인도네시아에서의 산업조림과 A/R CDM 사업 경제성 분석 (An Economic Analysis of Industrial Forest Plantation and A/R CDM Project in Indonesia)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인도네시아의 산업조림 및 A/R CDM 사업 투자자에게 조림사업의 수익성을 비교분석하여 그 결과를 제공하는데 있다. 인도네시아의 산업조림 및 A/R CDM 사업의 경제성 분석을 위해서 산업조림 유형, A/R CDM 유형, 산업조림과 A/R CDM 사업의 혼합 유형 등 3가지 시나리오를 구성하였다. 유형별 내부 투자수익율(IRR)을 보면 혼합 유형이 11%로서 가장 높고 산업조림 유형이 8%이다. 산업조림 유형의 목재 가격에 따른 민감도를 보면 목재 가격이 USD $30/m^3$에서 USD $35/m^3$로 상승 시에는 내부수익율은 8%에서 14%로 높아져 목재 가격에 따른 민감도가 75%로서 매우 높게 나타났다. A/R CDM 사업의 경우 lCER 가격이 USD 5 이하일 경우에는 사업 타당성이 없는 것으로 분석되었으며 USD 10일 경우 산업조림의 IRR(8%)과 동일한 것으로 분석되었다. 1만 2천ha의 조림 투자 대상지에 들어가는 비용을 보면, 혼합 유형이 약 132억원으로 산업조림 유형 136억원에 비하여 적게 소요되며 11년째부터 흑자 전환(산업조림 유형은 13년)되어 혼합 유형의 시나리오가 가장 경제성이 높은 것으로 분석 되었다.

  • The importance of the industrial safety has been growing gradually as well as the prevention activities on industrial accidents. Industrial accident rates have been decreasing by the prevention activities. However, the fatal industrial accidents such as the death tend to increase and risk per accident has increased. The previous studies on the industrial accidents focus on the entire accidents. However, these studies are lacking for the fatal industrial accidents such as the death. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics and trend of death which occurred by industrial accident, based on the real data of deaths collected last 5 years from 1999 to 2003 in korea. This paper suggests a analysis method using MDS(MultiDimensional Scaling) that considers accidents variables and properties simultaneously. We evaluate MDPREF (Multidimensional Analysis of Preference Data), one of the MDS analysis, to know the relations between the type of industry and region as well as the type of industry and occupation. This paper finds the type of industry which has high possibilities of death by regional groups. In addition, we find the type of occupation which has high possibilities of death by the type of industry. These findings indicate that industrial classification should be differently controled according to type of occupation and region.

Discovering Relationships between Skin Type and Life Style Using Data Mining Techniques: A Case Study of Korea

  • With the growing interest in skincare and maintenance, there are increasing numbers of studies on the classification of skin type and the factors influencing each type. This study presents a novel methodology by using data mining, for the determination of the relationships between skin type, lifestyle, and patterns of cosmetic utilization. Eight skin-specific factors, which are moisture, sebum in U-zone (both cheeks), sebum in T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), pore, melanin, wrinkle, acne, hemoglobin, were measured in 1,246 subjects living in South Korea, in conjunction with a questionnaire survey analyzing their lifestyles and pattern of cosmetic utilization. Using various multivariate statistical methods and data mining techniques, we classified the skin types based on the skin-specific values, determined the relationship between skin type and lifestyle, and accordingly sorted the subjects into clusters. Logistic regression analysis revealed gender-related differences in the skin; therefore, separate analyses were performed for males and females. Using the Gaussian Mixture Modeling (GMM) technique, we classified the subjects based on skin type (two male and four female). Using the ANOVA and decision tree techniques, we attempted to characterize the relationship between each skin type and the lifestyles of the subjects. Menstruation, eating habits, stress, and smoking were identified as the major factors affecting the skin.

산업환경 변화에 대응한 새로운 산업단지 유형 개발 연구: 네트워크형 산업단지 (Study on the New Type of Industrial Complex in Response to Changes in Industrial Environment: Network-type Industrial Complex)

  • 기존의 산업단지 개발은 대규모 단일 공간 집적형태로 신규 부지를 활용하여 개발하는 방식이나 4차 산업혁명 시대는 스마트한 기술적용과 융복합화를 지원할 수 있는 새로운 입지모델 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새로운 산업단지 공급유형으로 단일공간에 대규모로 집적하는 형태가 아닌 다수의 공간에 분산 배치하여 연계하는 방식으로서 '네트워크형 산업단지'를 제시하였다. 새로운 입지모델 개발을 위해 기업체 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 약 89%의 기업이 네트워크형 산업단지의 필요성을 인식하였으며, 동 산단의 활성화를 위한 조건으로서 '상호 보완기능형성', '결절지간 교통편리성'을 선택하였다. 네트워크형 산업단지는 도시공간과의 개방 연계 지향 및 기반인프라 공유 등을 통해 저비용 고효율화 산단으로 기능할 것으로 전망된다.

