This paper reviewed the awareness of the military personnel as to job training executed in the Korean army and to figure out how this job training affects the military morale and organizational performance. For this study, 220 volunteers were surveyed and analyzed using the SPSS statistical package program. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusion could be drawn. First, in the result of analysis on the status of-the-job education, the educational time marked 49.5% for 2-4 hours, the education of job capability development marked 77.7% for the content of education, and the charged instructor of job training marked 56.8% for the education department. Second, in the result of an analysis of job training on military morale, the recognition level of behavioral dimension increased with increasing participants' independence, and the satisfaction with the cognitive dimension increased with increasing participants' independence, continuous learning culture, and educational level. Moreover, the emotional score increased with increasing learning culture and educational level. Third, an analysis of the influences of job training on the organizational performance showed thatthe degree of job satisfaction increased with increasing learning motive and learning culture, and the organizational commitment increased with increasing instructor's quality. Fourth, regarding the influences of military morale upon the organizational performance, the higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment increased with increasing behavioral, cognitive, and emotional dimension. Therefore, military morale improves organizational performance and is an important factor in inducing individual development.

Entrepreneurship provides working opportunities to not only an entrepreneur himself but also many other people on the way its process. Boosting entrepreneurship, therefore, seems the most effective way for activating one's economy as well as creating jobs. This study examines factors that influence on entrepreneurial intention of Korean and Korean-Chinese's who will eventually be the potential entrepreneurs. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to individual psychological characteristics, and entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. Valid 247 questionnaires have been collected within about one month of 2013. Statistical processing of the data collected from this survey to take advantage of the statistical package SPSS 18.0 program through a process of data coding in the following ways: by frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. The result of analysis shows that risk-taking propensity and desire for self-achievement is not a significant factor to entrepreneurial intention in both countries. But entrepreneurial self-efficiency and entrepreneurial motivation positively influence entrepreneurial intention both of the Korean and Korean-Chinese. At the last, the study examines moderate effect, that is, whether social support influences on entrepreneurial intention as a moderate variable. it is confirmed that the social support does play a positive role to entrepreneurial intention. Beside, discussion is made on the implications of the study for academicians and practitioners, the limitations of the study, and some directions for future studies.

Objectives : This study is to evaluate the status of health promotion behaviors and life styles in rural areas. Methods : A self-administered questionnaire survey was carried out for 1,350(men 461 persons, women ; 889 persons) people in rural areas ages of 30 years and older in Buk-myun, Uljn-Gun and Kikye-myun, Pohang-City, Kyungsangbuk-Do from March 13 to 25 in 1999. We established health promoting scores by using data results. Collected data was analyzed through the chi-square trend test, Student's t-test, ANOVA and multiple comparison. The data was analyzed using a SPSS/win statistical package. Results The age-adjusted prevalence of individual health promoting behavior by sex was 39.4% in men and 94.0% in women in regard to non smoking 39.4% and 92.5% in non-drinking 17.2% and 13.1% in physical exercise on a regular basis 79.8% and 80.0% in a regular diet 81.6% and 75.6% in maintaining desirable body mass index 81.2% and 78.2% in sufficient physical rest 84.2% and 82.1% in sufficient mental rest 48.4% and 40.6% in supplemental intake for health. The age-adjusted proportion for a screening examination in stomach cancer by sex was 39.9% in men and 37.1% in women 31.8% and 28.0% in liver cancer 17.0% and 12.7% in colon cancer 37.0% and 31.0% in undergoing a medical health screening. The health promoting scores were statistically significant, higher in the younger aged women's group(p<0.01). In spite of very low health promoting scores, some men thought of themselves healthy. Conclusions : The health promoting scores showed a gradual improvement as ages in men increase. Although men in ages of 30 to 40 were found to have lower scores in their health promoting scores, they were still to believe that none of health status is problematic. However, it was shown a vice-versa effect in women. They thought of their health as in a bad condition, but in measurement scores outranked their personal beliefs. In general, as ages increase one tends to consider of his or her health status poor. Therefore the plans for health improvement are needed to be come up.
