청소년의 인터넷중독과 사회적 지지 및 심리적 영향요인 (Internet Addiction, Social Support and Psychological Factors in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the level of Internet addiction among adolescents, and to examine factors affecting Internet addiction in adolescents. Method: The participants in were 475 high school students. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to examine the factors affecting Internet addiction in adolescents. Result: The overall Internet addiction scale score was 63.83(±20.48). The differences of Internet addiction according to student characteristics were found to be significant for sex and grade. The level of Internet addiction was positively related to the level of impulsiveness and depression. The level of Internet addiction was negatively related to the level of social support. Factors such as impulsiveness and social support were examined as significant factors predicting Internet addiction in adolescents. Conclusion: Based upon these findings, factors affecting Internet addiction in adolescents include impulsiveness and social support. The findings provide further justification for interventions targeting key factors that influence Internet addiction in adolescents in addition to providing adolescents with necessary communication, negotiation and other life skills.

놀이와 게임을 활용한 주의력향상훈련을 적용한 ADHD 아동의 단일사례연구 (A Single Case Study on a Child with ADHD by the Application of Attention Improvement Training Composed of Play and Games)

  • 본 연구는 ADHD 아동으로 진단 받은 초등학교 4학년 학생을 대상으로 한 사례연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자인 정보제공자는 주의력 부족과 충동적인 행동특성이 두드러진 아동이었으므로 대상아동의 주의력향상에 초점을 두고 주의력향상과 함께 충동성을 감소시키는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 쉽게 지루함을 느끼고 집중을 잘 하지 못하는 ADHD 아동이 관심과 흥미를 가질 수 있는 놀이와 게임을 활용하여 주의력향상 훈련 프로그램을 구안하여 15회기 동안 적용하였다. 훈련 프로그램의 효과검증을 위 해 주의력과 충동성을 측정하는 자기보고 측정치와 수행과제를 프로그램을 시작하기 전, 프로그램이 끝난 후, 프로그램이 끝난 뒤 6주 후에 검사를 실시하였다. 또한 진행 과정에서 관찰일지, 상담일지, 주변인물과의 면담등의 모든 자료를 수집, 분석하여 정보제공자를 질이 있게 이해하고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 놀이와 게임을 활용한 주의력향상훈련을 적용하여 주의력 관련 사전, 사후, 5주 후 지속검사, 상담일지 등의 관찰된 자료를 통해 정보제공자의 주의력이 향상되었고 그 효과도 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이와 게임을 활용한 주의력향상훈련을 적용하여 충동성 관련 사전, 사후, 6주 후 지속검사, 상담일지 등의 관찰된 자료를 통해 정보제공자의 충동성이 감소되었고 그 효과도 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주의력과 충동성의 검사결과 뿐만 아니라 프로그램 진행과정에서 관찰된 모든 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과 교우관계와 자신감에 있어서도 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다.

초등학생의 안전사고, 충동성 및 어머니의 양육태도와의 상관관계 (Relationship among safety accident, impulsiveness and maternal child-rearing attitude of elementary students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 안전사고와 충동성 및 어머니의 양육태도와의 상관관계를 파악하여 초등학생의 안전사고 예방을 위한 프로그램개발에 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 초등학생 558명으로 자가설문지를 활용하였고, 자료수집은 2010년 11월 15일부터 24일까지 이었다. 안전사고 발생율은 대상자의 51.5%로 나타났으며, 장소로는 학교와 집주변에서 가장 많이 발생하였다. 대상자의 안전사고발생은 성별, 학년과 학교생활태도에 따라서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 안전사고 발생은 어머니의 양육태도에서 권위주의적 통제 태도, 과보호적 태도, 성취적 태도와 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 충동성과는 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과로는, 초등학생들의 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 교육프로그램이 요구되며, 어머니의 양육태도에 대한 변화가 필요함을 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of clothing behavior with such psychological variables as self-esteem and impulsiveness, to disclose the relationship between children's clothing behavior and their mother's child-rearing attitueds, to investigate the levels of clothing behavior according to children's sex and their mothers having job. Questionaires for clothing behavior and child-rearing attitudes were chosen from ones which were used in privious studies, and the items were selected on the Cronbach's Alpha Reliability Coefficient. For mearsurement of impulsiveness, a portion of "personality Inventory" by Beommo Chung was used, while Robinson and Shaver's self-esteem scale was adopted for mearsutement of self-esteem. Clothing behavior was composed of 6 variables: clothing interest, clothing satisfation, clothing management, clothing sex-role, clothing comfort, and clothing independence. Samples were 380 boys and girls (4th, 5th, 6th grade) of three elementary schools in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by correlation coefficient, t-test, F-test, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows : 1. Self-esteem had positive relations with clothing satisfaction, clothing management, and clothing sex-role. Girls who had higher self-esteem were less interested in traditional sex-role attitudes in clothing. Boys who had higher self-esteem were higher in clothing independence. 2. Those who had higher impulsiveness were higher in clothing interest, but lowere in clothing satisfaction, clothing management, and clothing independence. 3. Loving and receptive child-rearing attitude had positive relations with clothing satisfaction and clothing management, but a negative relation with clothing sex-role. When mothers had higher loving and receptive child-rearing attitude, their sons had higher traditional attitude in clothing sex-role. Democratic and self-regulating child-rearing attitude had no relation with clothing behavior. 4. To lpredict clothing satisfaction, 4 independent variables (selfesteem, impulsiveness, mother's loving and receptive child-rearing attitude, and mother's democratic and self-regulating child-rearing attitude) were selected. The explanatory power of the four variables was 15%. Clothing satisfaction was most influenced by self-esteem, and not significantly influenced by mother's child-rearing attitudes. 5. Clothing interest and clothing management were higher with the girls than with the boys, while clothing comfort was higher with the bodys. 6. When children's mothers had a job, the children tended to have higher liberal attitudes in clothing sex-role.

