This study mainly concentrates on the development of a land information management system to manage the land related information in an effective way for the water-pollutant buffering zone, which was established to sustain better quality of the drinking water over the upper part of the Han river. For developing such system, a procedure was implemented covering user requirement analysis, system design, spatial DB design, and coding. DB linkage with affiliated institutes and cadastral DB updating were proposed as the part of the efforts to enhance the applicability of the system. In addition to that, modularization was adopted for more efficient and cost-effective system development.

As an emerging technology in Computer graphics areas, SVG(Scalable Vector Graphic) makes it possible to make use of Vector graphics for servicing maps in basic internet browsing environment. SVG based thematic map Internet GIS system implemented by this research is free of special server side GIS mapping system and client side extra technology. It provides high-quality vector map which can interact with the user, template map which can be used for other purpose, glance the future map based on Webservices technologies. Many good characteristics of SVG in mapping at computer screen and reusability of SVG document provide new era of visualzation of geographic information.

현대에 들어 IT 시장은 경쟁이 더 심화되고 있기 때문에 IT기업의 고용형태가 다양해지고 있고, 이에 따라 관련 기업의 수나 정규직 일자리는 두드러지게 감소하고 있다. 따라서 비정규직 근로자는 상대적으로 증가하고 있고, 고용 불안정과 열악한 근무 여건 때문에 사회적 배제를 겪을 가능성이 크다. 우리나라에서는 IT종사자의 사회적 배제가 정보시스템 품질에 미치는 영향을 다룬 연구는 드물다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 IT종사자를 대상으로 사회적 배제와 정보시스템 품질 사이의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 조사 결과, IT종사자의 사회적 배제는 정보시스템 품질에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

Recently, CMM have been recognized as a critical factor to validate the competitiveness of software organizations, even if the organizations have already achieved the ISO9001 certification. Furthermore, the new version of ISO9001:2000 is being required instead of ISO9001:1994. Both CMM and ISO9001 have a common point 1ha t they pursuit quality improvement fur the organizations processes and products. Therefore, it is important to understand the similarities of specific requirements between the two models in software organizations which attempt to employ both of the models. from this background, this paper compares CMM and ISO9001 by considering the versions in 1994 and 2000 of ISO9001. The results of this research are likely to help software organizations make a decision for a strategy to adopt CMM and ISO9001.

As Information Technology has developed, The structure of information system used in organizations is changing from centralized computing structure to distributed computing structure. The roles of information department have expanded, which is not only develope and maintain system but also provide usage-support service to end-user. If organization support end-user properly, they get many benefits. if they don't do it properly, they waste many resource. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the search for quality determinant factors and type of information that provide user effective service under web-based information system. The result of this study is as follow First, when SERVQUAL is used, the quality determinant factors of usage-support service are categorized three, which is responsibility and assurance, empathy and tangable, and reliability. When SERVPERF is used, the determinant factors consist of five, but the use of assurance as a factor is cautious. Second, reliability and tangability among determinant factors affect general service quality, and tangibility is most important factors. third, When the locations of user are distributed the degree of general service quality is not different whether formal or informal information center provide usage-support service. This study may suggest practical implication as follows; First, as user are good at to use information system the degree of importance for tangibility are decreased. when user are individualized and improve their ability to use information system, empathy will not be important factors any more, therfore it assume that reliability will be most important factors. Second, if organizations promote not only formal informaton center but also informal inforamtion center they may support end-user more effectively. However, this study has the following limitations: First, it is difficult to generalize the result of this study Second, service quality determinant factors used in this study don't explain the influence to general service quality fully. Third, this study analyze a simple relation between service quality determinant factor and general service quality. Finally, this study don't distinguish between information system service and information support service.

이 연구는 우리나라에서 흔히 사용되고 있는 수질모델링 기법 중의 하나인 QUAL2E 모델을 GIS기반의 수질관리 시스템에 적용하여 농촌지역에서 활용 가능한 수질모의 시스템을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 수질모의 시스템의 개발을 위해 기본적으로 지형도, 하천도, 행정구역도, 표준유역도 등으로 이루어진 도형 데이터베이스와 오염원 자료, 환경실측자료 등으로 이루어진 속성 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 수질모의는 GIS 기반의 농촌수질모의 시스템 상에서 이루어지도록 설계하였으며 간단히 소유역별 배출 오염부하량을 조정함으로써 여러 조건에 대한 수질모의가 가능하다. 대상유역은 삽교천 상류부터 31km 구간이고 총 5개의 소유역을 포함한다. 수리계수 산정은 HEC-RAS를 사용하였으며 수리계수 산정결과는 시스템 상에 미리 저장하여 수질모의 시 자동으로 입력되어 사용된다. 소유역별 배출 오염부하량을 조정함으로써 수질변화 경향 차이를 시스템 상에서 쉽게 확인할 수 있었고, 다양한 삭감시나리오의 작성에 시스템이 활용 가능함을 확인하였다. 향후 연구에서는 체계적이고 효율적인 농촌지역 수질관리 지원을 위하여 수질모의 시스템을 이용한 실질적인 관리방안 마련 연구 및 시스템 보완 개발 연구가 뒤따라야할 것이다.

해양과 인접해 있는 연안역은 오염물질이 집중적으로 배출되는 곳으로 수질 및 환경오염이 문제시되고 있는 지역이다. 계속적인 연안역 수질악화를 막기 위해서는 광범위한 지역으로부터 배출되는 대량의 오염원 데이터와 환경정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 GIS기반의 수질정보통합관리시스템이 필수적이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 연안역의 점ㆍ비점오염원 자료, 수질측정자료, 생태자료 등을 구축하고, 구축된 오염원 데이터를 바탕으로 원단위를 이용한 오염부하산정시스템을 구축함으로써 연안역 수질정보를 통합관리 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 오염부하량 산정은 가지야마 수식모델을 이용하여 유출량을 산정, 원단위를 이용한 발생 및 배출부하 산정, 유달율을 고려한 유달부하량 및 유입농도 산정을 포함한다. 오염부하량 산정시스템은 사용자의 오염원 DB의 갱신에 따라 오염부하산정에 즉시 반영되도록 설계하였다. 나아가 효율적인 결과분석 체계 지원을 위하여 GIS를 이용한 오염부하량을 색의 농도차를 이용 도식하여 전체유역에 대한 임의지점에 발생하는 오염원 규모 및 유출 특성을 한눈에 조회가 가능하도록 함으로써 편리성을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 연안역 수질정보통합관리시스템은 수질관리에 있어 오염원자료의 유출과정의 해석을 통해 유역내 효율적인 오염원자료의 관리방안을 수립할 수 있도록 지원이 가능하며, 연안역으로 유입되는 오염량의 예측을 통하여 친환경 대안 제시를 위한 수질관리방안의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Many GIS systems are not to be trusted becuase many GIS project managers often fail to notice importance of GIS data Construction. With this reason, it is a lively discussion on GIS administration system's adaption.