The United Nations Climate Change Conference, Durban 2011, ended on December 12, 2011, 36 hours over its schedule, delivering the Durban Package, which consisted of, inter alia, the extension of the period for Kyoto Protocol term and the launch of Ad-hoc working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action. Despite the positive progress made in Durban, the future of post-2012 climate regime still seems cloudy. Before the Durban conference, some of Annex I countries with emissions reduction commitment under the Kyoto Protocol's first commitment period openly declared their intention not to participate in the second one, reducing the effectiveness of Durban agreement. Parties to the conference have a long list of difficult issues disturbing the materialization of the new legal agreement in 2020 such as level of mitigation targets of individual countries and legal nature of their commitment. Given this uncertainty, the Korean government should reinforce its domestic climate policies rather than settling in the fact that it remains as a non-Annex I county party under the Durban Agreement due to the extension of the Kyoto Protocol period. Domestically, it needs to continue to raise the public awareness for rigorous climate policies to transit its economy to low carbon pathway which reduces the country's dependency on fossil fuel in the long term. It is also important to implement cost effective climate policies to cope with domestic resistance and international competitiveness. Internationally, its priority would be working for trust-building in the on-going negotiation meetings to encourage meaningful participation of all parties.
Mobile technology is accelerating innovative changes across all fields of our society as well as business environments. Especially, demands on mobile government (M-government) services have been increased gradually since e-government has improved national administration services dramatically. However, high-quality services which are acceptable to may users are not actually supplied because technical issues such as security on mobile e-government services have not solved and governance policy was not established yet. Previous studies show that most researches are devoted to technical ones or limited to theoretical exploratory study. As a result, developing useful guidelines which are practically and theoretically proved is one of the very important research issues. This study reviews the previous research works such as concept of mobile, e-government, M-government, technical trends of mobile, market situations, present status, and various case studies. And then we develop a research model with five factors, twenty four variables and seventy six measurement for measuring the influencing factors to adoption of M-government services. The model is composed of total 16 hypotheses, 22 variables, and 76 measurements. The model is analyzed by using statistical package SPSS (18.0) and AMOS (18.0) together with structural equation method based on 294 samples. The results show that the model is valid and there are statistically significant influence between ease of use and usefulness, ease of use and user's satisfactions, usefulness and intent of re-use, and user's satisfactions and intent of re-use, excepting usefulness and user's satisfaction, ease of use and intent of re-use did not affect significant influences. Especially, service quality, system quality, and relationship quality are identified as influencing factors to adaption of M-government service. The results are expected to provide a theoretical research framework which generate new research issues in M-government service area. It also can provide an useful guidelines to practical experts in successfully implementing M-government services. Further research directions are as follows. User's intents have to be studied in details by classifying users by individual, enterprise, and government as well as developing a new hypothetical model. Since M-government service is at the initial stage, longitudinal studies have to be conducted to trace the peoples' need in order to develop new high-quality mobile services.
Lifestyle is an important variable to understand consumer behavior because it is a lifestyle that is common to all members of society or some members of society. so In this study, the survey has been performed on adult mobile game users over the age of 20 in Korea and China to evaluate the correlation between lifestyle and will of continuous use of game by mobile game users, and the hierarchical multiple regression analysis has been performed on the collected data by using the statistical package program SPSS 20.0. There were total 212 respondents with the gender ratio of 50:50, and 107 respondents were Korean, and 105 respondents were Chinese. As a result of study, first, regardless of lifestyle, more male and more Chinese respondents showed higher will of continuous use. Second, among mobile game user lifestyles, the challenge-oriented, trend-oriented, conservative, and ostentatious lifestyles could become significant causal variables for the will of continuous use of game. Yet, the influence of such lifestyle was not correlated with individual genders or nationalities. The result of this study will be provided as the basic data to establish the strategic solution for companies and government policies for entrance into the mobile game market of China in the future.
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between clothing Brand Loyalty and lifestyles The questionnaire was administered to 644 males and females aged 30-40 in Taegu during November 24 to November 28 of 1997. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, reliability test MANOVA and ANOVA by using SPSS package. 1. The lifestyles of the responednts were classified into five types such as consumption-oriented, economics-oriented, social-oriented, family-oriented, and conservative-oriented type. 2. The results of clothing Brand Loyalty and lifestyle analysis were as follows; 1) In case of males, the group of consumption-oriented type and in case of females, three groups of consumption-oriented, social-oriented and family-oriented types had great concern for brand loyalty in lifestyles and brand loyalty. 2) With relation to brand loyalty and lifestyles, thirties-aged respondents had a positive tendency to brand loyalty in consumption-oriented and social-oriented types, but forties-aged ones had a positive tendency to brand loyalty in consumption-oriented, social-oriented and family-oriented types. 3) With relation among the academic careers, lifestyles and brand loyalty, three groups(consumption-oriented, social-oriented and family-oriented types) under high-school graduates made high response to brand loyalty, and two groups (consumption-oriented and social-oriented types) of college graduates showed something responsive to it and the consumption -oriented persons of graduate school and upward made response to brand loyalty. 4) With relation among an income, brand loyalty and lifestyles, three types(consumption-oriented, social-oriented and family-oriented types) of an income not exceeding one million and half won a month were related to brand loyalty. And two types(consumption-oriented and social-oriented types) of an income below two million won a month made high response to brand loyalty. And the consumption-oriented type of an income below three million won and more than three million and half a month made good response to brand loyalty. 5) In general relation between brand loyalty and five lifestyles, the consumption-oriented type made positive response to brand loyalty and the social-oriented type was in the second place and the family-oriented type ranked next to the social-oriented type. But the economics-oriented and conservative-oriented type were not related to brand loyalty. 6) It was found that there was a difference between brand loyalty and the same lifestyle according to individual characteristics.

