NG-SDH망에서 측정된 클럭잡음을 이용한 다양한 클럭상태에 따른 동기클럭 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of Synchronization Clock with Various Clock States Using Measured Clock Noises in NG-SDH Networks)

  • NG-SDH망에서 측정된 클럭잡음을 이용한 동기클럭 성능분석 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 NG-SDH망에서 측정된 클럭잡음을 이용하여 다양한 클럭상태에 따른 동기클럭 성능을 분석하고 최대 망노드수를 도출하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 측정된 클럭잡음을 이용하여 적합한 클럭잡음모델을 생성하였고, 다양한 클럭상태에 따른 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 볼 때 정상상태에서 최대노드수는 80개 노드 이상 이였고, 단기위상변위(SPT)상태에서는 37개 이하였고, 장기위상변위(LPT)상태에서는 50개 이상으로 나타났다. 따라서 3가지 클럭상태에서 ITU-T 규격을 만족할 수 있는 최대 노드수는 37개 이하 임을 알았다. 또한 DOTS 이전의 NE망에서 SPT이나 LPT상태가 발생하면 정상상태의 안정된 다른 동기원 소스로 절체해야 함을 알았다.

  • In modern society, the enterprises or the public organization have devised consistent means and methods with keen competition in high intelligence, high specialization and high competition for surviving in the struggle for existence. In the rapidly changing modern society like that, guard services are not free any more in the simple business. It will be survived only with consistent self-development and various abilities. Recently, it is on a trend that the enterprise including venture business requires the man of ability having many-sided thought, knowledge and capacity. That is, the era of a man with multi-function has come. The guards engaged in their present posts have to make efforts self-development consistently. And they have to work for self-development with theoretical knowledge acquirement about the expert knowledge escaping from simple function and business. The constitution including universities that train the guard should not adjust to the demand of quantitative manpower required in the enterprise organization with the training of the guard with simple functions only. It needs settlement as a curriculum with technology like ideology and knowledge breaking from short curriculum centered on function only in order to come to stay the recognition about guard services as expert services that the industrial society requires. The education centered on simple function should be replaced in the use of a high school, private academy and special guard institution. In addition, it requires a quality as the auxiliary, division, decision-making and spokesman according to the business role. Also, it requires the martial arts capacity, the communicative capacity, the sports or reports capacity, the guard driving capacity, the policy and assistant capacity and the information and analysis capacity, etc in individual. Lastly, it need each guard's change of cognition most of all. As part of the guard's adaptive plan according to the social change, it was enumerated like the mentioned above. It is important for the guard to prepare for the change of era and to build up quality and capacity before anything else.

몽골 구강악안면외과의 역사와 현황 (THE HISTORY AND PRESENT SITUATION OF MONGOLIAN ORAL & MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY)

  • Mongolia is a huge, landlocked, middle-Asian country bordering Russia in the north, and China in the south. Mongolia was under socialism from 1921 to 1990, and its political system has started moving toward capitalistic democratism in 1990. The history of the Mongolian Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery can be divided into four periods; the incipient period($1956{\sim}1971$), the period of early development($1971{\sim}1981$), the period of active development($1981{\sim}1991$), and the period of reformation($1991{\sim}$). Mongolian Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery had been developed by the cooperation of Soviet Union and Eastern European countries before the 1990s, but the role of Korea, Japan, and western countries has been increasing from the 1990s. In Mongolia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is well recognized to the people and is considered as one of the specialized medical field. There are specialized departments of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in State Central Hospital, Child & Maternal Research and Clinical Center, and Oncology Center in Ulaanbaatar. Now, the basic knowledge and surgical technique of the Mongolian Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons are satisfactory. But because of the difficult social and economic situation, there is a shortage of surgical instruments and materials, and acquirement of new knowledge is not easy. In 1998 the Mongolian Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons was established and its members want to have international relationship to keep up with the new medical information. Mongolia and Korea have ethnic, linguistic and cultural similarity, so the interchange and cooperation between Mongolian and Korean Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons are recommended to make a beautiful one-world.

