In this paper, accurate position control of a stenciling robot manipulator is designed. The stenciling robot is requried to draw lines and characters on the pavement. Since the robot is huge and heavy, the inertia is expected to play a major role in the tracking performance as desired. Here we are proposing neural network control scheme for a computed-torque like controller for the stenciling robot. On-line compensation is achieved by neural network. Simulation studies with stenciling robot are carried out to test the performance of the proposed control scheme.

This study is the result of determination and analysis to draw out six schools in order to research into the lighting properties of the school Almost schools are supported and used large area by a high brightness lamp, for example high pressure mercury discharge lamp etc. The gymnasium of A, B, E schools have a good capacity of the illuminance.

This paper deals with a novel method of modeling and analyzing multilevel pulse width modulation(PWM) inverter/rectifier, which leads to extraction of equivalent circuit in fundamental frequency domain. By the technique, we can draw out the corresponding linear time invariant circuit even thuogh the actual circuit is switched. A static VAR compensator using five-level inverter is modeled and simulated for the verification of the modeling.

In the budgeting guidelines, there are rules for calculating design fee and direct costs. However, only the design fee is calculated excluding the direct cost, which causes the cost to be insufficient. Therefore, this study is designed to analyze representative cases where direct costs are insufficient, draw out problems, and propose a way to improve design fees.

After COVID-19, with the emergence of social distancing, non-face-to-face services, and home economics, visiting dining out is rapidly being replaced by non-face-to-face dining out. The purpose of this study is to find ways to create a safe dining culture centered on living quarantine in line with the changing trend of the restaurant industry after the outbreak of COVID-19, establish the direction of food culture improvement projects, and enhance the effectiveness of the project. This study used TEXTOM to collect and refine search frequency, perform TF-IDF analysis, and Ucinet6 programs to implement visualization using NetDraw from January 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019 and December 31, 2021, and identified the network between nodes of key keywords. Finally, clustering between them was performed through Concor analysis. As a result of the study, if you check the frequency of searches before and after COVID-19, it can be seen that the COVID-19 pandemic greatly affects the changes in the restaurant industry.

Determining the total duration for a construction project is an integral part of project management in the construction industry. This is to ensure the project and all its associated activities can be carried out and completed within the time frame stipulated. There are several commonly used scheduling methods and techniques in project management, some of which involves manual calculation while others involve computer software. This paper looks into the various time determination methods, extracting out their differences and similarities. It also seeks to draw out the problems when determining time for projects, especially those encountered of case studies. Based on the results from the case studies, there were delays on certain projects even though time determination had been carried out rigorously prior to the commencement of the projects. This paper seeks to develop a time determination model, which incorporates risk management techniques into the calculations in order to improve the method for time estimation to minimize the chances of project delay.

This paper focuses to find out and analyse the influence of evaluation and image of government technology development programs on the outcome. A comprehensive survey of domestic technology-intensive industry was carried out. Through the results of this survey, we can understand and find out the impotance of the image and evaluation of the programs taken by the firms. We could find out, however, that the output of the technology development of the enerprises is one thing and outcome in the level of society is another, especially as for the influences of evaluation on the performances. In this regard, we could draw several policy implications as well as discussions.
