본 연구는 성인 초기에 해당하는 대학생을 대상으로 대학생의 자아분화가 결혼관에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 확인함으로써 대학생의 긍정적인 결혼관 정립에 영향을 미칠 자아분화 향상을 위한 정책과 프로그램의 개발을 위한 목적으로 시도한 조사연구이다. 이를 위해 경기북부 소재 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 204명을 대상으로 자기보고식 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 내적합치도를 산출하였고, 연구대상의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석, 연구변인의 수준을 파악하기 위한 기술통계분석, 연구대상의 특성에 따른 연구변인의 차이를 파악하기 위해 독립표본 t검정과 분산분석 및 사후검정을 실시하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS Process Macro를 활용한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 자아분화와 결혼관의 관계는 정(+)적 상관관계를 보였으며, 이는 자아분화가 긍정적인 결혼관을 정립하는데 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사하고, 이를 위한 대학생의 긍정적인 결혼관 정립을 위해 건강한 가족을 위한 교육을 실천적으로 지원하기 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 하였다.

In a product environment where various product-service systems (PSSs) are already being provided, the provision of a different type of PSS is difficult for second movers but necessary for their sustainability and differentiation. Despite the importance of providing distinguishing PSSs to market, prior PSS studies have not effectively considered the influence of existing PSSs in their methods. In response, we suggest an approach to generate new PSS concepts by employing general needs (GNs) and business system evolution patterns (BSEPs). Our approach 1) identifies customer GNs fulfilled by existing PSSs, 2) generates advanced PSS ideas from an evolutionary perspective by mapping the existing PSSs onto BSEPs, and 3) selects PSS ideas that can meet the unfulfilled or insufficiently considered GNs using a GN-PSS linking matrix, thereby generating new PSS concepts based on the selected ideas. The workings and practicability of this approach are illustrated using a PSS case study of furniture industry. This approach would provide PSS planners with an ability to generate the differentiated PSS concepts that handle the customer needs that have been untapped throughout a product's lifecycle. In addition, this approach as a module will have a synergetic effect when incorporated with other PSS methodologies.

This study was to build a frame and direction of an analysis of the evaltion of placeness of industrial heritages space, and then to evaluate Beijing 798. First, by studying references, 15 elements in 6 dimensions were derived from the evaluation of placeness of industrial heritage and applied in the evaluation of placeness of Beijing 798 art zone. Second, the changes of Bejing 798 art zone can be classified in 4 steps, latency, quickening, growth, and union, which has been growing from studios with artists to complex cultural art place based on studios and gallery. Third, place characteristics of 798 art zone was analysis with the measurements of morphological, perceptual, social, visual, functional, and temporal points. Fourth, a survey was done in order to evaluate placeness of Beijing 798 art zone.In conclusion, the result of the evaluation of placeness of industrial heritages space through Beijing 798 art zone shows that uniqueness and indigenousness are highly valued which verifies that the differentiation from other places and uniqueness are the essential element.

Recently, LASER is used in many industrial, military applications. In this study, digital filtering, correlation, differentiation techniques for CO$_{2}$ LASER Range Finder System are introduced. This LASER Range Finder System can be realized by DSP algorithm suggested in this paper and high speed digital signal processors.

Taxonomic and phylogenetic studies of firefly in Japan have been reviewed. Fourty-six lampyrid species and one rhagophthalmid are distributed in the Japanese Islands including the Ryukyus. Recently, molecular phylogenetic approaches have been employed in the systematic study of firefly using mitochondrial and luciferase genes. Based on the molecular phylogenetic trees, evolutionary process of flashing patterns related strictly to mating behavior was estimated. Furthermore, genetic diversity studies revealed geographic differentiation patterns within species, and conservation measures of firefly were proposed to protect genetic resources endemic to the localities.

