Recently, the world is facing many difficulties in all areas as a result of price instability and the Russian-Ukraine war. Personally, as many jobs disappear, household income is declining sharply. In particular, the possibility of such bankruptcies is relatively increasing in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and it is highly likely that this will continue for the time being. In this situation, countries around the world are continuously making efforts to improve corporate productivity. In Korea, the smart factory support project implemented by the Smart Manufacturing Innovation Promotion Team has been continuously promoted for the past several years, providing opportunities for SMEs in need to improve productivity and change the corporate structure. In this study, the current status of smart factory promotion at home and abroad was examined, and problems and improvement measures were studied for the insufficient efficiency in the smart factory promotion system implemented in Korea.

This study was promoted to prepare an ESG-oriented work system for Korea Expressway Corporation through sustainable highway construction, IOT-based smart highway preparation, and establishment of a broad convergence business governance system between multiple ministries and implementing entities. Based on the 2nd Basic Plan for Landscape Policy (2020~2024) and the Public Design Promotion Act (2018~2022), the study was conducted through the improvement of the highway design method to be applied for four years from 2021 to 2024, the changes in construction and social conditions related to expressways, the analysis of policies and plans to secure consistency with the 'Korean New Deal', and the analysis of the project performance and work promotion system that the Korea Expressway Corporation's business execution organization has promoted together with each government department. The results of this research are expected to help the Korea Expressway Corporation establish the 21st Innovation Plan for the phased construction of a "100-years landscape with people" and the preparation of a sustainable future highway environment creation project for the lives and safety of the people.

This study has performed comparative analysis on benefit indicators in agricultural irrigation and drainage project cases between Korea and Japan. The irrigation and drainage project with publicity should do economic analysis of direct benefit factors as well as indirect benefit factors. However, traditional economic evaluations are used that benefit factors are lack of consistency and focused on direct benefits. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop indicators for the economic evaluation of irrigation and drainage projects. We conducted a case study between Korea and Japan. The resulting benefit factors was divided into direct factors and indirect factors. The direct benefit factors were increase in income, cost savings. The indirect benefit factors were protection of property due to flooding, agricultural promotion, aesthetic improvement. The implications of this study are that the indicators of economic analysis can be evaluated and easily applied. Moreover, these indicators could promote the feasibility of economic analysis.

본 연구는 아산시 재정비촉진지구를 대상으로 사업과정에서 어떻게 하면 원주민 재정착을 높일 수 있는가 하는 방향을 제시하기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구방법은 현황조사, 원주민설문조사, 관련법제 검토 등을 통해 이루어졌으며, 연구결과 첫째, 주민의 84%, 상인의 80%가 재정착을 희망하고 있다. 둘째, 주민 상인의 요구에 부응한 사업추진이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 아파트뿐 아니라 단독주택, 상가주택 등 1억 이하로 선호하고 있기 때문에 이에 대응한 주택공급정책과 단지설계기법이 요구된다. 또한 원도심 기능을 활성화시킬 수 있는 신규업종도 필요하지만 현재의 상인들이 지속적으로 영업활동을 할 수 있는 상업공간조성이 요구된다. 셋째 물리적 환경개선뿐 아니라 경제, 사회, 문화, 복지, 커뮤니티가 강조된 도시재생 개념확대가 필요하다. 넷째 도시재생에 대한 정부역할의 강화와 제도적 정비가 필요하다. 국가는 지방도시 재생을 위해 재정지원을 포함한 지속적인 지원이 필요하며, 특히 커뮤니티가 지속될 수 있는 시책을 발굴하고 우선적으로 지원하여야 한다. 이를 위해 사업지구내의 국공유지는 '원주민용 임대주택 건설' '선도핵심시설 유치' 등에 활용하여야 한다. 다섯째 선진국의 원주민 재정착을 위한 다양한 계획수법을 검토하고, 실현하여야 한다.

In order to improve the quality of social services, developed countries overseas have introduced authorization or permit system to primary filtering when entering the market that provides social services. However, in Korea, a quality evaluation system for social service quality management has been introduced and implemented, but no significant effect has been achieved so far. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between service quality, service satisfaction, and repurchase intention, which are important variables to measure social service quality improvement, and to use it for service quality management. As a result of this study, service quality, service satisfaction, and repurchase intention are important factors for service quality improvement. It is necessary to secure a service provider of and continuous user selection and service quality management are also important.

