In this paper, we propose the effects of military cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) on the quality of debriefing and feedback device training. The key idea of combination debriefing and feedback device training is to maximize effects of CPR. The participants of the research were non-medic soldiers in ROK army, and had not undergone any professional CPR training before. Each group of soldier was randomized to perform of military CPR by using training method in each group. After 5 minutes of performing CPR, each D, F, DF group showed significant improvement in CPR performance. When comparing each group, the rate of success in CPR performance in DF group was significantly higher than that of F group with the average difference of 11.160(p<.01) points. In summation, the training programs that DF received seemed to be more efficient and effective than that of D and F. The fatigue level was evaluated by comparing the lactate concentration in blood after performing CPR. Through this experiment, we show that the training programs that DF received is more efficient and effective than that of D and F.

I purposed to identify the relationship between the constructivism and the school library in this study. This study was done on the contexts, concepts and characters of constructivism and constructivism's learning method. And also it was done on the role of school library and media specialist, especially on the information literacy education. Finally I suggested it in this study that constructivism's learning method can be completed effectively through the school library and information literacy education.

Web is greatly contributing in providing a variety of information. Especially, as media for the purpose of development and education of human resources, the role of web is important. Furthermore, E-Learning through web plays an important role for each enterprise and an educational institution. Also, above all, fast and various searches are required in order to manage and search a great number of educational contents in web. Therefore, most of present information is composed in HTML, so there are lots of restrictions. As a solution to such restriction, XML a standard of Web document, and its various search functions is being extended and studied variously. This paper proposes a search system able to search XML in E-Learning or var ious contents of non-XML using mobile device PDA.

Many people feel uncomfortable when fitness center is crowded with people in all at the same time. So we propose exercise machines reservation system for resolving the problem that people feel uncomfortable in fitness center. In this paper, we design and implement the exercise machines reservation system that allows for users to reserve fitness equipments by using a NFC-based smart band. A user can reserve exercise machine using some reservation device. he or she will receive notifications through the smart band about when and which machine she or he will have to use. The user can do exercise with a recommended program, and can use any equipments conveniently even in a peak time because no one is waiting. Also, a manager can save cost through the efficient facility management and provide customized member management. Additionally, manager don't need to purchase other exercise machines or computers.

This study investigated the effectiveness of radiation safety rules in animal hospital and the awareness and behavior of veterinary radiation workers. With the questionnaires, the data was collected from randomly selected veterinarians in animal hospitals and animal medical imaging centers. Collected data were about radiation device, shielding device, regulations, safety management, education, knowledge, behavior and awareness. Frequency, correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed. The medical devices related with radiation in animal hospital were X-ray (59%), CT (15%), fluoroscopy (12%), mobile X-ray (12%) and others (2%). The number of people using radiation shielding device is high. The answers were low on knowing radiation related regulation and receiving radiation protection education. The group with higher knowledge and awareness shows positive correlation with safety behavior. The increase of use of the radiation related medical devices in veterinary hospital causes the increase of radiation exposure risk. This study suggests that radiation safety management system and policies need to be developed to protect radiation workers and give them correct information and consciousness.

An educational application (App) called 'Children's Food Avatar' was developed in this study by using a food DB of nutrition and functionality from Rural Development Administration (RDA) as a smart-learning mobile device for elementary school students. This App was designed for the development of children's desirable dietary habits through an on-line activity of food choices for a meal from food DB of RDA provided as Green Water Mill guide. A customized avatar system was introduced as an element of fun and interactive animation for children which provides nutritional evaluation of selected foods by changing its appearance, facial look, and speech balloon, and consequently providing chances of correcting their food choices for balanced diet. In addition, nutrition information menu was included in the App to help children understand various nutrients, their function and healthy dietary life. When the App was applied to 54 elementary school students for a week in November, 2012, significant increases in the levels of knowledge, attitude and behavior in their diet were observed compared with those of the control group (p < 0.05, 0.01). Both elementary students and teachers showed high levels of satisfaction ranging from 4.30 to 4.89 for the App, therefore, it could be widely used for the dietary education for elementary school students as a smart-learning device.

Everyday, technology is evolved in many different disciplines. Computer and smart devices revolution take part of the evolved technology that continuously promising new features. Moreover, social networks services recently become widely popular, which most people in the world become a social-network-fond. In addition to the revolution of the evolved technology and social networks services, ubiquitousness is taking significant part in our daily lives. Although, there are many e-learning systems already existed, which use Internet technology along with a Web technology to provide education in various ways, in despite of that, there is no such existing system exploits the usefulness of smart devices along with the legacy of the online social networks besides the power of the ubiquitous computing technology. Therefore, we propose a smart device application, which fills the gap that has been missing in the recent contemporary era. It is an application that runs on smart devices particularly Smartphone devices; we call our system “Smart Device based Social E-learning System(SDES)”. We have preliminary implemented our system on Android OS. In this paper, we intentionally propose the system in order to ease the way people learn, to provide interactive accessibility in our system, and to utilize the advanced technology more wisely.

While welcoming the distributing of the powers of the Ministry of Education, which is currently being promoted, to the city and provincial offices of education, I am very concerned that this will expand and amplify the powers concentrated in one central institution to 17 local institutions closer to the field. Until now, the Ministry of Education and the Office of Education have served as co-cause providers as important reasons for hindering school education. The transfer of the authority of the Ministry of Education is highly likely to be deformed as soon as it results in the quantitative reduction of the functions and roles of the existing Ministry of Education and the quantitative expansion of the roles and functions of the city and provincial offices of education. In the reality that no legal device for school autonomy has been established, it is highly likely that emphasizing the principle of school autonomy in our educational climate, which is deeply rooted in the vertical bureaucratic administrative culture, will end with a simple measure or stop at the level of imitation. Therefore, a more stable device is needed to check the authority of the city and provincial office of education and the superintendent of education to take over the authority of the Ministry of Education. This is also a system that is still required even when school autonomy becomes legal. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the independent education committee, establish a local education committee in the city and province education office, and activate the resident participation system (resident proposal system, resident voting system, resident litigation system, resident audit request system).

Purpose: This paper is about the development of a short-circuit protection power supply device using incandescent bulbs and its application for educational materials. This article, which considers electrical safety and energy conservation at the same time, has many kinds of potential applications for both educational and industrial areas. The above mentioned short-circuit protection power supply device using incandescent bulbs enhances safety and efficiency compared to normal current power supply devices. Additionally, as an educational materials, it can be used for electric safety training, and provides practical electrical safety knowledge on our actual life. Method: Using incandescent bulbs, design new type of short-circuit protection power supply device, and through verifying the function and safety of the device, make new type device, and applying it for an educational tool. Conclusion: This study is to develop new type of power supply device, and verify the possibility of the application for the device as an educational materials. Through this research, show an innovative solution, which contribute to electrical safety and energy conservation, and open the potential possibility on educational and industrial sectors.This kind of research is expected to contributes to enhanced research, and education on electrical safety and energy conservation management.

In this paper, I have designed and implemented the total management system to integrate PC and communications device operation of elementary, middle, and high school. The proposed system gives system information management, network information management, and remote management for PC and circuit management and performance analysis function for a router. For PC management, it supports system and network configuration information monitoring and current screen view of PC by remote screen capture. For network management, it provides gathering information of a line interface and analysis function such as utilization by polling. Thru total management system, system manager of teacher can have integrated operations of computerized resources in school by collecting and monitoring information of PCs and network elements.
