디지털리터러시 교육이 개인 정보 보안 인식에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Digital Literacy Education in Personal Information Security Perception)

  • 사이버공간 속 디지털문화의 융복합 윤리교육은 개인정보, 저작권 등 특정 영역에만 국한되고 있어 사이버 공간의 사용자인 디지털 네이티브들이 소통하고 공유하고 교류하는 사이버공간 속 정보수용능력과 정보 제공능력에 관한 교육은 미비한 상태이다. 이로 인해 정보보안의 중요성을 인지하지 못하고 타인의 개인정보를 남용하는 역기능이 최근 사회문제로 대두 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사이버공간에서 가장 많이 정보를 소통하고 교류하는 디지털네티즌들 가운데 대학교 1~2학년 학생들을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시 교육을 실시한 후 이들이 정보보안 인식의 변화를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 디지털 문화사회회에 필요한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 체계적 양성의 근원적인 대책의 마련하고자 한다.

  • The article is devoted to the study of the issue of liability for the dissemination of inaccurate information on the Internet. The article emphasizes that now the public opinion of socially active segments of the population is mainly formed on the basis of not critical but subjective ("consumer") analysis of the received information. The modern realities show that the main source of its origin is the Internet: electronic media and, above all, the relevant social networks. The problem of dissemination by the mass media of inaccurate information obtained via the Internet is solved; it is seen in bringing the laws of Ukraine, which regulate public relations regarding the dissemination of information, into compliance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. The issues of development and implementation of new legislative acts aimed at regulating the status of subjects of informational relations on the Internet and establishing the grounds for their liability are also investigated.

  • As corona began to spread around the world, it had such a big impact on many people's lives that the word "Untact Culture" was born. Among them, non-face-to-face meetings naturally became a daily routine as educational institutions and many domestic and foreign companies used video conferencing service platforms. Among many video conferencing service platforms, Zoom, the company with the largest number of downloads, caused many security issues and caused many concerns about Zoom's security. In this paper, Zoom's security problems and vulnerabilities were classified into five categories, and Zoom's latest update to solve those problems and the 90-day security planning project were compared and analyzed. And the problem was solved and classified as unresolved. Three of the five parts have been resolved but are still described as how they should be resolved and improved in the future for the two remaining parts.

  • The global process of transition from industrial to information society, as well as socio-economic changes taking place in Ukraine, require significant changes in many areas of state activity. It is especially connected with the reforms in the sphere of education. Today, national programs provide for the development of education on the basis of new progressive concepts, the introduction of the educational process of new pedagogical technologies and scientific achievements, the creation of a new system of information education, entrance of Ukaine into the transcontinental computer information system. Information technologies are qualitatively changing the key resources of development: this is no longer a space with fixed production, but primarily mobile finance and intelligence. They have a direct impact on the formation of personal growth, professional content and self-organization, emotional and psychological maturity and consciousness, and so on. One of the main factors in ensuring the stability and social education of the country's citizens is the culture of security, the formation and development of which is an urgent problem today. Comprehensive and systematic development of security culture will significantly increase the readiness of the population, the level of environmental, labor and patriotic education, reduce human losses, material damage from emergencies. Ecological education can be carried out more successfully only gradually and in accordance with the socio-psychological periods of one's development: kindergarten - school - college - university. The creation of such a system of environmental education should be enshrined as the basis of state environmental policy as a constitutional norm with the usage of information technology. Graduates of universities, who are the future of our country, after mastering the skills of basic environmental education must have a high level of environmental culture, which is, in turn, part of general human culture, and investigate environmental issues from the standpoint of their profession. It is known that with the help of environmental education the collective intelligence of society is formed, which can predict human activities and processes occurring in nature, and in some way to help with the elimination of crises. It is through environmental education that another system of human values is being formed, which places great emphasis on intangible wealth and solidarity, and great responsibility of humanity for the ecological state of the native country; provides a higher standard of living as a result of sustainable development, through the introduction of information technology in this system. To improve the quality of life, we need better knowledge, which must be implemented through information technology at the international level.

  • The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.

  • 기술의 발전은 기업 간 손쉬운 정보공유 및 협업을 가능하게 하였다. 그러나 여러 주체가 정보를 공유하며 접속하는 협업을 위한 시스템은 보안에 취약할 수밖에 없다. SBOM은 소프트웨어 프로그램의 구성요소를 파악하고 투명하게 관리하여 정보보안을 강화하는 방안으로 소프트웨어 자재명세서(Software Bill Of Materials, SBOM)라는 개념으로 등장하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 SBOM의 국내 도입을 촉진하고자 협업시스템 담당자들을 대상으로 도입 의도를 연구하였다. 본 연구는 계획된 행동이론과 통합기술수용이론을 기반으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과, SBOM 도입으로 인한 성과기대가 도입 의도에 미치는 중요한 변수였으며, 보안에 대한 긍정적인 태도 또한 성과기대를 매개하여 간접효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인하였다. SBOM의 도입이 기업을 대상으로 한다는 특성상 성과와 중요한 인과관계가 있으며, 보안에 대한 긍정적인 태도나 사회적 분위기로 도입 의도에 강한 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • The article reveals the problems of aesthetic education of young people as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual in the modern conditions of the information society. Aesthetic education should contribute to the formation of a creatively active personality. The basis of aesthetic education of young people in the modern conditions of the information society is the core of artistic culture - art as a unique form of public consciousness that contributes to the spiritual development and improvement of the inner world of a person. The main tasks of aesthetic education are highlighted. It is focused on the formation of aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic behavior of the individual. The formation of true aesthetic and spiritual values of students is impossible without a deep awareness of the national foundations of culture, which combines science (including technology), education, art, morality, way of life and worldview, and most importantly its information component - information culture. The effectiveness of aesthetic education of students largely depends on the skillful use of various methods and means by teachers. Aesthetic education of students involves a qualitative change in the level of their aesthetic culture in the modern conditions of the information society. In the era of information and computer technologies, the main Institute for aesthetic education of young people, as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual, is mass media. Television stands out especially because it has several information series (audio and video sequence), multiplied by the efficiency of providing information that increases several times compared to paper media, which allows you to report directly during the event.

  • Virtual communities are studied to analyze their characteristic features, types, and tole to modern society. The article is aimed at creating a classification of virtual communities according to specific characteristics, which can be used to model the interaction, and necessity of components that are important for the community. The classification of virtual communities will contribute to their better performance and satisfy the users' needs in information. The study reveals the value structure of virtual communities, educational and communicative influence, and the possible threats these communities may bring to society and security.

  • The article presents the idea that in the conditions of modernization of higher professional education, there is an obvious contradiction between the practical need of higher education for a scientifically grounded theory and methodology of distance learning for students and the lack of the necessary didactic and content-methodological guidelines for its implementation. In theoretical research and applied development, as a rule, the technocratic approach prevails. The emphasis is on the technical capabilities of modern computers and telecommunications. Productively, from a pedagogical point of view, this contradiction can be resolved on the basis of modeling distance learning management for students, developing and implementing a corporate information educational environment in universities, increasing the effectiveness of the methodology of pedagogical interaction between students and teachers during the implementation of distance learning.
