  • 본 논문에서는 통합보안관리 시스템에 대해서 주요 기능을 분석하고 시장동향을 조사하였으며, 기존의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 기술 및 표준화에 관한 연구를 추진하고, 통합보안관리 시스템의 보안성 품질 평가 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 통합보안관리 시스템의 보안성 품질 평가 모델을 통하여 통합보안관리 시스템의 품질을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 본다.

  • For an effective energy management in intelligent buildings it is necessary to gather information about position/absence of people and the level of population. In this paper the smart occupancy detection system using the active RFID is developed to satisfy such a demand based on the results of previous research. First of all the design considerations and functions of the system are introduced. In sequence the functions of the system is presented, and then the performance of the developed system is tested and verified through various field tests. The developed core technology can be also applied to other fields such as security, healthcare, smart home, etc.

  • As 4th industrial revolution has emerged as a hot topic, the blockchain technology capable of enabling super intelligence as a premiere has been an attracting attention. With the interest in blockchains, various platforms using blockchains are emerging. Reflecting this trend, several countries including US, EU, China, and Japan are preparing blockchain and related laws or amending existing laws. In Korea, the platform business based on blockchain is being done, but the related laws are insufficient. In this study, we first present the legal system of the blockchain, examine each component, and then compare the current state of the legal system in US, EU, China, and Japan based on the blockchain legal system. Finally, we propose a brief improvement plan of the legal system for industrial development by commercialization of blockchain. In the future, we would like to study the individual legal system about the blockchain.

  • As the world has had a high recognition of security since 9/11 attacks in 2001, many countries and international organizations around the world are making strenuous efforts in establishing stronger security, centering on areas with high possibility of terrorist attacks. In particular, harbor facilities where a great deal of trade take place between countries, have high possibilities of becoming the objects of terrorist attacks and also of becoming places of trading objects and illegal items which might be leveraged for terror attacks. In this study, I have explained the current status of the harbor entrance system through existing documents, interviews and field trips to harbors and have also introduced improvement measures using RFID technology from the viewpoint of BP(Business Process). I expect that this study will be used as basic materials because I have studied the number of people entering harbors and working procedures for vehicle entrance, which have not been studied so far and also laid out various factors to be considered to introduce RFID technology.

  • In these days, Disaster Management Systems have still put emphasis on its recovery more than the prevention of disaster events. However, the countermeasure of restoration has limitations to prevent the caused loss because the disasters often happen and are massive. Therefore, we propose a disaster prevention system for supporting the safe urban. In this paper, we try to construct a real-time monitoring system to prevent disaster events using new technologies such as Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) and Geographic Information System (GIS). As a prototype to simulate the fire disasters on real-time, we construct gas sensors and temperature sensors. Our system consists of a WSN system to collect data of the gas and temperature sensors and to monitor the situation information. Our contribution is to provide a prototype application to prevent the disasters from the fire by constructing a WSN system with gas and temperature sensors.

  • EMS(energy management system) and SCADA(supervisory control and data acquisition) systems are used for reliable and efficient operation of electrical power systems. Various functions in EMS such as power flow, contingency analysis, security analysis essentially need accurate data set for reliable operation. State estimation can be a tool for providing these data. In this paper, programs for observability analysis and bad data processing are developed. Fundamental algorithms are introduced and validity of the proposed techniques is inspected with test cases.

  • As the cloud computing law was passed in March, 2015, many private companies and public organizations give consideration to introduce cloud computing services. However, most of them are still concerned about the security issues in cloud computing services. To solve the problem, a certification system of cloud security is necessary as an enabler for adoption of the trusted cloud services. There have been a number of studies about certification systems for cloud security, but only few studies exist about certification scheme of cloud security. Therefore, in this study, foreign certification systems for cloud security are analyzed to draw requirements for developing a domestic certification scheme for cloud security. Based on the result of analysis, this study proposes the three certification schemes of cloud security, which have been reviewed by the focus group interview method to draw advantages and disadvantages of each scheme.

  • The importance of a network security to protect infringement of corporate assets has been issued due to the increasing various threats such as warm virus, vicious codes, and hacking. Thus, the goal of this research is to discover the procedure and methods for a NAC system implementation. In this case study, we suggest that the critical management issues during the implementing a NAC system as well as measure its performance in qualitative and quantitative perspective. The contribution of this paper is both to lead to the further research in this network security field and to provide a guideline for companies willing to introduce a NAC system.

  • Information Security Incidents that have recently happen rapidly spread and the scale of that incidents' damage is large. In addition, as it proceeds to the era of converged industry in the future environment and the virtual cyber world expands to the physical world, new types of security threats have occurred. Now, it is time to supply security professionals who have a multi-dimensional security capabilities that can manage the strategies of technological security and physical security from the management point of view, rather than the ones who primarily focus on the traditional technologic-centered strategies to solve new types of security threats. In conclusion, in this paper we try to produce the curriculum of information security featured in the occupational classification system and analyze the subjects that are additionally required for those who move to other occupations to cultivate security professionals who suited to the converged-industrial environment. It is expected that multi-dimensional security professionals who suited to the converged-industrial environment will be cultivated by harmoniously integrating information security subjects from technological and business/managerial perspectives, and education training courses will be developed that effectively provide core knowledges per occupational classification when people moves to other occupations in the areas of information security.

  • The article deals with problems of innovation development on a network basis, which require effective mechanisms of innovation communications. In research the organizational aspects of ICT infrastructure development for innovation networks sustainable development based on cooperative marketing principles is considered. The proposed research idea is based on the idea that ICT implementation is based not only on the operational approach for innovation management as a factor of efficiency of internal communications, but also on knowledge economy and post-industrial economy trends. Therefore, the purpose of study is to develop an ICT model of innovation infrastructure to improve its effectiveness (strategic character) and efficiency (operative character) through increasing the efficiency of network communication interactions. Creation of information space and communication tools to support innovation network sustainable development and cooperation activities in research is proposed to be solved with the help of specialized ICT platform. It is shown, that ICT platform of innovation cooperation innovation network is important tool for common work of participants. ICT platform is considered as an integrated information system designed to automate business processes related to the sustainable development of innovation network, segment management and integration with HEI information systems and industrial cooperation. The main factors that determine the need to use a special ICT platform for innovation network cooperation were considered. The main issues of concurrent engineering (C-technology) application in high-technology industries and innovation cooperation for integrated product development were studied.
