AC 견인용 유도전동기의 장하비에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Magnetic Loading and Electric Loading Ratio of AC Induction Motor for Traction Purpose)

  • Designing of the squirrel cage AC Traction Motor has many difficulties which has to be small size in order to be suitable into bogie frame, high efficiency and light weight. It means that induction motor for tractive purpose has to be different magnetic and electric loading ratio from industrial induction motor. This paper is devoted to an examination of how this ratio affects overall design concept and hence the main design points for traction motor. Also studied is tile changed coefficients of the magnetic and electric loading ratio squirrel cage induction motor for the traction purpose which has been already identified from tile reference book for industrial purpose induction motor.

알팔파 재분화에서 배지조성에 따른 뿌리 유도율 조사 (Examination of Root Induction Ratio for Regeneration of Alfalfa by Medium Component)

  • 알팔파 종자를 $3\;mg/{\ell}$의 2,4-D를 첨가한 SH 배지에서 배양하여 캘러스를 유도하였으며, 캘러스를 SH 배지에 $5\;mg/{\ell}$의 NAA와 $2\;mg/{\ell}$의 kinetin을 첨가한 배지에서 28~30일간 배양하고, $11\;mg/{\ell}$의 2,4-D와 $1\;mg/{\ell}$의 kinetin을 첨가한 배지에서 3~5일간 배양 후, $1.6\;g/{\ell}$의 (${NH_4}_2{SO_4}$$5.75\;g/{\ell}$의 proline을 첨가한 배지에서 21~25일간 배양하여 완전히 재분화된 식물체와 많은 수의 shoot를 얻었다. 알팔파의 재분화 과정에서 뿌리가 유도되는 효율을 높이기 위해, SH salt의 양과 호르몬 양을 달리한 8종의 배지에서 각각 뿌리가 유도되는 정도를 조사해 본 결과, SH 기본배지를 사용한 것에 비해 IBA를 첨가했을 때 뿌리 유도율이 높았으며, 배지 1 리터당 1.5 mg의 IBA를 첨가했을 때 부리 유도율이 56.0%로서 가장 높았다. 또한 SH salt의 양을 1/2로 줄이고 IBA 첨가량을 다르게 하여 뿌리 유도율을 조사했을 때, SH 기본배지를 사용한 것에 비해 SH salt의 양을 1/2로 줄이고 뿌리 유도율이 높아졌으며, IBA를 첨가했을 때 푸리 유도율이 높았다. 이상의 결과에서 알팔파의 뿌리를 유도하기 위한 배지는, IBA 첨가량을 $1.5\;mg/{\ell}$로 하고 SH salt의 양을 1/2로 줄여서 사용하는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper proposes the control algorithm for maximum efficiency drive of PWM inverter - induction motor system with high dynamic performance. If the induction motor is driven under light load with rated magnetizing current, the Iron loss is excessively large compared with the codder loss which results in doer motor efficiency. Maximum efficiency drive of an induction motor can be achieved by controlling the magnetizing current to satisfy the optimal ratio that leads the total motor loss to be a minimum value at a given speed. The proposed control algorithm essentially uses vector control technique and adopts voltage decoupling control strategy to prevent the degradation of dynamic performance due to reduced magnetizing current. To verify the proposed method, digital simulations and experiments are carried out for a squirrel-cage induction motor with the rating of 2.2[kW].

  • In the present study, a mean torque predictive model has been proposed and experimentally validated. It includes induction air mass model, fuel delivery model and mean production mode. Air induction and fuel delivery model considering dynamic behaviors of air induction and fuel delivery were proposed to predict the air-fuel ratio excursions under transient condition. Torque function model reflects thermal efficiency, volumetric efficiency, friction and effect of spark timing. In the spark timing model, knock limit and acceleration retard are included. Experiments were carried out to validate the simulation model for the step changes of throttle at constant engine speed. The results show reasonable agreements between simulation and experiment at fully warmed condition. Using this model, fueling strategies are varied with fast throttle open and it can predict air-fuel ratio excursion and IMEP.

