This study aims to search for policy strategies for settlement of North Korean defectors in Korean society, develop strategies based on the results and present their implications. For the purposes, this study set up a cause and effect model referring to previous bibliographical and statistical data. The results are presented as follows: First, to overcome anxiety of exposure in the defectors, personal information should be protected. Second, their psychological problems should be solved and they should be emotionally stable for better adaptation to Korean society. Third, keeping in mind that North Korean defectors are Korean people, the issue of nationality should be institutionally managed. Fourth, as one of difficulties they have is economic problems, practical support measures should be developed to solve them. Fifth, the federal government and local governments should be active in changing their recognition on them and provide the Korean community education for citizens to resolve cultural differences.

This study aims to analyze the influences of KS certification system on export performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Korea. The analysis may contribute to enhance export competitiveness of Korean SMEs. Based on previous studies for environment-specific and business-specific determinants regarding KS certification system, this study analyzed six factors influencing on export performance of Korean SMEs. For empirical tests, this study used frequency, validity, reliability, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0. The results of analysis could be summarized as follows. Managerial mind had influence on KS certification system, whereas employee's awareness on standard was influential to the same categories. Another business-specific factor, KS certification education & training, affected factors of general standardization of KS certification system. General standardization of KS certification factor had effects on export strategic performance. This empirical study presents following implications for small and medium businesses. First, considering that SME management mind proved to be influencing all variables, the concerned SME CEOs are required to support and encourage intra-standardization of KS certification mind within the company to improve their export performance. Second, to better the export performance, SMEs not only need to support, but also to provide education of KS certification to raise awareness on standardization among the employees. Third, ISO certification as well as intra-business standardized system for FTA-related works are highly encouraged to put into use to improve the quality of products.

The Purpose of this study was to examine effects of mentoring function on career development and organizational effectiveness in private security service organization. Example number used on interpretation finally using purposive sampling method after this study establishes 5 places private security service company's security guard by population in Seoul on March, 2010 is total 227 people. Reliability of questionnaire appeared Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value more than .667. Conclusions that appears in this study is as following. First, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in career development. That is, if friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, innovative own development, special capacity development, and information competitive power development are helped. Second, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in organization effectiveness. If friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. On the other hand, change of jobs intention decreases if function of society mind is mobilized. Third, private security service organization's career development affects in organization effectiveness. If reform and special capacity development are helped, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. While change of jobs intention decreases as development of information competition is helped. Fourth, Mentoring function exerts influence of causality on career development and organization effectiveness. That is, Mentoring exerts direct influence on organization effectiveness, but it exerts indirect effect through career development.

This study identified terminologies related to the proximity and frequency of disaster by social network analysis (SNA) and text mining, and then expressed the outcome into a mind map. The termdocument matrix of text mining was utilized for the terminology proximity analysis, and the SNA closeness centrality was calculated to organically express the relationship of the terminologies through a mind map. By analyzing terminology proximity and selecting disaster response-related terminologies, this study identified the closest field among all the disaster response fields to disaster response and the core terms in each disaster response field. This disaster response terminology analysis could be utilized in future core term-based terminology standardization, disaster-related knowledge accumulation and research, and application of various response scenario compositions, among others.

In this study, the concept of 'Musim' presented by Baegun Hwasang was analyzed from the viewpoint of a bibliography. Major findings are as follows: First, it is reasonable to translate 'Musim' into Korean to mean (1) 'free from cares', (2) 'there is noting called a heart', and (3) 'no anxieties' according to the context of praises. Second, Musim by Baegun means 'calm mind without any trembles in ordinary times', 'unload any worries', and 'the spirit of awakening'. Such concepts of Musim agree with the praises of 'Awakening by seeing through a person's own heart' presented by Dalma Josa, and 'Unloading any worries' presented by Buddha. Therefore it is understood that Musim is the mental state of 'being free from cares which seek and hold', and Baegun Hwasang presents his experiential awakening 'by keeping his mind calm without any trembles in ordinary times, unloading any worries, and freeing himself from cares'. Third, it is confirmed that Musim by Baegun when compared with the praises presented by 'Gwageo 7 Buls' and 'Seocheon 6 Josas' in Jikji, firmly holds the ideas of Buddha's 'Unloading any worries' and Seocheon Josa's 'Neutral perspective based on double negations'. Therefore, Baegun Hwasang's 'Musimseon' which especially emphasizes 'Musim' is the method of meditation which most clearly inherited the nature of Dalma Seonjong or Yukjo Hyeneung, and Imjejong's meditation.

This study on the social effects of Internet of Things (IoTs) provides an overview of future job prospects through the scenario planning approach, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that IoTs will bring in the future. IoTs and the related field of technological innovations have become increasingly important in both academic and business communities in the past few years because of computing power breakthrough and its price drop. IoTs enables people to deal with routine works efficiently and challenges them even in non-routine and/or cognitive tasks, which are considered a unique area for individuals. The scenario planning analysis helps us to define the uncertain boundary and to estimate the potential opportunities and inherent threats to provide decision makers with a mind map on how the development of IoTs can influence employment. To assess the potential effects on jobs described in our scenarios, we briefly examine the local structure of employment and discuss which careers are expected to decline or grow in particular among the 52 standard occupational classifications in Korea.

Recently, Flipped Learning is attracting attention as a method for qualitative growth of university education. Flipped Learning is a kind of computer based education and consisted of online video lectures and offline student activities. This paper introduces the results of applying Flipped Learning for one semester to Korean linguistic norms course. As for this course, the contents related to the knowledge and information were provided individually before the class through online video, and the offline classes focused on student-led activities. When qualitatively evaluating the results of the course, students developed a more comprehensive and flexible mind set beyond the preexisting normative attitudes and showed increase in analytical and critical thinking in understanding the principles of linguistic norms and spelling system. According to these results we argue that it is necessary to actively adopt Flipped Learning in the humanities education, including the grammar classes.

The importance of Electronic Commerce and internet has been rapidly increasing. For the global information society in the $21^{st}$ century, government aims for the successful execution of the project for the construction of KII(Korea Information Infrastructure). However, the research on applications of KII is not enough to relate with Electronic Commerce and its impact. In this paper, we present a brief introduction to KII and its characteristics. Through the detailed analysis of application factors on KII, the relationship and inter-necessity between KII and Electronic Commerce are investigated. Also, This, work studies the aspects of law, security, and Informatization- mind for the guided directions of activating Electronic Commece on KII. Finally, the implementation strategy for Electronic Commerce is suggested.