대두는 여러 종류의 파이토케미컬을 함유하고 있으며 이에 의한 항산화, 항염증, 항비만 효능 등이 있음이 잘 알려져 있다. 대두 부산물 성분의 비만억제효능을 확인하기 위하여 Oil-Red O 염색법과 정량 PCR을 통하여 지방세포분화억제 및 지방생성억제 효능을 분석하였다. 분화유도물질인 isobutylmethylanthine (IBMX), dexamathasone 및 insulin 처리에 따른 지방세포 분화유도와 함께 대두부산물-침지수, 순물, 두유-의 처리는 세포손상 없이 지방세포분화 연관 유전자-PPAR${\gamma}$, Fabp4, Scd1, adipsin, apolipoprotein (APOE), adiponectin (ADIPOQ)-의 발현을 감소시키는 효능을 보였다. 또한 대두에서 잘 알려진 isoflavone -daidzein과 genistein- 분석을 통하여 대두 부산물에 포함된 두 종류의 isoflavone의 함량을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 대두부산물에는 지방세포분화유도 유전자의 발현억제를 통한 전지방세포의 분화 및 지방세포의 지방생성을 억제하고 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 두부생산 시 발생하는 대두부산물은 지방세포분화 억제 효능을 바탕으로 이를 이용하는 건강기능 식품제조에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 역전파 방법 기반 자동미분법을 이용하여 설계민감도를 구하고 이를 응력제한조건을 고려한 위상최적설계에 적용하였다. 응력제한조건이 있는 위상최적화문제는 특이점(singularity)과 응력의 국부성(local nature of stress constraint)문제, 그리고 설계 변수에 대한 비선형성의 문제를 포함하고 최적해를 얻기가 매우 힘들다. 특이점 문제를 해결하기 위해서 응력 완화(stress relaxation) 기법을 사용하였고, 응력의 국부성을 해결하기 위해 p-norm을 이용한 전역 응력치를 제한조건에 사용하였다. 설계 변수에 대한 비선 형성을 극복하기 위해 해석적인 방법으로 정확한 설계민감도를 구하는 것이 중요하다. 위상최적설계에서 기존에는 보조변수방법 (adjoint variable method)을 사용하여 빠르고 정확한 설계민감도를 구했지만, 설계민감도를 해석적으로 구해야 하고, 보조평형방정식을 추가로 풀어야 하는 어려움이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 인공신경망에서 최적 가중치(weights)와 편차(biases)를 구할 때 쓰이는 역전파 기법을 이용하여 설계민감도를 구하고 이를 응력제한조건을 고려한 위상최적설계에 적용하였다. 역전파 기법은 자동미분에 쓰이는 기법으로 목적함수나 제한조건에 대한 설계민감도를 별도의 수식유도 없이 간단하게 구할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 미분값을 구하는 역전파의 과정이 보조평형방정식을 푸는 것보다 계산시간이 빠르고 해석적 방법으로 구한 설계민감도와 같은 정확도를 보여준다.

디자인 표상은 디자인 요소가 결합된 하나의 통합체로서 분야별 표상의 전형성을 반영하는 것이다. 그리고 디자인 요소는 분야별 표상의 목적과 가치를 반영하는 계열체로서 속성의 범주를 형성하며 표상의 과정에서 선택과 결합이 이루어진다. 디자인 속성 범주의 선택과 결합은 표상의 과정에서 작용하는 주체의 표상 의식에 근거하며 표상의 목적과 가치에 대한 인식의 내용을 반영한다. 그러므로 분야별 표상은 해당 분야에서 요구되는 표상의 목적과 가치에 따른 속성의 구조를 나타내며, 이들이 결합하고 있는 양태에 따른 분야간 차별화가 이루어지는 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 가정에 대한 사실 검증으로서, 디자인 표상에서 이루어지는 속성 범주의 고려도 측정을 통해 각 분야의 표상을 형성하는 속성 구조의 전형성과 분야간의 차이를 평가하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과, 평가의 대상으로 선정한 산업 디자인, 시각 디자인 그리고 환경 디자인 분야의 표상에 반영된 속성 구조는 전형적인 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 고령화의 진행이 초래하는 산업집적 패턴의 변화에 대해 신경제지리학적 접근을 통하여 분석하였다. 은퇴인구 변수의 추가는 단기적으로 지역별 물가, 소득, 명목임금 및 실질임금에 영향을 미친다. 일반적으로 장기균형 조건으로 채택되는 지역 간 실질임금의 균등화는 은퇴인구를 고려하지 못하므로 간접효용의 균등 조건을 추가하였으며, 새로운 장기균형을 달성케 하는 최적 세액을 제시한다. 은퇴인구의 발생은 모든 지역의 실질임금을 하락시킴과 동시에 효용기준을 만족시키는 특정 지역 제조업 종사자 비율의 지점을 하락시켜 제조업의 집적을 방해하는 반면, 세금은 은퇴인구가 발생한 지역의 효용과 실질임금을 높이고 다른 지역의 효용과 실질임금을 낮춘다. 이러한 상황에서 지역 간 실질임금 및 간접효용 비율이 같아지는 제조업 인구의 비율과 세금의 조합이 존재한다. 정부가 정액세의 부과를 통해 실질임금을 적절히 조정한다면 모든 지역에서 실질임금의 급격한 하락을 막으면서 효용수준을 안정시킬 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze social, economic and cultural phenomena of the luxury brand in the viewpoint that the consumption system of the modern society stood for the sign consumption and the industrial production of difference as Baudrillard mentioned in the Consumer Society. The result was divided into the two subjects popularization and differentiation of luxury brand. Firstly the meaning of luxury brand was that the personal effects of consumption of king or aristocratic class who did not exist in the modern and were made into the selection and consumption-possible things of exchange value. The popularization of this sign was accelerated through TV drama. Secondly as differentiation strategy of luxury brand, was made by giving meaning to the life style concept of the upper class with advertisement and design, and also the logo of design was used as sign differentiated from people. Also the reason why the producer of the luxury brand gave meaning to such life style was that the awareness of the brand which people have consistently makes them consume more products. The consumption system of the modern society stood for the sign consumption, difference sign mark value which was the desire on a social meaning basis, not the consumption of things as used value. And the consumer could express his personality by selecting and consuming the product of luxury brand model made with this sign. Accordingly the distribution, purchase, sales and acquisition of the things with this difference sign were our verbal activity and linguistic code today, and it was the essential feature of the society, culture and economy of the consumer society.
