  • 생태산업단지의 산업 공생망 구성을 위한 다중척도 의사결정 전략을 개발하고 이를 여수산업단지의 산/염기성 폐수 중화망 설계에 적용하였다. 산(또는 염기)성 폐수는 화학산업에서 공통적으로 나오며, 다른 곳에서 나온 염기(또는 산)성 폐수를 자체적으로 중화할 수 있는 원료가 될 수 있다. 따라서 산/염기성 폐수가 대량으로 발생되는 석유화학산업단지에서 대규모의 산업 공생망을 구축할 수 있는 가능성을 지나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산/염기성 폐수의 상호 중화를 위한 물질 흐름 모델을 구성하고, 여기에 다중척도의사결정 전략을 적용하여 최적이며 대등한 다수의 산업 공생망 후보를 설계하고 이들의 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

충청남도 산업단지의 오·폐수처리실태 분석 (Analysis on the Actual Conditions of Wastewater Treatment Facilities in Chungcheongnam-do Province Industrial Complexes)

  • This study was carried out to survey the actual conditions of wastewater treatment facilities to obtain basic data for the management of wastewater from industrial complexes in Chungcheongnam-do province. Wastewater production flow per site area by watersheds was $49.2m^3/km^2/d$ for Sapgyoho, $8.1m^3/km^2/d$ for Anseongcheon, $5.7m^3/km^2/d$ for Seohae, and $2.9m^3/km^2/d$ for Geumgang. Sapgyoho showed 75% of the total production flow, which was the highest value, Geumgang showed 4% of total flow, which was the lowest value. Average total extra rate as production flow/capacity flow in the wastewater treatment facilities for industrial complex is 49%. Considering by watersheds, the extra rates of Seohae, Geumgang, Anseongcheon, and Sapgyoho, are 73%, 65%, 62%, and 33% respectively. This means that the design of capacity flow in wastewater treatment facilities was too large. Effluent concentration of wastewater treatment facilities did not exceed discharge limit mostly. The removal efficiency rate for water quality item was 90% in BOD, 70% in COD, 80% in SS, 30 to 80% in TN, and 20 to 90% in TP, so the organic removal was good, but the nutrient removal was low and interval of variation was high. The removal efficiency rate of the agricultural was industrial complexes is lower than the national and local complexes. The construction cost of the wastewater treatment facilities in Chungcheongnam-do was $1,756Won\;per\;m^3$, treatment cost was $189Won\;per\;m^3$, and they were about two times and 1.2 times higher than the nation-wide cost, respectively. The treatment cost consists of 39% for man power, 21% for chemical, 16% for power, 11% for sludge treatment, and 13% for others.

고농도(高濃度) 유기물(有機物) 및 질소(窒素)를 함유(含有)한 산업폐수처리(産業廢水處理) 시스템 개발(開發) (Development of a System to Treat Industrial Wastewater with High Carbonaceous and Nitrogenous Materials)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a system for treating industrial wastewater with high carbonaceous and nitrogenous materials. To investigate the potential of using this system, a number of experiments are conducted for about 7 months with the varieties of COD and $NH_3-N$ concentrations, and hydraulic retention time. In the system, 1,500mg/L of COD is remover over 95% in a retention time as low as 9 hours, and the $NH_3-N$ removal efficience is nearly 100% with 90mg/L of $NH_3-N$ in the influent. These results illustrate that the system can effectively be used to treat industrial wastewater containing high concentration of COD and $NH_3-N$.

섬유 형태에 따른 염색폐수 배출특성 연구 (Studies on the Effluent Characteristics of Dyeing Wastewater by Textile Classification)

  • In order to investigate the characteristics of the non-biodegradable material, the $BOD_5/COD_{Cr}$ ratio was used. The average ratio of industrial complex's influent wastewater was 2.29~2.96, the effluent ratio was 4.29~19.0. The removal efficiency of $UV_{254}$ by physicochemical treatment was 22.8~94.7% and 5.3~77.2% by biological treatment, respectively. Of the wastewater removal efficiency for each of the items, the $BOD_5$ treatment efficiency was the greatest at 97.3% and the color & TN treatment efficiency was 40~70%. The study of the economical assessment showed that the complex as well as the individual companies spent 722~1,298 won for each ton of treated wastewater. All of the wastewater treatment facilities spent the most money on chemicals needed to treat the wastewater. The total cost for Nylon manufacturing wastewater treatment plant was the greatest while the total cost for cotton manufacturing wastewater treatment plant turned out to the lowest. As respects of removal efficiency and economocal assessment, Polyester A and Cotton manufacturing wastewater treatment plants were better effective than a dyeing industrial complex wastewater treatment plant.