모바일 쇼핑동기가 뷰티 어플리케이션의 속성과 채택에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mobile Shopping Motivation on Attributes and Selection of Beauty Applications)

  • 본 연구는 20대 소비자를 대상으로 뷰티제품의 모바일 쇼핑동기와 애플리케이션 속성을 분석하고 모바일 쇼핑동기가 뷰티 어플리케이션의 속성과 어플리케이션의 채택에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모바일 쇼핑동기는 유희성, 편리성, 충동성으로 구분되었으며 뷰티 어플리케이션 속성은 콘텐츠, 커뮤니티, 지속적 관리로 분류되었다. 둘째, 모바일 쇼핑동기는 선호하는 뷰티 모바일 어플리케이션 채택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 유희성은 뷰티 전문브랜드 앱과 뷰티쇼핑몰 앱에, 충동성은 온라인 종합 쇼핑몰 앱과 뷰티커뮤니티 앱에, 편리성은 TV홈쇼핑 기반 앱에 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 쇼핑동기는 뷰티 어플리케이션 속성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 콘텐츠 속성에는 유희성, 편리성, 충동성이 유의한 영향이 나타났고, 커뮤니티 속성에는 유희성이, 지속적 관리에는 충동성이 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 아동 대상 스마트폰 중독 중재 프로그램의 체계적 고찰 및 메타분석 (A Systematic Review and Meta-Analytic Study of Programs for the Problems of Smartphone Addiction in Korean Youth: Focusing on Anxiety, Depression, Impulsiveness, Self-control, Self-esteem and Smartphone Addiction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this systematic review and the meta-analytic study was to examine the effectiveness of the interventions for smartphone addiction problems in youth on alleviating their levels of anxiety, depression, impulsiveness, self-control, self-esteem, and smartphone addiction. Methods: Relevant literature was searched from six electronic databases, and studies were searched by rigor PICOS framework. A total of 31 studies were included for the meta-analysis, which met the inclusion criteria of this study. Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 2.0 was used for analysis. Results: Overall effect size of the intervention was Hedges' g 1.02 (95% CI: 0.86~1.17), which was a large effect size with a statistical significance. The effect sizes of the outcome variables were significant. Self-control showed the largest effect sizes (g=1.73), followed by smartphone addiction (g=1.49), self-esteem (g=0.99), impulsiveness (g=0.82), anxiety (g=0.77), and depression (g=0.67). Interventions targeting smaller groups showed a higher effect size than larger groups. Conclusion: This study indicates that the interventions targeting Korean youths can reduce anxiety, depression, impulsiveness, self-control, self-esteem, and smartphone addiction of Korean youth. This study can provide evidence for further interventions to prevent smartphone addiction and related programs in Korean youths.

