In this paper, we design and implement an L-SNS system to reduce ever-increasing adverse effects of the Internet through the strengths of social network service system based on media literacy, including critical comprehension, creative expression, participation, communication ability, etc. The L-SNS system we proposed here was used the Smartphone as a medium of communication for learners, and to let them have indirect experience and real-time interaction. In addition, it provides the environment to make objective decisions through the process examining an in-depth discussion among other learners in the aspect of a third party.

Much effort went into the TILLS(Teacher's Information Literacy Licensing System) that Education Reform Committee had proposed and Offices of Education operate now. But TILLS is faced with a crisis due to some problem that makes difficulty of working well in process of running. Here we investigate the problem and suggest that is follows. First, we research for the meaning of "Teacher's Information Literacy" for establishing a pertinent estimate standard. Second, we analyse treatises and found some operational problem on that system. Third we suggest a strategy for promotion of that system.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide an overview of the present status of start-up literacy. Methods: The study selected literature from KoreaMed, RISS (Research Information Sharing Service), KISS (Korean studies Information Service System), KISTI (Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), Ovid-MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), Embase, and Cochrane Library DB. Start-up curricula were collected from the homepage of nursing schools in Korea and the USA. Their contents were searched using Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platforms; KOCW, K-MOOC, and Coursera. Results: Fifteen articles were selected through a systematic literature review. The main themes of nursing start-up were "driver," "barrier," "required competency," and "importance of education." The courses contained business planning, finance, marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The main contents of MOOCs were similar. Conclusion: The results indicate the necessity to develop multi-scope nursing start-up education programs. Nursing start-up models integrated with appropriate business knowledge and skills in health care settings are needed. This study can be used as a guideline to design start-up education programs in nursing.

Smart healthcare, combining ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) and medical technologies, has been rapidly emerging. Accordingly, its market has also increased as interest in disease prevention, management, and diagnosis grows due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, using mobile devices to support medical activities, mobile healthcare has been attracting attention as a leading service in the smart healthcare market. However, the intention to use mobile healthcare apps may vary depending on individual beliefs and attitudes. Many studies on the intention to use mobile healthcare apps have used the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), but there is a lack of studies that have been verified from the perspective of users' health beliefs. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the intention to use mobile healthcare apps based on the HBM (Health Belief Model). Furthermore, it investigates how this influencing mechanism fluctuates based on the user's mHealth literacy, the ability to find and understand health information through mobile. This study contributes to the empirical examination of the intention to use mobile healthcare apps through the HBM. It also offers insights for app providers and public health officials to increase the use of mobile healthcare apps.

This study aimed to develop a self-reporting assessment tool for digital literacy competence to use it as a tool for self-diagnosis or effectiveness verification in educational programs, considering that digital literacy competence is one of the core competencies for the present and future society. Based on the previous research on digital literacy competence, the tool was developed with 45 question items of 2 areas and 8 factors. The results of an exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis conducted to determine suitability were generally satisfactory based on the assessment data from about 3,000 middle school students. The assessment tools developed in this study are primarily applicable to primary and secondary school and adult education. In future research, if the system is developed to be accessible to anyone online based on this tool, and the accumulated data provide educational information for each individual's self-development, it will greatly contribute to improving the digital literacy competence of the people.

Recently, virtual communication has become a standard tool due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Likewise online communication is emerging as an essential competency. In this study, we aimed to develop a comprehensive and systematic digital literacy measurement tool reflecting the changes and needs of society. Construct variables were drawn by characterizing existing digital literacy measurement tools. Thirty-four items corresponding to the concept of each variable were developed. The developed measurement tool was then evaluated in the form of surveys from university students belonging to the digital native generation, and the reliability and validity were performed through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The digital literacy measurement tool contained five sub-factors and twenty-five questions. In addition, hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify the predictive validity of digital literacy sub-factors. Based on these findings, the implication of future research is discussed.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationships among data literacy, organizational culture, and data analytics maturity and the moderating effects of organizational culture. Analysis of the relationship between data literacy and data analytics maturity shows that the higher the data literacy competency of employees, the higher the organization's data analytics maturity. In examining the relationship between organizational culture and data analytics maturity, it is found that relationship culture and innovation culture are positively related to data analytics maturity. In addition, relationship culture and hierarchy culture show significant moderating effects. Relationship culture shows a synergistic effect, whereas hierarchy culture has a buffer effect between data literacy and data analytics maturity.

The purpose of this study was to identify affecting factors on health behaviors among university students. A cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample of 161 participants between May and June 2020. The authors assessed functional health literacy, health self-efficacy, and health behaviors. Mean score of functional health literacy and health self-efficacy was 10.14±1.39 and 3.96±0.60, respectively. Of the subjects, 9.9% were smokers, 23.0% were problem drinking, 96.9% were those who needed monitoring of their eating habits, 63.4% were those with low or moderate physical activity, and 29.8% were those who were overweight or obesity. Gender and functional health literacy had an effect on smoking and eating habits, respectively. Gender and health self-efficacy were affecting factors on physical activity. Researchers should be sought strategies to promote health behavior considering gender, functional health literacy and health self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of ICT literacy in the primary school students in South Korea and to examine the gender and city size difference on the factor of ICT literacy. To accomplish this goal, we have analyzed the data of Korea Youth Competency Measurement and International Comparative Study I: ICCS 2016 which is nationally collected from the primary school students, currently on the 5 ~ 6th grades in South Korea. 1,188 samples were used in the study excluding missing samples. The participants were 584 5^th grad and 604 6^th grad students, 620 males (52.2%) and 568 females (47.8%). The mean age was 13.49 years (SD=.52). The result of the study reveals the four factors of ICT literacy through cross-validating exploratory factor analysis and confirmative factor analysis; pleasure of using ICT, perceived usefulness of using ICT, learning ability with using ICT, and operating ability of ICT. This study found that the leaner differ in gender on learning ability with using ICT and pleasure of using ICT. The female students were significantly larger than male students on learning ability with using ICT. However, the male students were significantly larger than male students on pleasure of using ICT. This study found that the leaner differ in city size on the factors of ICT literacy excluding pleasure of using ICT. The students living in the big size city were significantly larger than the students living in the middle and small. That is, over all, female students were more learning with ICT, male students were more interesting about ICT, and the students living in the big size city were more ICT use for learning. Based on the results, some strategies were suggested on the proper use of the factors of ICT in education.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of school library reading classes on the convergence literacy of adolescents based on the convergence reading education model. To achieve this, elements of convergence education for future-oriented competence were derived from the level of reading education based on previous studies and literature, and the effectiveness of education was measured by conducting a convergence literacy test targeting 50 general high school students. In this study, reading classes and tests were conducted over 12 sessions from April 2022 to November 2022, and the study participants were divided into two groups, and convergence reading education and self-reading education were applied respectively. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, It was verified that there was a significant difference in the promotion of convergent literacy of adolescents according to the method of reading education. Second, it was verified that convergence reading education had a significant effect on convergence literacy of adolescents such as convergence, creativity, self-direction and communication ability. Third, as a result of verifying whether learning motivation plays a mediating role in convergence reading education influencing convergent literacy, learning motivation played a partial mediating role and had an indirect effect on creativity, self-direction, and communication ability between convergence reading education and convergence literacy, but showed no significant mediating effect on convergence ability.
