The purpose of this study is to increase the economical efficiency and the efficiency of MIS user's attitudes. It hypothesized that an attitudes of users are different from an environmental variables and demographic variables of an organization. So, it selected attitude variables as moderating variables. The sample in this study is the management staff of financial industries only, and the data are selected by field study using a questionnaire. The hypotheses adopted were analyzed statistically by t-test and ANOVA etc.

It is revealed that there is still considerable interest in job satisfaction and that a growing number of methods are being used to study satisfaction. In particular I reviewed studies using methodologies such as interviews, questionnaires, and diary studies. Overall. my review suggests that working roles change for individuals and theoretical perspectives fade or rise for scholars, the experience of job satisfaction continues to play a central role in understanding life at work.

The Purpose of this study was to review the theoretical background of burnout in child care teachers organization. Personal factors, Organizational factors, social factors and the factors affecting burnout I examined. The results of this study were as follows. First, Child care teachers need to be burnout to participate in Prevention programs. Second, child care teacher is required to ensure proper staffing, improved working environment through compliance with statutory working hours. Third, Various institutional arrangements required to control the variables affecting child care teachers. Fourth, Child care teacher's role to prevent excessive strategy is needed.

This study investigated the current industrial hygiene status of China, a socialistic country, to explore the future direction of industrial hygiene of in Korea. In China, the industrial hygiene is called as labor hygiene, which includes industrial health and industrial hygiene. The main goal of labor hygiene is to protect the health of laborers, promote the productivity and ensure the development of industry and agriculture. Started since the foundation of People's Republic of China in 1949, the labor hygiene developed with the occupational disease science which belongs to clinical medicine, has grown today as an independent science. The labor hygiene has made a rapid progress, especially for the last 20 years. The scope of industrial hygiene was expanded from the prevention and treatment of silicosis to pneumoconiosis and o.ther occupational poisoning caused toxic substances. In addition, not only the prevention of industrial toxication but also the prevention of hazards of phisical causes were included in the scope of industrial hygiene. Based on activation of health centers, the organization for the prevention & treatment of occupational diseases was established at the city, county and state. The industrial hygiene monitoring is being carried out through clear division and partition system.

Since 100PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Industrial Advancement Administration in 1995, 100PPM Quality Innovation Movement has contributed much to the enhancement of quality competitiveness of Korea's parts industry. And in 2000, raised to a higher level, Single PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Small and Medium Business Administration. Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement seeks to reduce the number of defects to below 10, out of one million industrial items produced. Ultimately, Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement aims at achieving perfection, by enabling a zero defect rate In industrial production through the participation of all members of an organization. So this study aims to show the tangible and intangible effects of Single PPM Quality Certification System. and to suggest a methodology to improve current problems of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement.

The landscape structure of the both pre-industrial and industrial cities should be influenced to the topographical feature , religious thoughts, political ruling system and history. In the major socio-cultural factors in the pre-industrial townscapes in korea, the Feng - Shui(poongsu) which is an acient human settlement organization system based on the “Yin - Yang” principle and “Five Elements” and “Chryaegogong”system were the most important factors to the formation of traditional town scape in Korea. The landscape during the Japanese colonial periods were basically reorganized through change of “Boundary”, “Center” “Direction(path)” and “Domain” which were expressed by distinct traditional townscape in Yi dynasty. The physical shapes, meanings and behaviors of townscape were expressed properly of the intention of the colonization. As changes to the mordern industrial cities, the townscape had been amended landscape elements of the Japanese imperialism to an ideology of rebirth nation. Also as changes to the modern industrial cities, “Boundary”, “Center”, and “Domain” spreaded into the suburbs by funtionalsm and these were expressed an incoherent value system which were the advancement of growth, pursuit policies as well as an advancement of science techniques.

The mechanization of production facilities being made rapid progress, and its function being diversified and complicated for industrialized period, the relation between machine and Its operator brings about many problems which are concerned with accident. In these circumstance, the purpose of industrial safety can not be properly achieved as considered by only one side of machine or man. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to cope with the safety of man-machine system. It has to be considered in the above mentioned contents that safety management can not be attained through only technique of numerical control. The cause of accident being studied scientifically, the service of safety problems has to be systematized and operated in rational safety organization. The purpose of this thesis is to consider preventing and decreasing industrial accident from production system field by means of the improvement of worker's own safety consciousness and introducing the function of safety management to the duties of labour union.

This study attempts to provide the foundation for a possibility that industrial su n.0, pporting organization can be strong information centers if they fortify their information dissemination activities, along with the basic functions. The following conclusions are resulted from the analysis in the operations of libraries, service methods and their publications of the information activities provided by the industrial su n.0, pporting organizations. First, the organizations have not be acquiring enough information materials. The services for bibliographic information should guarantee the uses of original documents. Second, the number of organizations providing on-line information services has been increasing, but the provided materials are nothing but their own materials produced during performing the basic functions. Third, the speedy information provision and efficient information dissemination for the end-users in the distance may be possible through on-line service, but it requires information analysis function to select the necessary information in our industrial environment. Forth, th information activities provided by the libraries of industrial su n.0, pporting organizations should be fortified.

The paper discusses technology platforms as an instrument of science, technology and innovation policy in light of their use in industrial R&D. The authors assert that the technology platforms approach as a policy concept refects special organizational and institutional features learned from industrial technology platforms. The characteristics of industrial technology platforms are reviewed, and their impact on the organization of research, development and innovation activities in companies is explored. Second, the industrial technology platform is examined in the context of European Technology Platforms and the recent initiative for technology platforms in Russia. Finally, the technology platform concept implications for the STI policy context are discussed.
