Recently, web services concept is rapidly rising as new solution to solve the integration problem among heterogeneous application systems . This web servic es concept is adaptable in the field of 4S application systems integration that handles the spatial information of GIS, SIIS, GNSS and ITS. So, this paper suggests a new 4S web services model for the infrastructures of nationwide spatial clearinghouse, which is mainly based on the OGC and W3C web services specifications. Conclusively, this proposed model that could serve various spatial data and services has some advantages of being flexibly and powerfully capable of integrating the 4S application systems owing to adapting the international standard specifications of OGC and W3C.

This paper presents a new blockchain based donation platform combined with a type of gaming application. The proposed donation platform is similar to existing play-to-earn (P2E), but it has different characteristics such as non-liquidated token and direct transfer to a celebrity donation organization. Moreover, it has advantages like a robustness for counterfeiting and falsification as well as enhanced donating experience.

차량용 통신 시스템은 다양한 센서 정보, 제어 정보를 주고받게 되며 자율주행 등 차량 시스템이 고도화됨에 따라 보안성이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라 기존 MCU 구조에서 고성능의 ARM 아키텍처를 사용하는 것이 일반화됨에 따라 본 논문에서는 ARM 기반의 시스템에서 다양한 암호화 알고리즘의 속도와 메모리, CPU 리소스 사용량을 비교 분석한다.

Recently, loosely-coupled systems are widely used for distributed computing environment. We develop a web GIS server who conforms to the international standards developed by the Open GIS Consortium (OGC), such as web feature service (WFS) implementation specification, Geography Markup Language (GML) implementation specification, and the simple features specification for OLE/COM. The web GIS server provides interoperable access of spatial data among data formats in the distributed environment.

Telecommunication services are important means of information exchanges in information society, and information of them connotes the enabling of information exchanges through telecommunication services in all parts of the society. This study, on top of a theoretical foundation of the informatization of telecommunication services, examines and analyzes historical and actual conditions of the services, and tries to make some policy recommendations based on the analysis.

최근 들어 인터넷, 인트라넷을 통해 양질의 동영상 데이터를 네트워크 상으로 실시간 또는 사용자의 요구에 따라 전승해 주는 스트리밍 서비스에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 아울러, 유비쿼터스 환경의 도래와 함께 센싱을 통한 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스의 확장이 이루어지고 있으며, 유/무선 환경에서 사용자의 콘텐트에 대한 요구를 끊김 없이/연속 이동을 통해 볼 수 있는 사용자 맞춤형 서비스가 필요로 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 센서기기를 연동해서 사용자를 인식하고 양질의 동영상을 사용자의 요구 시점에 이동성을 보장하면서 사용자의 다양한 단말 조건을 인식하여 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는 내용을 담고 있다.

최근 들어 생활 전반이 인터넷을 사용하지 않고는 이루어질 수 없는 상황이 되면서 네트워크 관리의 중요성이 날로 부각되고 있다. 네트워크 관리시스템(NMS)은 이러한 네트워크를 효율적이고 안정적으로 관리, 운영하기 위하여 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 네트워크 관리시스템에 대한 소프트웨어 품질검증 사례를 통해 그 중요성을 살펴보고자 한다.