사회복지서비스 기관의 조직성과에 관한 연구 : 서울시 지역사회복지관의 질 산출(quality output)을 중심으로 (A Study on the Performance of the Human Service Organizations : An Analysis from the Perspective of Quality of Output)

  • This study examines the organizational performance of human service organizations from the quality output perspective. Using the 2001 evaluation data about 89 community welfare centers in Seoul, this study attempts to identify the levels of the performance of human service organizations in Korea. This study also attempts to identify the factors that predict performance of human service organizations measured in terms of client satisfaction and experts' evaluation about the functioning of each center. Results are as follows: (1) when pooling 866 clients' satisfaction level into satisfaction score about each center, the average of client satisfaction about the centers is 3.42 at 4 points scale. (2) 41.6% of the community welfare centers is evaluated as "highly qualified" in its overall operation and functioning by the professional evaluation team, (3) the employee reward system(+), practice based on the program guideline manual(+), the portion of the government support grant in its budget(-), the overall employee salary level(-), the level of acquirement of program grants from external sources (-) are the predictors in explaining clients' satisfaction level, and (4) the level of professional expertise of the executive director(+), the level of professional supervision of middle managers(+), the employee reward system(+), the program need assessment(+), the level of client information system(+), the portion of government support grant(-), the overall employee salary level(-) are the predictors for "being highly qualified" in its overall operation and function of each center. Through the empirical analysis, this study provides valuable knowledge about organizational performance of community welfare centers from the quality output perspective. Finally, this study discusses implications for more effective and efficient organizational performance of community welfare centers in Korea.

  • This paper studied the safety management network system of infrastructure which constructed smart sensors, closed-circuit television(CCTV) and monitoring system. This safety management of infrastructure applied to bridge, cut slop and tunnel, embankment etc. The system applied to technologies of standardization guidelines, data acquirement technologies, data analysis and judgment technologies, system integration setup technology, and IT technologies. It was constructed safety management network system of various infrastructure to improve efficient management and operation for many infrastructure. Integrated safety management network system of infrastructure consisted of the real-time structural health monitoring system of each infrastructure, integrated control center, measured data transmission using i of tet web-based, collecting data using sf ver, early alarm system which the dangerous event of infrastructure occurred. Integrated control center consisted of conference room, control room to manage and analysis the data, server room to present the measured data and to collect the raw data. Early alarm system proposed realization of warning and response within 5 minute or less through development of sensor-based progress report and propagation automation system using the media such as MMS, VMS, EMS, FMS, SMS and web services of report and propagation. Based on this, the most effective u-Infrastructure Safety Management System is expected to be stably established at a less cost, thus making people's life more comfortable. Information obtained from such systems could be useful for maintenance or structural safety evaluation of existing structures, rapid evaluation of conditions of damaged structures after an earthquake, estimation of residual life of structures, repair and retrofitting of structures, maintenance, management or rehabilitation of historical structures.

관광자의 거주지 특성에 따른 관광행태 연구 (A Study on the Domestic Behavioral Patterns of Korean Tourists by the Characteristics of Residences)

  • 본 연구는 관광자의 거주지 특성에 따른 관광행태의 차이점을 통계적 방법에 의해 분석하여 연구한 것이다. 그 결과 거주지 특성에 따라 많은 차이점들이 발견되었으며, 특히 14개의 관광행태의 범주에서 11개가 도시 농촌별 특성과 일치하였고, 권역별로는 단 4개만이 일치하였다. 이는 도시와 농촌간의 사회, 경제, 문화의 격차가 관광행태 면에서도 1대로 나타나고 있음을 입증한 것이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 향후 국토개발 제획을 수행함에 있어 이와 같은 문제를 염두에 두고 노력해야 하며, 국내 여행자들에게 여행의 기회를 균등하게 배분함으로써 외래 관광객에 대한 국민적 자존심을 회복시켜야 할 것이다.

드론을 이용한 하천공간정보 획득의 효율적 방안 (Efficient method for acquirement of geospatial information using drone equipment in stream)

  • 본 연구는 지방하천의 하류구간을 대상으로 위성항법시스템(GNSS)과 드론 RGB (D-RGB), 드론 LiDAR (D-LiDAR) 측량성과 비교를 통해 측량방법의 정확도와 수공 실무의 드론 실용화를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 지상기준점(GCP)과 검사점(CP) 좌표 값 측량결과의 우수성을 확인하고 그 결과를 HEC-RAS 모형에 적용하여 수리특성을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 소유역인 연구대상지역을 세 방법의 정확도 비교를 위해 6개 GCP와 3개 CP를 설치하고 측량오차의 정확도 평가를 수행함으로써 D-LiDAR 측량성과가 우수한 것을 확인하였다. 이들 방법에 의한 소하천 수로구간의 100년 빈도 계획 홍수량에서 평균 하상고의 D-RGB와 D-LiDAR 성과는 2.30 m, 1.80 m, 평균 홍수위 성과는 4.73 m, 4.25 m로 D-LiDAR 성과가 우수하였다. 따라서 소하천 수로구간의 지형공간정보 획득에 드론 장비를 이용한 측량기법으로 D-LiDAR 측량이 유용한 방법이며 효율적인 방안으로 추천한다.