  • A real object duplication system (RODS), including three dimensional (3D) scanner and solid freeform fabrication system (SFFS), is a device to make three-dimensional objects directly from the drawing or photo data. A Selective Multi-Laser Sintering (SMLS) process designed in this paper is by which computer images received using 3D scanner are built up from polymer powder on building room of large size using dual laser at industrial type SFF system. Using the process can rapidly produce real object duplication components of industrial type such as cylinder, engine block, chassis of automobile, etc. In this paper, the industrial type SFF system using SMLS process is manufactured and the system is satisfied with high precision and high speed processing technique. To research characteristics of each part for theindustrial type SFF system, a structure and thermal analysis and test of each part is carried out. Also, to achievement of high performance for industrial type SFF system, design and fabrication for the structure, heater, nitrogen supply, laser and control part are carried out.

제어방식에 따른 산업용 수냉각기의 운전 특성 비교 (A Comparison of Operating Characteristics for Industrial Water Cooler with Variation of Control Methods)

  • This paper presents a comparison of operating characteristics for industrial water cooler with variation control methods. The performance analysis regarding the characteristics of condensation capacity, evaporation capacity, compressor load, COP of an on-off type cooler, a hot gas-bypass control type cooler and an inverter control type cooler with respect to the system load is reviewed, respectively. The primary results are as following: the variation of required compressor load of an on-off type cooler with respect to load is 5%, that of hot gas-bypass type is 18% and 66% for an inverter control type cooler. As the result shows, an inverter control type yields relatively huge difference of required compressor load compared to other types of control system. In terms of partial load, COP of an inverter control type cooler presents the highest value, and is considered as the optimized type for the used of the system involving frequent partial load.

  • The human resources of an enterprise is very important to survive in these days of business environment. This study investigates the influence of four behavioral types in MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as a key conception of organizational effectiveness. The focus of this study is to investigate the effects of R&D employee's four behavioral types in MBTI and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study show that organizational effectiveness is influenced by personality types and working conditions. According to the result, First, about the analysis of differences in job satisfaction, EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type (3.56) and EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type (3.43) are higher than IJ (Introversion Judging)-type (3.07) and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type (3.03) of four behavioral types in MBTI. So an enterprise makes various efforts to enhance job satisfaction for IJ (Introversion Judging)-type and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type. Second, For improving the organizational effectiveness that is job satisfaction and immersion, an enterprise must make favorable working conditions to each four behavioral types in MBTI of R&D employees. In order to improve job satisfaction, the enterprise will provide IJ (Introversion Judging)-type with support for collegiality and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type. Finally, in the case of EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type, the enterprise must admit failure for efforts. In order to improve job immersion, the enterprise will provide IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors, the vision of company and compensation for creative work. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type.

  • In this work, a novel semi-internal type UHF PD sensor has been proposed and related investigations has been performed in order to detect the partial discharges that could be possibly produced at the insulation system of the gas insulated switchgear(GIS). This sensor was designed to mount on the CT terminal hole of GIS using the spiral antenna theory. Therefore this type sensor can be install on GIS during the power apparatus has been operation and better sensitivity compare to the commercial external type UHF PD sensor.

공장창호의 환기특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ventilation Characteristics of Industrial Windows)

  • Industrial natural ventilation systems consist of gravity ventilator, the high/low windows and doors. Especially, the high windows play an important role in the industrial natural ventilation systems. Generally speaking, industrial high windows are divided into 3 types; louver type, $45^{\circ}$ open type and $90^{\circ}$ open type. This study was numerically and experimentally conducted. Three types of windows were tested to know the ventilation characteristics and estimate the ventilation efficiencies. Numerically, computational fluid dynamics software (AIR PAK Ver. 2.0) was used to observe the flow characteristics inside the industrial building and the concentration contours generated by the tracer gas method. Experimentally, the flow visualization technique and the tracer gas method were applied with the model building to characterize the flow pattern inside the model building and to estimate the ventilation efficiencies with the different windows. It was found that $90^{\circ}$ open type window was most effective for the discharge of pollutants from the industrial building. On the other hand, the louver type window was found to be less effective than any other windows.
