  • 본 논문은 하이브리드 전기자동차를 위한 에어컨 압축기용 구동 드라이브에 대해 연구하였다. 전기자동차의 경우 열악한 환경에서 구동되기 때문에 센서리스 타입은 필수적이며, 고효율화와 고집적화를 위해서 매입형 영구자석 전동기 IPMSM (Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronizing Motor)을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 사용된 IPMSM은 비정현적인 역기전력과 입력전류를 가지기 때문에 기존 IPMSM의 센서리스 방식은 불가능하다. 이를 해결하기 위해 최소차원의 관측기를 구성하고 속도함수에 의한 가변차단주파수에 의한 강인한 필터회로를 이용한 새로운 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

  • In this paper, the variable tendency of the piezoelectric constant and resonance characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramics due to the electric field is studied. The practical application of piezoelectric ceramics is not only applied in field of small signal. For example, in case of an ultrasonic motor, 120 ${\sim}$ 130Vrms of driving voltage is needed. Therefore, to examine the characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics in large signal contributes to reducing the susceptibility to the multifarious application and securing the ease of the production of control circuit. These contributions may be connected to the expansion of industrial application. We fabricated disk-type piezoelectric ceramic samples by using conventional method and measured the resonance characteristics of these samples under from low to high voltage driving conditions. According to increasing the value of the input voltage, we measured the resonance frequency of the piezoelectric ceramic, and inquired into the cause of these phenomena.

  • The industrial products to use single phase inverter are raised the necessity of power quality improvement, such as AC Motor Driver, Lighting, Renewable energy power converter. Also, it is increasing that applied the single phase multilevel inverter for high quality power at renewable energy power converter. Especially, the photovoltaic multilevel inverters have at least more than two DC_Link and more than one DC/DC Converter. This paper proposes a triple output DC/DC Converter with one switch for photovoltaic multilevel inverter. The proposed converter has advantages of low cost and volume because it has one switch. The operation principle of the converter is analyzed and verified. A prototype is implemented to verify of the proposed converter.

  • This paper describes a monitoring system for fish farm formation effect based on personal computer by using an image processing technique. This method is based on image processing technique incorporating concept of window and threshold processing to track the target object and to distinguish it from background. The image processing program runs in the veal time so that all program modules are able to process multi-task. The effectiveness is evaluated through the comparative study on the motion of lantern net for the scallop culturing by wave action in an experimental wave tank.

  • With the recent acceleration of industrial technologies and active research, wearable robot technologies have been applied to various fields. To study the utility of wearable robots, basic research on kinetic mechanisms of the human body, bio-signal analysis, and system control are essential. In this study, we investigated the basic structure of a wearable system and the operating principles of a driving mechanism. The control system and supporting structure, which comprise the driving mechanism, were designed and manufactured. Motion and load analyses were performed simultaneously for the design of the kinematic drive, and the driving mechanism was constructed by analyzing walking motion. The operating conditions of the cylinder were verified by stride via driving experiments. Further, the accuracy and responsiveness of the system were confirmed by comparison with actual motion, and the system safety was validated by applying loads.

  • 본 논문에서는 SMC(Soft Magnetic Composit)의 특성이 고려된 구동시스템에 대한 특성 분석을 실시하였다. SMC는 기존의 전기강판과는 다른 자기적 특성으로 인해 기존 전기강판을 구동하는 시스템과 다른 특성을 지닌다. 본 논문은 이러한 SMC의 특성을 고려하기 위해서 FEM을 통해서 모터의 특성을 고려하였고, 인버터의 특성을 고려하기 위해서 Spice를 이용하여 FEM과 Spice의 연성해석을 통해 자기적 특성이 다른 모터의 구동 시스템에 대한 해석을 실시하였다.

  • With increase of servo motor In industrial and home application, a number of papers related to PMSM control have been researched. Among them, sensorless control schemes are especially concerned in the view point of its cost reduction. In the conventional approach, a rotor position is generally estimated by the integration of estimated rotor speed. In this method, because of their tight relationship between the amplitude of back-emf and rotor position. it is somewhat difficult to find two parameters at the same time. To solve this problem, a novel sensorless control scheme is proposed. It utilizes a back-emf normalization, so it does not requires the variables related with the amplitude of back-emf. The validity of the proposed control scheme was verified through experimental results.

  • A single phase induction motor (SPIM) rated in fractional horsepower is widely used in home and industrial equipment: washing machines, fans, refrigerators, etc. In this paper, authors present the experimental results of the SPIM under controlling of currents of main and auxiliary windings by using a one-chip micro stator(OMS). This new starting method is developed to replace the conventional starting device consisted with a mechanical switch and a capacitor. In mentioned method, the soft-starting of SPIM is simply implemented and higher efficiency is obtained in comparison with conventional condenser type SPIM.

  • In the industrial motor drive systems, a torsional vibration is often generated because of the elastic elements in torque transmission. One of general methods for the system is H$\infty$ controller to suppress the torsional vibration and reject the torque disturbance. vibration and reject the torque disturbance. Moreover, the two-degrees-of-freedom controller, which includes the H$\infty$ controller, is designed in order to improve the command following property. In this paper, we propose a new H$\infty$ controller with partial state feedback. This method having simple structure satisfies with the fast command following property and the attenuation of disturbances and vibrations simultaneously, just like the complicated TDOF H$\infty$ controller

  • The switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive system provides a good adjustable speed and torque characteristics. SRM has the possibility of maintaining full power over a wide speed range. So, many attempts are being done from home appliances to industrial machinery and tools. Especially, a traction drive of an SRM is one of a good application for it's DC-series characteristic. However, because of the switching mechanism, it has some disadvantage of noise and vibration. It is difficult to adopt to an appliance demanding silency. A noise simulation and design of 6/4 and 12/8 SRM was done in order to compare each other was done.