Air samples were collected at various altitudes (from 165 to 1153 m) to observe vertical distribution of particulate PAHs concentrations using a very compact and light particle sampling package developed by Eun et al.(2013). TD-GC-MS developed by Hwang et al.(2014) was applied to PAHs analysis for effective analysis of PAHs contained trace amounts in the samples. The ranges of total PAHs concentrations were from 6.95 to $96.0ng\;m^{-3}$ on the ground and from 3.75 to $21.74ng\;m^{-3}$ at high altitude, respectively. All of particulate PAHs concentrations measured on the ground were higher than those measured at high altitude, while, the profile of individual PAH compounds between the ground and high altitude samples were similar. It means the distribution of particulate PAHs concentrations at high altitude were affected by the emission of PAHs emitted from ground.
Although the harsh space environment imposes many severe challenges to space pioneers, space exploration is a realistic and profitable goal for long-term humanity survival. One of the viable and promising options to overcome the harsh environment of space is nuclear propulsion. Particularly, the Nuclear Thermal Rocket (NTR) is a leading candidate for nearterm human missions to Mars and beyond due to its relatively high thrust and efficiency. Traditional NTR designs use typically high power reactors with fast or epithermal neutron spectrums to simplify core design and to maximize thrust. In parallel there are a series of new NTR designs with lower thrust and higher efficiency, designed to enhance mission versatility and safety through the use of redundant engines (when used in a clustered engine arrangement) for future commercialization. This paper proposes a new NTR design of the second design philosophy, Korea Advanced NUclear Thermal Engine Rocket (KANUTER), for future space applications. The KANUTER consists of an Extremely High Temperature Gas cooled Reactor (EHTGR) utilizing hydrogen propellant, a propulsion system, and an optional electricity generation system to provide propulsion as well as electricity generation. The innovatively small engine has the characteristics of high efficiency, being compact and lightweight, and bimodal capability. The notable characteristics result from the moderated EHTGR design, uniquely utilizing the integrated fuel element with an ultra heat-resistant carbide fuel, an efficient metal hydride moderator, protectively cooling channels and an individual pressure tube in an all-in-one package. The EHTGR can be bimodally operated in a propulsion mode of $100MW_{th}$ and an electricity generation mode of $100MW_{th}$, equipped with a dynamic energy conversion system. To investigate the design features of the new reactor and to estimate referential engine performance, a preliminary design study in terms of neutronics and thermohydraulics was carried out. The result indicates that the innovative design has great potential for high propellant efficiency and thrust-to-weight of engine ratio, compared with the existing NTR designs. However, the build-up of fission products in fuel has a significant impact on the bimodal operation of the moderated reactor such as xenon-induced dead time. This issue can be overcome by building in excess reactivity and control margin for the reactor design.
It is widely recognized that the value of travel time (VOT) plays an important role both in choosing the transportation alternatives on an individual level, and in analyzing and evaluating transportation plans and other public policy makings on a collective level. There is, however, a great deal of difficulties to correctly estimate the VOT. In addition, although there are lots of methods to estimate the VOT so for, not many recommendations have been presented to reflect the localities associated with the VOT derivation in Korea. This study aims at deriving the VOT for different trip purposes and travel modes with their significances tested. To accomplish this purposes, a logit-based travel mode choice model based on revealed preference (RP) data has been formulated, calibrated using the discrete choice model of LIMDEP package for various trip purpose models. For each trip purpose and travel mode, the VOT has been calculated along with the significance testing of the derived VOTs. From the results given in this research, the VOTs for different purposes and modes are identified different, and they are statistically significant. The updated results here in this paper may be a yardstick in evaluating the transportation plans and policies by providing more detailed VOT information for different categories, especially in urban context.
