본 논문은 실종사건에 대한 대응체계의 개선방안을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 기존 관련 연구는 대부분 경찰 내부의 실종 대응현황에 대한 검토와 분석을 통하여 개선방안을 제시하는 방법을 활용하였으나, 본 연구는 외부 일반사회의 시각에서 제기하는 현행 실종 대응체계에 대한 우려 또는 비판을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 지난 5개년 동안 보도된 실종 관련 기사를 질적 연구 프로그램으로 분석한 결과, 초기대응의 비효율, 실종 대응절차별 전문성 부족, 실종 대응 종합관리의 미흡 및 지역사회의 협력 부족 등에 대한 우려가 있음을 발견하였다. 이에 대하여 실종 초기대응의 개선안으로 실종 위험성 판단절차의 정비, 대응절차별 전문성 확보방안으로 실종전담팀의 확충과 프로파일링 입력시스템의 개선 및 실종자 가족 대상 업무의 설정 및 전문화, 실종 대응 종합체계의 구축방안으로 컨트롤타워의 역할 강화 및 체계적 정보관리체계 구축 등을 제시하였다. 제시된 방안을 보다 구체적이고 종합적으로 후속 연구하고 실무의 측면에서 이를 분석 및 검토하여 실종 대응에 대한 지속적인 개선이 도출되어야 한다.

In this study, we measured and analyzed electrical noise signals present in devices and systems operated in industrial facilities. Based on the analytic findings, we studied the most effective improvement measures for eliminating such noise signals. Leakage current and ground current generate data interferences in communication systems, and therefore we measured leakage current and ground current. We also measured and analyzed electrical noises in power systems to predict noise pathways and interference routes. Furthermore, we proposed the most effective and reliable improvement measures for blocking off various noise signals and safely eliminating them by improving the internal wiring of the facilities and grounding systems. As a final step, we conducted the proposed improvement measures and confirmed that they helped to improve the operations of the device sand systems in service by re-measuring electrical noise signals and comparing them with those measured before the proposed improvement measures were implemented.

Recently, Korea Highway Corporation has attemped to improve the highway safety in accordance with minimizing user's imconveniences. Currently, the Anti Skidding Pavement(ASP) has been introduced as a safety countermeasure on the safety frailty sections. In this study, a series of field evaluations on pavement skid resistance have been conducted on the skid frailty sections to analyze the effects and problems of the Anti Skidding Pavement (ASP), and to understand the behavior of pavement skid resistance due to pavement type, section characteristics, vehicles' speed and traffec volume. Test results show the Anti Skidding Pavement (ASP) has the effects to induce vehicles' speed reduction. However, there are no effects to increase skid resistance. According to these results, it is demanded to improve the applying method of current Anti Skidding Pavement (ASP) to devise an effective safety countermeasure for pavement skid, and to increase pavement skid resistance.

While the appearance of new textiles and processing materials results in the improvement in quality of clothes and its luxury, a question about the irritation of clothes on the human body must be raised. In Japan and many countries in Europe, they are searching for a countermeasure against the bad influence of clothes on the human body for the purpose of protecting consumers. In our country, a little bit of study about the skin irritatio has been carried out. In this thesis, the literature on the kinds of the irritation of clothes on the human body was studied and analysed. And then I arranged it from the view-point of clothing hygienics. For example, we should observe the legal regulations and the administrative control in the process of production and distributive management of clothes for our safety. Therefore the authorities concerned must have preparations for the safety and this monograph is going to give information for it.

Random delay countermeasures introduce random delays into the execution flow to break the synchronization and increase the complexity of the side channel attack. A novel method for attacking devices with random delay countermeasures has been proposed by using a maximal overlap discrete wavelet transform (MODWT)-based power trace alignment algorithm. Firstly, the random delay in the power traces is sensitized using MODWT to the captured power traces. Secondly, it is detected using the proposed random delay detection algorithm. Thirdly, random delays are removed by circular shifting in the wavelet domain, and finally, the power analysis attack is successfully mounted in the wavelet domain. Experimental validation of the proposed method with the National Institute of Standards and Technology certified Advanced Encryption Standard-128 cryptographic algorithm and the SAKURA-G platform showed a 7.5× reduction in measurements to disclosure and a 3.14× improvement in maximum correlation value when compared with similar works in the literature.

본 논문에서는 레이더의 반대응 능력을 개선하기 위한 의사 랜덤 M 시퀀스 코드 기반의 새로운 펄스반복간격 (PRI) 지터 코더를 제안한다. 제안된 256개의 지터 PRI 코드 각각은 256 코드 칩의 유일한 조합으로 이루어져 있어서, 임의의 코드에서 선택된 어떠한 3개의 연속된 코드 칩(4개의 펄스)의 조합이라도 코드들의 모든 코드 칩 시퀀스들 중에서 오직 한 번만 존재한다. 이는 4개의 펄스만 수신하면 전송된 코드 식별은 물론이고 반대응을 위해 요구되는 수신 펄스열(또는 코드 시퀀스)의 정확한 타이밍을 결정할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 제안된 아이디어를 실험적으로 입증하기 위해, 상기 지터 PRI 코더를 구현하고 시연한다.

In this paper, the effect of ground improvement and the countermeasure for the increase of strength in soft ground (wasted fill, marine clay) was studied through utilization of Soilcrete Cement as a material of ground improvement. Soil samples were obtained from $\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$ sanitary landfill to assess the applicability of the clay liner using Soilcrete Cement. Several laboratory tests were performed with the samples and skin corrosion tests of steel pipe covered with Soilcrete Cement were performed. As a result, Soilcrete Cement is considered to be applicable to the construction site and to be effective for the prevention of the corrosion of the steel pipe.

본 논문에서는 다중이용업소의 화재사고 이후 시행된 개선대책에도 불구하고 화재발생과 인명피해가 지속적으로 증가하는 근원적인 문제점이 무엇인지를 조사하였고, 다중이용업소의 공간 및 영업형태적 특성에 따른 방화관리측면에서 문제점 및 취약요인을 설문조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 이와 같은 분석을 토대로 방화관리체제의 명확화, 업주 또는 직원 등 관계인에 대한 소방안전교육 및 훈련 방안 등을 연구하여 효율적인 다중이용업소의 제도개선 방안을 제안하였다.

Recently, flood damage is rapidly increasing because of warming of globe, urbanization and industrialization. As a countermeasure to prevent these flood damages, it is quite required to extend the flood control ability by improving the objective rivers in the watershed and building more medium to large scale reserviors. Simultaneously repairing and rehabilitation of facilities through the safety diagnosis for reinforcement of the facilities should be continuously proceeded. Also extensive implementation of drainage improvement, establishment of prevention and refairing system against flood damage and raise of accuracy of weather forecasting should be proceeded.

The investigation of subsynchronous resonance by utilities has resulted in proposed and applied method to mitigate or eliminate SSRdamage to turbine generators. Many papers presented various methods and devices that can be used as countermeasures for the SSR. This paper introduced the availability of Superconducting magnet energy storage as an countermeasure for the SSR in the capacitor compensated transmission line.
