1980년대 선진국에서 대두된 내생적 지역재발정책에 따라 우리 나라에서 1990년대 이후 활발하게 추진되고 있는 산학연지역컨소시엄사업, 지역협력연구센타사업 등 주요 지역협력형 지역개발사업의 효과여부에 대한 평가방법을 탐색하고자 한 본 연구의 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 현대과학기술의 협력연구 필요성과 지역개발의 방향을 접목시켜 지역협력형 지역개발의 개념정립을 시도하고, 주요 사업의 현황을 검토하고 그러한 사업에 대한 전문가들의 의식조사를 실시하여 협력연구의 유형, 대학과 기업, 관청사이의 협력연구 현황과 문제점 인식의 차이 등을 도출하여 평가의 일환으로 적용하고자 하였다. 또한 협력사업을 주 대상으로 평가체계와 평가요소를 정리하고자 하였으며 현행 주요사업의 평가방법과 의식조사 내역을 바탕으로 평가방법의 향후방향을 고찰하였다.

The cooperative relationship between Employer and Contractor in the construction industry is the most important factor to achieve the project success. Employer shall draw the Contractor's cooperative behavior during executing the project. A study on the impact of the Owner's power on the contractor's cooperative behavior is rare in the construction industry in Korea even though the negative impact of the high-power distance between the Employer and the Contractor has been a hot issue in Korea. In this empirical study, it is shown that the Employer's power can address the contractor's cooperative behavior. The respondents were mostly employees in the domestic construction companies who have experienced in the construction projects. The total number of respondents was 317 effectively. The multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 were conducted to verify the hypotheses. In conclusion, the Mediated Power is positively associated with the In-Role Behavior and with the Extra-Role Behavior. Some of Non-Mediated Power is positively associated with the In-Role Behavior and with the Extra-Role Behavior. It seems that the Contract underestimate the Employer's Expert Power. It was known that the cooperative power caused by Non-Mediated Power is good for long term relationship of the business to business transaction. So it is highly recommended that the Employer shall foster its expertise.

협력 교육은 학업과 전공에 관련된 업무경험을 통합시킨 새로운 패러다임의 교육으로, 학생이 회사 조직에 잘 적응하고 현장실습을 통해 적절한 학습 경험을 얻기 위해서는 현장실습 과정 동안 학생들을 관리 감독하고 학생에게 업무나 업무 외적인 부분에 있어서 유익한 조언을 제공할 산업체 멘토가 필요하다. 산업체 멘토는 기본적으로 현장 실습생이 산업체에서 현장 학습을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 도우는 역할을 수행하며 그 역할의 범위가 매우 넓다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 산업체 멘토의 활용을 위해 산업체 멘토의 역할을 각각의 성격에 따라 구분하였고, 이에 따른 적절한 운영형태 및 현장 실습 단계에 따른 세부 업무 내용에 대해 기술하였다.

본 연구는 자치단체의 행정구역을 넘어서서 확장되고 있는 산업클러스터를 지원하기 위한 산업지원체계의 구축에 관한 것이다. 많은 산업클러스터들은 두 개 혹은 그 이상의 자치단체를 넘어서서 확대되는 경향이 있는 바, 이렇듯 산업클러스터가 행정구역의 범위를 넘어서 성장함에 따라, 이를 뒷받침하는 행정지원체계에 있어서 다양한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 무엇보다도 산업클러스터가 필요로 하는 산업지원서비스나 인프라공급이 원활히 되지 않거나 자치단체간의 이해 상충에 의해 서비스나 인프라 구축의 효율성이 저하될 수 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 산업클러스터를 지방정부간 협력에 의해 광역적 차원에서 구축하거나 지원하는 다양한 사례들을 검토하여 이들의 유형을 네 가지로 구분하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석으로부터 정책적 시사점을 추출한 바, 광역적 산업지원체계의 구축은 주로 '지역개발기구 설립에 의한 외자유치', '광역적 산업단지의 협력적 개발', '광역적 클러스터를 지원하는 통계 및 정책 개발, '클러스터내 기업들을 중심으로 대학, 연구기관간의 전자네트워크 구축' 등에 중점을 두는 것이 바람직한 것으로 종합되었다.