실내공간에서 주시시간의 경과에 따른 구역별 주시특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Change by Observation Area which changes as the observation time passes in Interior Space)

  • The total data of observing interior space was divided into a few time frames for analysis. If we can understand the changing process of observation degree as the observation time passes, we will be able to analyse the characteristic and process of information obtainment in the case of space observation. For this purpose, the observation time was parted into 30 second units and the changing characteristic by time frame and observation area was analysed. The conclusion derived from this study is as the following: First, analysis of observation frequency and time on the basis of the average data of each subject showed that the observation time increased compared with the subject's frequency and the overall trend but that it was difficult for me to think there was a certain trend in the observation time of each subject. However, when I examined the time change by using the trend line which is a dynamic average line representing the observation time from the subjects as the trend element of time series, I could see the trend that the subject's observation time increased at a fixed rate as the frequency increased. Second, when I compared and analysed the average observation area at Area I set up by the time of 30 second unit and the observation area of Area I from the all data, I could see that the former had more degree of concentration at Area I. This analysis enabled me to get the degree of concentration on the observed area every time, and accordingly I could also see that when the data of intensive observation by time frame is analysed, the degree of concentration is dispersed for the subjects to observe very intensively or the area with overlapping observations each time frame can be seen as Area I out of the entire observation data. Third, when I analysed the observation characteristics by time frame at the 6 areas divided at 30 second unit at the rate of the number to the time of observation areas, I could see that as the observation time passed while the number of the observation areas defined as decreased the observation time increased, which means that when the area numbers decreases the area intensively observed by the subjects decreases as the time passes. In spit of that, the increase of time can be interpreted as more intensive observation of a specific area.

귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구 (Awareness and Needs of Original Inhabitants on Urban to Rural Migration)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구를 살펴보고, 그 결과를 기초로 원주민의 입장이 고려된 귀농귀촌정책 사업들을 제언하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 귀농귀촌에대한 원주민의 경험을 심층적으로 파악함으로써 귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구를 면밀히 알아보기 위해 초점집단인터뷰 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 원주민이 느끼는 '상대적 박탈감', '귀농귀촌의한계와 어려움', '성공적인 정착을 위한 방안'과 같이 총 3개의 상위범주로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통한 구체적인 함의는 첫째, 원주민이 인식하는 귀농귀촌은 정부정책의 불만과 귀농귀촌인의 태도가 귀농귀촌에 대한 부정적 인식을 조성하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 귀농귀촌의 한계와 어려움으로서 경제적 어려움과 안정적인 농작물 경작 및 농사기술 습득의 어려움 등이 나타났다. 셋째, 원주민이 생각하는 귀농귀촌인과의 관계형성 및 소통과 화합에 대한 인식으로는 원활한 관계형성을 위해 귀농귀촌인들과 직접적인 소통을 하고 정보를 교환할 수 있는 모임의 활성화와 소통과 협업을 위해 귀농귀촌인들이 농촌문화를 이해하고 배우려는 자세와 노력이 필요하다는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 귀농귀촌과관련된 정보제공 및 지원을 위한 구심점 역할을 하는 기관이 부족함을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 원주민이 생각하는 귀농귀촌인의정착을 위한 방안들이 도출되었다. 여섯째, 귀농귀촌인의정착과 원주민과의 관계증진이 함께 이루어질 수 있게끔 원주민들이 귀농귀촌인의 멘토가 되는 것이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

최적경로 알고리듬을 활용한 경제적인 통신망 설계 적용 사례 (Case Study for Telecommunication Network Design based on Optimal Path Algorithm)

  • 본 논문에서는 GIS와 네트웍 알고리듬을 이용하여 통신관망의 설계를 최적화하였다. 구체적이고 계량적인 분석을 위해 신규로 조성되는 대규모의 도시개발지역을 대상으로 하여 기존의 설계방식에 의해 산출된 통신관망과 최적경로 알고리듬을 이용한 통신관망과의 건설비용을 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과 GIS와 최적경로 알고리듬을 적용한 설계 결과가 기존의 설계방법에 비해 상당한 비용절감 효과가 있음을 보여준다. 연구 대상지역에서 기존설계에 의해 산출된 통신관로의 거리는 5,267m이며 최적경로를 적용한 결과는 4,807m로 460m(9.5%)의 차이를 보였다. 결과를 비용으로 산정했을 경우 약 19,469천원(8.7%)의 비용절감 효과를 보였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 최적화 기법은 기존 설계기법에 비해 통신관망의 공사비의 절감 이외에 설계과정의 표준화 및 자동화가 가능하므로 이를 이용한 자동설계 시스템 개발로 설계비용과 인력이동에 따른 설계업무 적응기간 단축과 인건비 절감이 가능하며, 또한 설계 결과에 대한 객관적 검증이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