  • The application of A.C. motor to servo system is rapidly increased according to the recent advance of power electronics and digital control techniques. The induction motor which has a simple structure and needs less maintenance is used in the industrial field for the variable speed and position control recently. In this paper, the current characteristic of the full-bridge resonant inverter is studied by comparing with the computer simulation and the laboratory experiment when the ratio of forced frequency to the natural frequency and the ratio of conduction time to the period at the given frequency is changed. And then, the full-bridge resonant inverter is applied to the speed control of single phase induction motor.

연료 송출용 제트펌프 3차원 전산해석 모델 (Three Dimensional Simulation Model of Fuel Delivery Jet Pump)

  • Jet pump in automotive fuel tank module is used to deliver fuel to fuel pump so that the pump is operated without aeration in suction side. In this study, three dimensional simulation model of jet pump is developed to understand performance variation over design parameters. Performance of jet pump is also investigated experimentally in terms of operating pressures. The experimental data is used to verify the three dimensional simulation model of jet pump. Verification results show that the three dimensional simulation model of jet pump is about 1% error with experiment. The simulations are conducted in terms of throat ratio and primary flow induction angle. As the throat ratio is increased, the flux ratio is trade-off at 3 times of throat diameter. On the other hand, as primary flow induction angle is increased, vapor pressure inside the nozzle is decreased. In summary, the results show that liquid jet pump has to be optimized over design parameters. Additionally, high velocity of induced flow is able to evolve cavitation phenomena inside the jet pump.

단상전원에 접속된 3상 유도전동기의 손실분석 (Loss Analysis of Three Phase Induction Motor Connected to Single Phase Source)

  • This paper analyzes the losses of a Steinmetz connection three-phase induction motor which is supplied by a single-phase source. The T-type equivalent circuit which is taken no-load losses into account is used to determine phase converter capacitive reactances at starting and rated speed by using the condition of the minimum voltage unbalance. The starting and the operating capacitor are replaced at the slip of the same voltage unbalance factor points which are depicted using two capacitive reactances. The operation characteristics are investigated by comparing with those of three-phase balanced operation to find the feasibility of single-phase operation. To analyze the losses of this motor, the output power decrease factor(OPDF), the loss ratio(LR), the no load loss ratio(NLLR), the copper loss ratio(CLR), the stator copper loss ratio(SCLR), and the rotor copper loss ratio(RCLR) are defined and simulated in the whole slip range. The simulated results show that OPDF is maintained almost uniformly, LR is low at low speed and high at high speed, CLR is higher !ban NLLR, but CLR varies concavely and NLLR varies convexly at high speed, SCLR is low at low speed and high at high speed, but SCLR varies convexly at high speed, and RCLR is nearly opposite to SCLR.

유도전동기의 고정자 권선고장 진단을 위한 팍스벡터 패턴의 왜곡률 연산에 대한 연구 (Study on Distortion Ratio Calculation of Park's Vector Pattern for Diagnosis of Stator Winding Fault of Induction Motor)

  • The diagnosis technique of stator winding faults based on Motor Current Signature Analysis(MCSA) was suggested. Park's vector pattern, the circle that is drawn by d-q transformed currents($i_d$, $i_q$), is widely used for stator winding faults detection. The current Distortion Ratio(DR), defined by the ratio of max axis and min axis of ellipse of Park's vector's pattern, was more simple and powerful method than the Park's vector pattern. In this study, a calculation method of distortion ratio of Park's vector pattern was suggested for auto diagnosis of stator winding short fault and usefulness of suggested calculation method of distortion ratio was verified through simulation using LabVIEW program.

  • The effect of cold reduction ratio on magnetic properties of 45% Ni-Fe permalloy was studied. To know the relationship between the crystal orientation and the magnetic properties, the pole figure was measured by X-ray diffraction method. In the case of single rolled reduction, the coercive force decreased with cold reduction ratio monotonically, but the maximum permeability, induction and squreness increased drastically. In the case of double rolled reduction (total reduction ratio is 90%), the saturation and residual induction increased slightly with secondary reduction ratio, but the maximum permeability and the coercive force had the maximum and the minimum value at the 50/50% reduction ratio respectively. And strong {100} <100> pole was developed by increasing the cold reduction ratio.
