  • Nowadays, domestic hospital business is under the great threat from the environmental changes caused by the entrance of foreign hospitals and the technical changes related to information systems. In such a situation, to enhance the competitive edge of a hospital, it is needed to set up a competitive strategy and to construct an efficient information systems to back up the competitive strategy. If the hospital information systems(HIS) is consistent with a competitive strategy backing up, the competitive force of a hospital will be enhanced. For this respect, the influence of the competitive strategy and HIS construction environments on the performance of HIS was examined. The results suggested that if a HIS should be newly constructed or should be restructured, it is necessary to select construction environments of HIS such as physical environments, development methods and development tools to support functional strategy effectively based on the competitive strategy adopted by a hospital.

In total, 418 mothers of 4-5 years old children were included in this study. Higher education achievement was significantly related to higher communication strategy and better family strengths. However educational background had no effect on degree of parenting stress. Lower household income was related to higher parenting stress while higher income resulted in stronger family strengths. However family income showed no correlation with communication strategy. Lower parenting stress and higher communication strategy contributed to better family strengths, The most influential factor of family strengths was parenting stress.

  • This study analyzed that adjustment roles of the organization and Information System strategy suitability factors between influence and introduction outcome factors in the IT outsourcing in government offices. Influence factors of IT outsourcing are organization factor(information system maturity, CEO's support), trade factor(asset speciality, uncertainty, using degree of information system), risk factor(risk of security, risk of increase in cost, risk of losing autonomy). And outcome factors are set as economic effect and technology effect. We analyzed that organization and IS strategy suitability factors as moderator variables. Results are the followings. It was analyzed that organization and IS strategy suitability factors are in charge of adjusting role among information system maturity which is lower variable of organization factor, CEO's support, uncertainty of trade factor's lower variable, risk of security which is risk factor's lower variable, risk of increase in cost, loss of autonomy. Therefore, in order for organization to increase the outcome of information technology, organization strategy and IS strategy should be promoted in combined manner. However, it was analyzed that strategy suitability could not take the adjusting role between asset specialty and introduction outcome.

  • Based on the survey data, this study focused venture firms examines how organizational resources and capabilities along with its external environmental conditions have an effect on its strategy and performance. In particular, this article attempts, by performing a binary logistic regression analysis, to identify the venture-specific importance and priority of the factors that may influence firms' strategy patterns, with multiple regression analysis on the relationships between some variables included in the model. The survey was conducted from October 1, 2010 through October 30, 2010. The results of this study are the following. First, the more firms are exposed to high industry growth and low competitive intensity, the higher chance they get to pursuit aggressive strategy. And then a firm seeks aggressive strategy, when it has more technological resources and human resources. Third, environmental uncertainty, industry growth, technological resources, human resources, financial resources and marketing capabilities have positive effects on firm's performance. But, competitive intensity has no direct influence firm's performance. Finally, CEO competence directly influences firm's performance, but the interaction. of CEO competence with other variables is not significant.

The analysis results between each main variable can be summarized as follows. First, among main variables under ubiquitous environment, business environment closely made influence on business performance. Second, business environment, business strategy, and business policy were meaningful among other variables, whereas logistics information system was not meaningful. But, it is known that corporate performance is only meaningful to business environment and business policy. In conclusion, business performance is not achieved by each variable of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system. It is recognized that business performance is influenced by business environment that combines a given condition of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system.

  • This study investigated how general blended learning strategies and flipped-learning instructional strategy affect college students' social presence and group cohesion. The main results of this study were summarized as follows. First, the group of flipped-learning instructional strategy was more effective in college students' social presence than general blended learning. Second, it was found that groups using flipped-learning instruction strategy had more positive effects on improving group cohesion among college students than those using the general blended learning instructional strategy. The results of this study can influence the identification and verification of the main components to be considered when using flipped-learning instruction strategy in blended learning environment. The results of this study can influence the identification and verification of the main components to be considered when using flipped-learning instruction strategy in blended learning environment.

  • This paper describes the effects of injection rate shaping on the combustion, fuel consumption and emission of $NO_x$ and soot of a medium duty diesel engine. The focus is on the influence of four different injection rate shapes, square type 1, square type 2, boot and ramp, with a variation of maximum injection pressure and start of injection (SOI). The experiments were carried out on a 1 liter single cylinder research diesel engine equipped with an amplifier-piston common rail injection system, allowing the adjustment of the injection pressure during the injection event and thus injection rate as desired. Two strategies to maintain the injected fuel mass constant were followed. One where rate shaping is applied at constant injection duration with different peak injection pressure and one strategy where rate shaping is applied at a constant peak injection pressure, but with variable injection duration. Injection rate shaping was found to have a large effect on the premixed and diffusion combustion, a significant influence on $NO_x$ emissions and depending on the followed strategy, moderate or no influence on soot emission. Only small effects on indicated fuel consumption were found.

  • This study aims to survey the influence of the internet-based real estate transaction systems used by the common people on their decision-making for buying the real estate. That is, the purpose of this study is to review how the system for selection of the real estate has influence on the decision-making for buying the real estate, by exerting influence on the customer-satisfaction. Also, I want to present a scheme for the more effective internet-based real estate transaction system so that the real estate agents may grasp the on-line real estate transaction system and understand the intention of the customers for buying, and thereby establish the active marketing strategy.

  • As social media such as facebook and twitter is widespread, social commerce appears as a new way of e-commerce. Social commerce is a subset of electronic commerce that involves using social media that supports social interaction and user contributions. From the understanding of social commerce and literature review, we deduced the research model that relationship, collectivism, convenience, usefulness, low price, reputation, and rapidness have influence on satisfaction and repurchase intention. As a result of data analysis, relationship, convenience, usefulness, low price, and rapidness had influence on satisfaction and repurchase intention. And collectivism had influence on relationship. But reputation did not have influence on satisfaction. The focus of this study is on the effect of relationship and collectivism on satisfaction and repurchase, because relationship and collectivism is the major feature of social commerce. Succinctly speaking, collectivism affects relationship among users, in turn, relationship affects satisfaction and repurchase intention. This study gives a contribution to business. Business related with social commerce has to make a business strategy for managing relationship and consider collectivism tendency for selecting target customer.
