신뢰가 건강에 관련되는 기제를 정신-신체 의학 또는 통합의학적인 관점에서 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 양자물리학, 심신의학 및 동양의 치유방법 등의 연구성과를 알아보고 건강과 행복을 추구하는 방법도 제시하였다. 먼저, 콴툼 구조적인 사람의 몸에 관한 절에서는, 신체에는 그 자신의 정신이 있다는 연구 결과들을 알아보았는데, 여기서는 질병의 메커니즘과 원인, 의식의 객관적인 경험으로서의 몸, 의식과 정보에 영향 받는 몸 등을 다루었다. 그 다음에, 심신의학의 연구결과들을 다루었는데, 여기서는 뇌를 변화시키는 생각, 플라시보와 기대의 힘, 적극적인 노력으로 성취되는 건강, 심리신경면역학 및 치료방법들을 알아보았다. 끝으로, 몸과 마음의 행복을 위한 Benson의 실천방법을 알아보았는데, 병에서 회복하고 건강해지는데는 신념(자신에 대한 신념, 의사에 대한 신념, 치료에 대한 신념 및 자신의 영적인 신념)이 무엇보다도 중요하다는 결론에 이르렀다.

Human beings can represent state of mind such as psychological state, personality or emotional trouble by the pictures painted on one's own initiative. But in general, it is hard to understand a consulter's unconscious state through one's objective and intentional descriptions only. So one's psychological state and emotional trouble can be understood and cured by color and location information of objects drawn in one's picture. By this reason, a consultant can help and settle a consulter's growth stages of life and emotional trouble through treatment by pictures. In this paper, we proposed a method to find out state of sensitivity by analysis of color and location information represented in a picture and fuzzy inference rules. We applied the proposed method to the states of sensitivity from color information proposed by Alschuler and Hattwick and the psychological states from location information proposed by Grunwald. In the experimental results by the two applications, we verified the proposed sensitivity analysis method is efficient.

본 연구는 러시아 및 중국과의 기술협력을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 과학기술정보관리정책을 제시하고자 하는데 가장 큰 목적을 두고, 우리나라의 이들 국가 관련 과학기술정보관리기구들의 기술협력과 관련된 정보관리 실태와 문제점을 조사분석하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 과학기술정보관리정책의 수립 및 예산의 확보, 과학기술정보관리 활동의 강화, 국가차원의 과학기술정보관련 정책기구 및 수행기구의 육성방안등을 제시하고자 하는데 세부적인 목적을 두었다.

There is no overdoing of enforcement of the importance of strategical mind which indicates future direction when management environment around organizations are variously changing. This document describers preceding and comparison research about competition strategy, competitive advantage and IT centered on organizations' common issue "Guarantee of Continuous Competitive Advantage" and researched various factors to determined if Information Technology is functioning properly through the cases of excellent organizations operating continuous competitive advantage Continuous competitive advantage's source is evaluating positively about resource based view which is described by innovation of business process. However, reality of operating continuous competitive advantage with difficult imitation of business process' "Time" "Complexity" is insufficient. Confirm how continuous competitive advantage is operated in reality by accepting easy application of "Simple Concise" business process. Confirm existence of information technology capability creating difficult imitation is functioning as a source of continuous competitive advantage, not Information Technology resource supporting business process.

Background : Integrative cancer treatment is a holistic approach embracing body, mind, and spirit incorporating conventional treatments of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation and personalized complementary treatments. Wheel Balance Therapy (WBT) of East-West Cancer Center(EWCC), Dunsan Oriental Hospital of Daejeon University was developed to balance out all factors involved in cancer care based on the traditional theories of oriental medicine. Objective : This work aims to analytically review literatures on WBT and its related components. Methods : Literatures published from January 1st, 1990 to April 30th, 2011 were reviewed focusing on 4 main components of WBT; herbal medicine, immune activation, anti-cancer diet, and breathing/meditation. Data were retrieved from medical search engines and electronic data bases including Pubmed, Research Information sharing Service (RISS), Korean-studies Information Service System (KISS), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Korea's National Digital Library (KNDL). Results : In this review, EWCC's most commonly prescribed formulas are explored. The composition of the formulas, their use in clinical settings as well as the background studies and other therapeutic efficacies are explained. Information on incorporating anti-cancer dietary support and breathing and meditation techniques, other therapies practiced as part of the center's integrative cancer care are also covered. Conclusion : WBT based on holistic theories of oriental medicine embracing body, mind, and spirit is expected to further contribute in promotion of cancer patients' quality of life and prolonged survival time.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present conditions and problems of the Electronic Commerce, specially by the fashion companies that utilize the Internet and to propose using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce as a strategic method of fashion companies that have a information-oriented mind to adapt itself to modern century. On the basis of my analysis, I propose some using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce by the fashion companies as follows. As a means of construction method, it is need for the pertinent companies to have an information-oriented mind and then to construct the low-expense but high-speed communication Infrastructure. As an operation and management method, positive web site advertisements plans, such as promotion, using various mass media, subscribing to the Internet search engines and dissemination of products information, etc., are need for companies to attract the consumers to connect to the web site. Second, to offer more satisfactory experiences, it is need for companies to frame the integrated shopping mall as a strategic alliance in the management of shopping mall. To frame the integrated shopping mall is also effective in solving financial problems of shopping mall management and introducing of security system As a means of technology supplement, security management systems, such as SSL or SET, should be introduced for consumers to pay the price and furnish their personal informations. Second, new technology developments, such as the newest simulation programs using Virtual Reality to solve the problem of products' actual feeling, should be need for consumers to feel as they really put clothes on. If these technological developments are realized, fashionable products will be dealt in the Internet shopping mall as well and the marketability of Internet shopping mall will be expanded.