본 연구의 목적은 원주 건강도시사업을 평가하여 문제점을 확인하고 건강도시사업의 원칙과 전략에 근거하여 사업을 발전시키고자 하는데 있다. 연구를 위하여 건강도시연맹에서 개발한 과정평가 도구인 SPIRIT Checklist를 사용하였다. 평가팀은 39개의 관련문서를 분석, 평가하고 건강도시사업 담당자, 관련부서 담당자, 자문위원과의 회의를 통해 평가 결과에 대한 의견수렴을 실시하였고 최종적으로는 AFHC의 SPIRIT평가 전문가와의 연석회의를 통하여 분석 결과를 검증하였다. 원주시의 건강도시사업을 평가한 결과 강력한 정치적 지원에 근거하여 지속적인 건강도시사업을 가능하게 하는 자원, 중기사업계획, 인프라, 협력적 조직, 건강도시네트워크 등이 갖추어져 있는 것을 확인하였고, 건강증진 전략을 적용한 사업의 보완 및 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 건강도시사업의 과정평가를 위해 개발된 SPIRIT 체크리스트는 질적 평가도구로서, 향후 건강도시간의 비교를 위하여 질적 평가방법에 기초한 양적 평가 지표를 추가할 필요가 있다.

Currently, the world is facing severe inflation due to Corona and the war in Ukraine, and it is causing a lot of difficulties for us. Companies are facing a lot of restrictions on their economic activities compared to the past due to supply chain problems and foreign exchange rates. In this situation, many countries have been implementing various smart factory promotion projects to secure competitiveness through productivity improvement in the manufacturing industry. In this study, the contents of smart factory promotion in major countries were reviewed, and problems raised about the implementation of smart factory in Korea, which are being implemented based on this, were described. It is most reasonable to judge the success of a smart factory by the achievement of the performance indicators presented at the time of the project. Therefore, based on the performance index of the business, which is a key factor in determining the success or failure of a smart factory, we investigated whether the company's smart factory promotion can be carried out successfully through examples

Uncertainty is increasing around the world due to COVID-19 and Ukraine crisis. In this situation, each company is making countless efforts to survive. In Korea, smart factory projects targeting small and medium-sized businesses with difficulties have been continuously promoted. As for the smart factory business that has been promoted so far, the base expansion of the smart factory is also steadily increasing as the number of companies carrying out the project is increasing. It was also found that it contributed to productivity improvement and quality improvement. Despite these positive aspects, difficulties and operational problems are also appearing in the process of promoting smart factories. In this study, we investigated and analyzed operational problems and difficulties in the process of promoting smart factories. In addition, improvement plans for problems were presented according to the contents of this analysis, and improvement plans were presented by classifying them into introduction and supply companies, considering that the smart factory business is formed in the form of a consortium between introduction and supply companies.

Ship Pilotage is one of the most important parts in the construction and development of Shanghai International Shipping Center as it has the fundamental function for the promotion and speed-up of the ship navigation and cargo operation. Recently, Shanghai Maritime University and Shanghai Harbour Pilotage Administration Station had carried out a research project of 'Study on Ship Safety Pilotage in the Shanghai Harbour by Way of FSA (Formal Safety Assessment)'. The aim of this project is to put out some proposes of the decision-making for the improvement of the safety pilotage in Shanghai habour through the way of the FSA. Now these proposes of the decision-making have been adopted and conducted in practice and satisfactory results have been achieved. In the paper, some detailed information, methods and ideas about this research project have been introduced and explained for improving the safety pilotage in Shanghai Harbour.

Small/medium software businesses are often at a disadvantage when trying to win government contracts. Rather, most of small/medium software companies work with larger companies in the form of subcontracting. In its broadest meaning, subcontracting refers to the purchase of a part of a product or process from a different company. Appropriate subcontracting system helps both large and small software firms keep in healthy. However, many problems regarding subcontracting have been reported and recognized as one of major obstacles impeding advancement of the software industry. This paper examines the current problems in subcontracting system by conducting a field survey and proposes directions to improve the system for software project. It suggests revision of 'Software Industry Promotion Act' to induce fair relationship among software firms.
