Most of the software development projects bear risks that need analysis and management. Risk management plays a critical role for the success of software project management. In this study, we have used delphi method to delineate critical risk factors. The study pulls out 20 project risk factors from 21 project managers. It is certainly clear that certain features are more risky than others. Our study shows that unrealistic cost estimation and changes in scope and objective are more risky than other features.

When the measurement method for a performance variable is destructive or expensive, it is profitable to replace the performance variable with a highly correlated surrogate variable. In this paper we propose screening procedures using a surrogate variable with specified producer's and consumer's risks. Blending the basic concepts of acceptance sampling plans and screening procedures, the proposed model can be used effectively by quality professionals. Two models are considered: the normal model with dichotomous performance and continuous surrogate variables, and the bivariate normal model with continuous performance and surrogate variables. It is assumed the surrogate variable given the performance variable is normally distributed in the normal model, and performance and surrogate variables are jointly normally distributed in the bivariate normal model. For the two models, Producer's and consumer's risks are derived, and methods of finding the optimal screening procedures are presented. Numerical examples are also given.

In both markets, it is important to to update prices to account for additional information. The update price is represented by the Choquet integral with respect to the conditioned non-additive measure. In this paper, we consider a price functional H on interval-valued risks defined by interval-valued Choquet integral with respect to a non-additive measure. In particular, we prove that if an interval-valued pricing functional H satisfies the properties of monotonicity, comonotonic additivity, and continuity, then there exists an two non-additive measures ${\mu}_1,\;{\mu}_2$ such that it is represented by interval-valued choquet integral on interval-valued risks.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 컴퓨팅 리소스의 경비 절감과 효율은 물론 서비스의 확장 및 향상을 제공한다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스 사용자(기업 등)들은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 특성에 의한 여러 가지 위험들에 대해서 많은 염려를 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경으로 인한, 시큐리티를 포함한 여러 가지 주요 이슈들을 검토하여 보고자 한다. 또한 시큐리티에 관한 문제들을 보다 구체적으로 분석하고 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 관한 위협들을 식별하여 시큐리티 위험을 줄일 수 있는 대략적인 대응책들을 제안하였다.

Analysis of construction tender documents in overseas projects is a very important issue from a risk management point of view. Unfortunately, majority of construction firms are biased by winning contracts without in-depth analysis of tender documents. As a result, many contractors have incurred loss in overseas projects. Although a lot of risk analysis techniques have been introduced, most of them focus project's external unexpected risks such as country conditions and owner's financial standing. However, because those external risks are difficult to control and take preemptive action, we need to concentrate on project inherent risks. Based on this premise, this paper proposes a project-oriented risk mining approach which could detect and extract project risk factors automatically before they are materialized and assess them. This study presents a methodology regarding how to extract potential risks which exist in owner's project requirements and project tender documents using state of the art data analysis method such as text mining, data mining, and information visualization. The project-oriented risk mining approach is expected to effectively reflect project characteristics to the project risk management and could provide construction firms with valuable business intelligence.

The construction industry is undergoing a digital transformation in which Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a key technology. The potential of BIM in several areas such as design optimization, time management, cost management, and asset management/facility management (AM/FM) is widely acknowledged by the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operation) industry around the world. However, BIM implementation in construction projects is faced with problems such as project delay and cost overruns. The lack of identification of risks in BIM projects and standard guidelines on mitigation techniques furthers poor performance, dissatisfaction, and disputes between employers and project participants, which results in low BIM adoption rates. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to identify the potential risks in BIM implementation under the primary categories - (1) technical, (2) contractual, (3) management-related, and (4) personnel-related risks in BIM projects and present solutions to reduce, manage, and mitigate risks. To meet the objective of this paper, a survey was designed and conducted in the Hong Kong construction industry in which over 140 respondents from different disciplines, with experience in BIM projects, have participated. Based on the analysis of the survey data, the most severe and frequently occurring BIM risks and their potential mitigation strategies were identified and discussed in this paper.

전통적으로 은행 등 금융기관은 자신이 관리하는 고객의 계좌와 정보를 이용하여 지배적인 위치에서 금융서비스를 제공하여 왔다. 최근 유럽연합은 지급결제서비스지침을 개정하여 고객계좌에 대한 접근과 계좌 관련 정보의 제공을 제3자에게도 허용하는 것을 제도적으로 보장하여, 금융시장에서 경쟁을 촉진하고 혁신을 도모하고 있다. 그렇지만 이러한 변화는 잠재적인 보안위험을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 따라서 신·구 시장참여자 모두가 금융시장에서 보안위험에 적합하게 대응할 수 있도록 금융당국의 제도적인 대응이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 유럽연합의 새로운 지급결제서비스지침(Payment Service Directive, PSD2)에서 확인할 수 있는 보안위험에 대한 제도적 대응을 분석하고 이를 국내의 전자금융규제와 비교·분석하여 시사점을 도출함으로써 국내 전자금융규제의 개선 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

It is critical to manage risks to complete IS(Information Systems) projects successfully. Identifying risk factors would be the first step for the project risk management. Previous research has discussed the issue with various points of view, such as different risk factors based on project types and roles involved in their projects. This paper empirically explored how people perceive different risk factors by project development methodology, between self-developing IS using programming language like C, Visual Basic and adapting software package already developed by software venders like ERP, CRM packages. There are researches regarding project risk factors for project management in the several point of views. And there are also researches regarding comparison between self-developing and adapting software packages methodology in IS project. However, there are no study on project risk factors comparison between self-developing IS using programming language and adapting software packages already developed by software venders in IS project. This research can be differentiated from previous ones, because it was considered both point of project risk management and development methodology in IS project. This research results implied meaningful messages to enterprise company to be planned IS projects and people who involved in IS projects. They should consider and need to prepare differently according to each development methodology for preventing project risks. It makes them reduce project risks in each case and complete successfully IS projects. Especially, if they have no experiences for implementing software packages, they can forecast the project risks and prepare them in advance.
