In this study, through an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis, the internal construction project was designed to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the project and provide suggestions on the quality of communication. To carry out this study, a selection factor was selected by referring to AHP theory and existing prior research. AHP technique was used to collect weights after analysis, examine and analyze gaps. In the interior construction project, the most important factor among the factors influencing the quality of communication to the project performance was communication interaction. Among the sub-factors, accuracy of exchange of information and timeliness of communication were shown in the order of importance. Looking at the results of comprehensive analysis of the first and second layers, the accuracy of information exchange among the elements of communication quality was found to be the number 1 in weight. The timeliness of communication, which is ranked second, and communication that takes place at an appropriate time can lead to efficiency in shortening the project execution period by eliminating unnecessary work. And, Among the factors that affect communication quality, it was analyzed that communication method is not an important factor when compared to other factors. This study shows that quality of communication influences the performance of interior construction projects and provides suggestions for improving communication quality. And it has been confirmed that managing communication quality can act as an important issue that can improve business performance in project execution and production of results.

지난 25년간 우리나라의 자활사업은 저소득 취약계층을 위한 가장 중요한 고용복지정책으로 자리매김 해왔다. 그러나 그간 자활사업 성과지표는 현장성이 부족하다는 지적이 많았는데, 특히 경제적 성과 중심의 지표와 지역유형을 고려하지 않은 일괄적인 적용 방식에 대해 개선이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 ISA 기법을 활용하여, 자활사업 성과지표에 대한 실천현장의 인식을 분석하고, 현장 적합성을 제고하는 지표 개선에의 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 성과지표의 중요도와 만족도 분석에서는 자활사업의 결과보다 과정에 대한 중요도가 크고, 현행 지표가 현장을 만족스럽게 반영하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. ISA 매트릭스 분석에서는 유지와 개선, 그리고 정책적 재고를 요하는 성과지표들이 분류되었는데, 이때 도시형과 농촌형의 매트릭스의 차이가 확연히 다른 것들이 발견되었다. 이러한 발견들을 통해 본 연구는 현장 지향성을 가진 성과지표를 제안하고 그 중요성을 강조하고 있어, 향후 성과지표의 개선을 위한 탐색적 기초연구로서의 의의가 있다.

Nowadays, the telecommunication service provider has witnessed an unprecedented growth in data traffic and the need for networking. optical fiber can provide some THz of huge bandwidth WDM technology has been an emerging issue for the efficient use of optical links. WDM uses a number of different wavelength that are assigned to each channel. The minimal number of optical transceivers and receivers should be used in a node to build an economic WDM transmission system without degrading system performance. Hence, the analysis of performance parameters such as throughput and delay is important to guarantee the WDM system performance. in this paper, the performance of a MAC protocol on a slotted WDM system that has a tunable transmitter(Txt), a tunable receiver(Rxt), and a fixed receiver(Rxf), respectively, on each node, was statistically analyzed The computer simulation validates the performance analysis.

The research aims to analyze the firm-specific and macroeconomic factors that affect insurance company's financial performance. The research explores the variables that influence the financial performance of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)' insurance companies. The analysis for determining financial performance considers the following variables: the firm's age, retention ratio, capital adequacy, underwriting risk/loss ratio, financial-leverage, reinsurance dependency, and macro-economic factors such as GDP per capita, inflation rate considered as independent factors. The return-on-asset (ROA) is the key measuring indicator; it is regarded as the dependent variable for financial performance measures. The research focuses on secondary information obtained from insurance companies' financial statements. The researcher targeted 18 insurance companies listed on the UAE stock exchanges for study purposes. The research examines the overall factors that influence the financial performance of an insurance company. For analysis of data, software package of social sciences (SPSS version 20) is used. The studies used correlation and multiple linear regression analysis to determine financial performance and their effects. The analysis suggests that there are important and constructive relationships between the size, capital adequacy, and reinsurance dependency, while loss ratio, retention ratio, and financial leverage indicate a major negative relationship. And there's no link between GDP per capita and inflation.

본 연구는 기대와 성과간의 비교를 통하여 이용자 관점에서 도서관 온라인 서비스에 대한 품질을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 22개 SERVQUAL 문항에 정보품질에 관련된 7개 항목을 추가하여 총29개의 측정항목을 개발하였고, 대덕연구단지내의 한 연구 도서관을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 요인분석 결과 온라인 서비스의 품질을 결정하는 요소인 서비스차원은 5개로 묶여졌고, 정보품질 차원은 별개로 분리되어 나타났다. IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) 분석결과 정보품질, 신뢰성, 그리고 보증성이 중요한 서비스 요소임이 밝혀졌고, 다중회귀분석 결과 이용자의 만족에 가장 커다란 영향을 미치는 서비스 요소로는 유형성과 정보품질인 것으로 규명되었다.