Regional INformation Network Center has constructed integrated VAN among the heterogeneous computers and core technical information database for machinery & materials-oriented enterprises in the Changwon & Masan Industrial complex. As the result of RINNet project, regional industrial companies can take advantage of getting core technical information for developing new technology and strengthening competitive power. Accordingly, RINNet(Regional INformation Network for science & technology) makes regional industrial companies possible to collect, acquire and use technical information rapidly and motivates regional society to form the rapid technical interchange system and cooperative system among industrial-educational-institutal complex.

한국경제(韓國經濟)의 지식경제화(知識經濟化)를 촉진하여 국가경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 새로운 노사관계(勞使關係)가 확립되어야 한다. 과거 대량생산경제에서는 혁신의 기초가 노동을 실물자산으로 대체하는 것이었기 때문에 노사간의 이해대립은 물론 혁신에 대한 노동자의 저항도 불가피한 것이었다. 그러나 지식경제(知識經濟)에서는 지식노동(知識勞動)과 실물자산(實物資産)이 서로 보완관계에 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육과 숙련에 대한 투자는 수확체증(收穫遞增)을 보이고 있으므로 지식경제(知識經濟)에서는 지식(知識)과 숙련을 증진시키는데 노사가 공동의 이해관계를 갖게 된다. 그러므로 지식경제(知識經濟)에서는 협력적(協力的) 노사관계(勞使關係)가 가치창출을 극대화하기 위해서 필수적이다. 한국에서 협력적(協力的) 노사관계(勞使關係)를 정착시키기 위해서는 '노사정위원회(勞使政委員會)'의 적극적인 역할이 필요하다.

본 연구는 2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감, 조직신뢰, 협력의사의 관계를 규명하기 위해 강원도 W, F리조트를 이용하는 동호인을 모집단으로 선정하여 목적적 표집방법으로 341명을 표집한 후 SPSS/WIN VERSION 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구목적과 방법을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기대감과 조직신뢰 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 경제/산업, 사회/문화요인은 조직신뢰에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기대감과 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 사회/문화요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 조직신뢰의 하위요인인 믿음요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

This paper deals with the introduction of capstone design project by team activities in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Korea Maritime University. This course is referred to as Creative Engineering Design for spring semester of 4th-year undergraduates. The course focuses on creative thinking and cooperative mind to students by learning engineering design skills, realizing their idea through design project and recognizing practicality of their systems. The intent of the course is to provide a true "capstone" experience, where students can combine their skills to achieve the successful completion of a project. This paper describes class process and evaluation method, and cooperative works with mentees and industrial mentors connected through Hanium network for IT mentoring activities.

Large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises businesses have tried finding cooperative partner models through win-win activity. In this study, certain factors were researched, which affect on the achievements by win-win activity of large corporative and SMEs from a standpoint of development by SMEs, the establishment of confidence, technical innovation and competence of value chain competence in order to enforce supplying value under the win-win activity. The result of this research presents that the achievement of win-win activity by large corporations and SMEs is related positively to developmental capability, cooperative culture, developmental innovation, innovation of process, outer technological innovation and value chain.

본 연구는 기술협력 전략에 대해 선행연구에서 제기하는 문제들을 가설로 설정하고 기술혁신조사 자료를 이용하여 다항로짓모형으로 기술협력 유형의 결정요인에 대해 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 의미 있는 결론들을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업/제품 특성은 협력 유형을 결정하는 유의한 결정요인이 아닌 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 연구개발 조직 특성은 공식적인 R&D 조직 협력 유형을 결정하는 유의한 결정요인으로 나타난다. 셋째, 정부지원 특성은 매우 유의한 결정 요인으로 작용하며 더 많은 정부지원을 받을수록 공공형 협력을 채택할 가능성이 높다. 넷째, 기업이 속한 산업의 기술수준은 협력 유형을 결정하는 요인이며, 기술수준이 높을수록 수직형 협력 유형을 선호한다. 본 연구는 기술협력과 관련된 다양한 연구들에서 제기하고 있는 가설들을 실증분석하여 앞으로 기술협력 전략과 관련된 분야에서 다양한 연구의 기준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