공장폐수가 혼합된 하수처리장의 하수처리 특성 (Characteristics of wastewater treatment of sewage mixed with industrial wastewater)

  • 본 연구는 간헐적으로 공장폐수가 유입되고 있는 하수처리시설에 대하여 각 단위공정별 운전현황 조사와 수질 측정을 실시하여 운전특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 생물반응조의 운전조건은 MLSS 농도 2,000~3,000 mg/L, HRT 5.3~16.3 시간, SRT 2.8~66.6 일 범위를 나타내었고, SVI는, 최적 범위인 50~150을 상회하여, 200 이상의 측정값이 빈번히 발생하여 슬러지 침강성이 양호하지 않은 것으로 관측되었다. 주요 원인은 공장폐수의 유입에 기인한 것으로 판단되며, 이와 같이 공장폐수 유입 시 생물반응조내의 MLDO가 급격히 상승하고 질산화 효율이 빠르게 감소하며 이차침전지에서는 Pin floc.이 유출되는 현상이 발생하였다. 미생물 관측결과, 다양한 세균 플록과 섬모충류 등이 관측되었으나, Bulking 발생의 원인이 되는 사상균인 Sphaeotilus와 방선균 등도 발견되었다. 단위공정별 처리효율은 평균적으로는 대체로 양호한 처리효율을 나타내고 있었으나 간헐적인 공장폐수 유입의 영향으로 인한 생물반응조의 운전특성의 불안정성으로, 처리효율의 변동성이 크게 나타나고 있었다.

내부탄소원을 이용한 돈사폐수의 탈질화 (Denitrification of Piggery Wastewater by Internal Carbon Source)

  • This research aims to investigate the effects of an internal carbon source in the denitrification of piggery wastewater. In this study, the raw wastewater and the effluent from each of anoxic basin and anaerobic basin were used as the internal carbon sources. The experiments were carried out in batch system and the results are as follows ; i) Denitrification rates were the highest in the raw wastewater and the lowest in the anaerobic effluent. ii) The piggery wastewater contained about 60 percent of the readily biodegradable organic(RDCOD), which led to a conclusion that the raw wastewater could be used as the internal carbon source for the denitrification. For the efficient denitrification, pre-denitrification process was found profitable. iii) In denitrification, alkalinity production rates were in the range of 3.4 to $3.6mgCaCO_3/mgNO_3-N$. iv) The denitritation of piggery wastewater came out to be possible, and the rate of organic carbon consumption decreased about 10 percent.

산업계 유기성폐기물 바이오가스 생산 효율에 관한 연구 (Study on bio-gas production efficiency from industrial organic waste)

  • This study focuses on the feasibility of bio-gas production using anaerobic digestion by measuring methane generation and biodegradability through the BMP test of industrial organic wastes. Organic wastes consist of entrails of pigs and organic residues of rumen generated from slaughter houses, wastewater sludge from slaughter waste water, fish offal and residues of vegetables from public wholesale markets, and wastewater sludge from the process of wastewater treatment in paper mill. The cumulative methane production by BMP test ranges from 149.3 ml/g-VS to 406.6 ml/g-VS and this is similar to methane generation of the normal wastewater sludge and food waste. As a result of measurement of biodegradability, wastewater sludge (S1 ~ S4) is low, ranging from 27.1% to 58.9 % and organic residues of rumen (G1) is low at 49.6 %. In conclusion, it turned out that raising the hydrolysis by various pre-treatments is necessary in order to produce bio-gas by using industrial organic wastes.