소비자의 조절모드와 희소성 메시지가 패션제품평가에 미치는 영향 (The effect of consumers' self-regulatory modes and scarcity messages on fashion product evaluations)

  • This study looked into the scarcity effect based on the consumers' self-regulatory modes and determined the effect that such a regulatory mode and that quantity-scarcity messages would have on evaluations of fashion products. To that end, the study used a 2 (regulatory mode: assessment mode/locomotion mode)${\times}2$ (message type: quantity-scarcity message/non-scarcity message) between-subjects factorial design in which buying impulsiveness was presented as a mediator variable that showed differences in product evaluations depending on the message type and on the presence of a self-regulatory mode. The results of this study showed that locomotion-oriented consumers evaluated products more positively compared to assessment-oriented consumers when the quantity-scarcity message was presented. When a non-scarcity message was presented, no significant difference was observed in product evaluations based on the consumers' self-regulatory modes. In addition, buying impulsiveness in consumers served a mediator role in the evaluations of fashion products. The results of this study imply that a clear understanding of consumers is a prerequisite for maximizing the scarcity effect and that companies need to differentiate in terms of the way they use scarcity messages based on consumers' self-regulatory modes.

여대생의 의복 충동구매 차원과 충동구매에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구 -유행몰입과 유명상표 선호도와의 관련성을 중심으로- (A Study on the Factors of Impulse Buying of Clothing and Their Relation to Fashion Involvement and Becognized Brand Preference of College Women)

  • The main purpose of this research was to classify the contents of impulse buying of clothing products and to investigate how the impulse buying was influenced by fashion involvement, recognized brand preference, and impulsiveness. Samples were 238 college women in Seoul, Korea. The results of the research were as follows. 1. Four factors of impulse buying derived by factor analysis; F 1 'sensitive aspects of products stimulation'; F. 2 'utility aspects of products stimulation'; F. 3 'consumer situation stimulation'; F. 4 'marketing situation stimulation'. 2. Impulsiveness had a positive relation with impulse buying, fashion involvement, and recognized brand preference. Fashion involvement had a positive relation with recognized brand preference and impulse buying. 3. Impulse buying was influenced by fashion involvement and impulsiveness. The explanatory power of the 2 variables was 9.3%. 4. Fashion involvement was influenced by sensitive aspects of products stimulation, major, recognized brand preference, income, and grade. The explanatory power of the 5 variables was 23.7%. 5. Recognized brand preference was influenced by income, fashion involvement, and marketing situation stimulation. The explanatory power of the 3 variables was 11.2%.

학령기 아동의 안전생활 실천행동에 관한 구조모형 (A Structural Model for the Practice of Life Safety Behavior in School-age Children)

  • Purpose: This study is an examination of the paths in which the primary factors of anxiety, impulsiveness, knowledge of life safety practice, attitudes towards life safety practice, interpersonal support, and self-efficacy from Pender's Health Promotion Model influence the practice of life safety behavior in school-age children. Methods: The sample consisted of 489 5th and 6th grade students recruited from five elementary schools in Seoul City and four provinces, South Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlations, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results: Attitudes towards life safety practice, interpersonal support, self-efficacy and impulsiveness directly influenced practice of life safety behavior. Anxiety did not have a direct influence on practice of life safety behavior, but indirectly affected it. In this modified model, 52.0% of the practice of life safety behavior was explained by the primary factors. Conclusion: To facilitate the practice life safety behaviors in late childhood, a positive attitude towards life safety needs to be developed along with decreasing impulsiveness and enhancing self-efficacy.

한국 청소년의 공격성 순화 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Sublimation Program for Korean Adolescents′ Aggression)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify a path diagram for the influence of family, personality, sexual abuse, drug abuse, coping strategies, and aggressive impulsiveness on aggression, and to develop a sublimation program for Korean adolescent's aggression. Method: Data was collected by self-report questionnaires. Subjects consisted of 2,111 adolescents. A proportional stratified random sampling method was used. The major instrument was the Mental Health Questionnaire for Korean Adolescents, and the Cronbach's Alpha ranged from .54 to .95 for each subscale. Statistical methods were Chi-square, correlation analysis, and path analysis. Results: The strongest contributing variables on aggression were person-related aggressive impulsiveness, antisocial personality, self-injured aggressive impulsiveness, gender, sexual abuse, psychosomatic symptoms II, drug abuse, age, parent-child relationship, alcohol abuse and cognitive avoidance coping strategies in the order named. Also the author developed a multi-systemic sublimation program for Korean adolescents's aggression. The multi-systemic sublimation program involves four domains including adolescents, parents, peers and community, and has several therapeutic sub-programs for each domain. Conclusion: The ecology of human development is composed of multiple, integrated levels of organization, including biological, individual-psychological, social-interpersonal, cultural, and historical levels. Therefore, this multi-systemic sublimation program will prevent and decrease the rate of aggressive behavior among Korean adolescents.