본 논문은 포트폴리오 분석 연구를 통하여 금융기관이 지속가능 경영을 추진하고 있는 환경 친화적 기업의 지속가능성을 평가할 수 있다는 것을 실증 분석하였다. 그 방법으로는 환경관련 펀드의 성과와 일반 펀드 성과를 비교하였다. 2004년 9월부터 2005년 9월까지 1년간 주식가치를 평가한 결과, 기업 가치 변화의 벤치마크지수인 KOSPI와 KOSPI200보다 수익률은 약 12~17% 우수한 결과가 나타났고, 리스크의 경우에도 동등하게 나타나는 것을 입증하였다. 산업별 지수와 비교에서도 의약품산업을 제외하고 금융 화학 전자 산업보다 효율적인 포트폴리오 결과가 도출되었으며, 그 외의 산업과는 자료의 어려움으로 비교를 할 수 없었다. 그러나 지속가능성에 입각한 금융기관의 성과 평가 활동은 새로운 사업 영역으로서의 가치가 있을 것으로 판단되며 미래에는 기업의 평가에서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 보인다.

Recently, traceability systems are introduced as a new food safety information system. To trace food products efficiently, they must have an automatic identification capability at the individual product level. This capability can be gained through RFID technology. But there is not yet any performance evaluation tool on RFID-based traceability systems (RFID-TS). This study developed an evaluation tool of RFID-TS. To develop the tool, this study considered the objective and the components of RFID-TS as their performance constructs. According to Churchill's paradigm, the tool was established through two stages. The final evaluation tool consisted of four constructs (risk, operational benefits, IS (information system), and network) and nine sub-constructs. Among the four constructs, risk and IS were found as the most important performance constructs through regression analysis. Among the nine sub-constructs, service (which belonged to the IS construct) and economic risk (which belonged to the risk construct) were found as the most important performance sub-constructs.

The performance analysis of water systems is very important to urban disaster mitigation. It will benefit the task of preparedness and emergency response through a more practical and more quantitative approach. In this research work, an overview of hydraulics of water system has been provided. A methodology for such implementation based on scenario simulation and hydraulic analysis has been developed. The water system of Taipei Water Department was selected as a test bed for case study. Its serviceability following a major earthquake around Taipei metropolitan area has been quantified.

Objectives : The objective of this study was to examine preceding variables that affect the dual commitment of outsourced employees working at hospitals and to analyze the influence of these variables on job performance. Methods : Data were collected from 461 outsourced employees, working at 7 general hospitals, which had introduced the outsourcing system, using a structured, self-administered questionnaires. Frequency, validity/reliability, correlation and path analyses were done for data analysis. Results : The results of the path analyses showed that both commitment to the hiring company and commitment to the client company (hospital) had statistically significant positive effects on job performance. Additionally, when the 'single measurement' approach was used, dual commitment had a larger positive effect, compared with the 'parallel approach.' Among the preceding variables, 'satisfaction for the job itself' was found to be the most important variable affecting dual commitment and job performance. Conclusions : In conclusion, to enhance the job performance of outsourced employees, it is important for management to examine and improve the various factors related to job satisfaction. Additonally, for outsourced employees to have organizational commitments to the hiring and client companies simultaneously, management should emphasize a sense of unity and share organizational values.

Dried red peppers are a staple agricultural product used in Korean cuisine and as such, are an important aspect of agricultural producers' income. Correctly forecasting both their supply and demand situations and price is very important in terms of the producers' income and consumer price stability. The primary objective of this study was to compare the performance of time series forecasting models for dried red peppers in Korea. In this study, three models (an autoregressive model with exogenous variables [ARX], AR-exponential generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity [EGARCH], and ARX-EGARCH) are presented for forecasting the wholesale price of dried red peppers. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the ARX model and ARX-EGARCH model, each of which adopt both the rolling window and the adding approach and use the agricultural cooperatives price as the exogenous variable, showed a better forecasting performance compared to the autoregressive model (AR)-EGARCH model. Based on the estimation methods and results, there was no significant difference in the accuracy of the estimation between the rolling window and adding approach. In the case of dried red peppers, there is limitation in building the price forecasting models with a market-structured approach. In this regard, estimating a forecasting model using only price data and identifying the forecast performance can be expected to complement the current pricing forecast model which relies on market shipments.
