal with the same commodity-information and delivering information. For the sake of scholarship and research, the two must devise an integrated a n.0, pproach to delivering the common commodity. Computing centers have special skills in system development and telecommunications. Libraries have good human interface skills and skills for organizing knowledge. Together they could be a particularly productive team. Noting this, some universities have created new information service units which unify the present-day computing, library and telecommunication functions. Existing models range from true merging to situations where some cooperative activities are being conducted. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction in developing of information services in academic libraries by examining the changing information environment and trends of integrating libraries and computing centers. This paper inquires into the changing information environment, the impact of imformation technology on universities and libraries, some casses of integration of academic libraries and computing centers, and effects of integration of two and suggests the developing direction of information services in academic libraries.

Purpose: The number of people using the internet to meet their health information needs is growing. However, little is known about the characteristics of the senior internet health information seeker. The purpose of this study was to identify the socio-demographic and health-related characteristics, as well as the internet health information seeking behaviors and attitudes in the elderly. Method: Data was collected from 385 elderly subjects(aged 55 years or older) and living in Seoul and Gyeonggi. We used questionnaires developed by researchers in this study. Data was analyzed using the following methods: descriptive statistics, t-test, $X^2$-test and Fisher's exact test. All statistical tests were performed using the SAS version 9.13. Results: The elderly using the internet to seek health information had relatively good subjective health and were living with a spouse. In general, the purpose of internet use was to search for information, and mainly used at home. The search in the disease management area was higher than the frequency of searches for health promotion. The elderly showed a generally positive attitude regarding health information. Conclusion: It is needed to increase the use of the Internet for finding health information and promote accessibility for internet health information in the elderly.

본 논문은 임상의사가 선호하는 임상정보원의 특성과 정보검색 시 장애요인을 심층인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 환자 진료를 위한 정보검색은 환자치료방법 결정, 최신 경향 파악, 내부 컨퍼런스 발표자료 준비 등으로 구분되었으며, 이러한 검색행위에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 주제 배경지식, 진료 경험, 직급, 검색 능력, DB 이용교육, 도서관 홈페이지 친숙도 등으로 나타났다. 온라인 임상정보원은 익숙하고 신뢰성이 높고 방대한 정보의 양 때문에 PubMed가 가장 선호되었으며, 속도가 빠르고 쓰기 쉬운 구글도 많이 사용되었다. 정보내용의 정확성과 최신성이 정보원 선정에 있어 가장 중요한 기준으로 적용되었으며, 시간이 많이 부족한 관계로 검색방법의 용이성, 정보에 대한 접근 편이성도 중요하게 여겨지고 있었다. 사용하기 불편한 검색시스템, 생소한 주제나 용어의 검색 어려움, 너무나 방대한 자료, 원문 접근의 어려움, 복잡한 고급검색 기능 등이 장애요인으로 도출되었다. 본 연구결과는 도서관 서비스 개선이나 임상의사의 정보검색 교육과정을 개선하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