뇌파연구는 비교적 안전하게 뇌상태에 관한 다양한 정보를 제공한다. 상담자나 피검자는 뇌파의 측정, 분석, 관리 등 일련의 과정에 대해 편리하게 사용자 TCO를 절감할 수 있어야 하고, 원하는 정보에 실시간 접근이 가능해야 한다. 기존 환경이 전문가의 판단에 따른 수작업 형태였다면, 본 논문이 제안한 시스템은 3-Tier 클라이언트/서버 IT기 술 및 BQT를 포함하는 뇌파기술을 융합하고 최적화시킨 스마트 뇌파케어시스템이다. 이 시스템은 편리한 웹 인터페이스를 통해 전 과정을 완전히 자동화하여 실시간서비스를 실현하였다. 본 연구로 개발된 이 시스템은 현재, 필드에서 서비스를 진행하고 있으며, DB에 수집된 자료는 연구자들에게 임상연구의 용도로 제공되고 있다.

최근 전세계적으로 유행하고 있는 스마트폰은 다양한 자료와 기능을 활용함에 있어서 시간과 공간의 제약을 최소화 한다는 장점을 가지고 있다 마인드맵은 아이디어들을 보다 체계적으로 정리하기 위한 것으로 창의성 계발을 돕고 사고력을 증진시킬 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구에서는 안드로이드를 기반으로 한 스마트폰에서 텍스트 기반의 마인드맵을 작성할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 언제 어디서나 휴대하여 사용이 가능한 스마트폰을 활용하여 마인드맵을 작성한다면 창의적인 사고를 정리하고 보관 관리하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 제언으로 다양한 멀티미디어 자료를 사용할 수 있도록 하고 타인과 마인드맵을 공유할 수 있도록 애플리케이션이 필요하다.

Statistics is the science of data. As the foundation of scientific knowledge, data refers to evidentiary facts from the nature of reality by human action, observation, or experiment. Clinicians should be aware of the conditions of good data to support the validity of clinical modalities in reading scientific articles, one of the resources to revise or update their clinical knowledge and skills. The cause-effect link between clinical modality and outcome is ascertained as pattern statistic. The uniformity of nature guarantees the recurrence of data as the basic scientific evidence. Variation statistics are examined for patterns of recurrence. This provides information on the probability of recurrence of the cause-effect phenomenon. Multiple causal factors of natural phenomenon need a counterproof of absence in terms of the control group. A pattern of relation between a causal factor and an effect becomes recognizable, and thus, should be estimated as relation statistic. The type and meaning of each relation statistic should be well-understood. A study regarding a sample from the population of wide variations require clinicians to be aware of error statistics due to random chance. Incomplete human sense, coarse measurement instrument, and preconceived idea as a hypothesis that tends to bias the research, which gives rise to the necessity of keen critical independent mind with regard to the reported data.

Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is a phrase used to describe additional health care methods such as mind/body practices and natural products not regarded as treatments by conventional medicine. The use of CAM in children with common neurologic diseases is more frequent than its use in healthy children (24%-78% vs. 12%). However, less than half of patients report such use to their physicians. The preferred modalities of CAM vary in different countries due to their different cultures and traditions. The most common factor significantly associated with the use of CAM is parental CAM use in most studies. The frequency of the use of CAM in children and adults with neurologic diseases is similar, and both rates are higher than the rates in those without these conditions. The preferred modalities of CAM in adults are diverse, and megavitamins and mind/body therapy (prayer and chiropractic care) are included. The most common factor significantly associated with the use of CAM in adults with neurologic diseases is high educational level. Physicians need to be concerned with patients' use of CAM and provide correct information about CAM so that patients may make the right decisions. Further study is needed to determine the evidence-based efficacy of CAM use in children with common neurologic diseases.
